booing # [protected] at City Express in Tijuana Mx, showed up for the PAID booking. hotel had no record of reservation and had no rooms available. called 5 times to Agoda cust service - they could not reach their `partner ` after over 45 minutes. Waiting in taxi for over 1 hour - never heard back from Agoda.
called 3 more times, they could never get any answer form their `partner. I called the hotel directly > no record of this booking made in April & PAID.
Called and sent 2 more messages - got no answer, still waiting for refund - Had to go to another hotel & book 2 rooms for my family because they had no double rooms. cost me $213.00 us which is double the amount of my confirmed booking of a double room with Agoda.
The worst customer service I have ever received!
Need to close their doors - go out of business. The owner CEO should be ashamed of his company & go hide in some other country > Singapore government would be ashamed of his name. I will contact the media in Singapore at Prudential building headquarters
Desired outcome: I want my refund NOW , and I also want to be compensated with Agoda Cash to cover at least part of my expenses all due toi their failure !
