It was real hassle find for help changing my one sector of my flight. Your online help is the worst encounter I have ever had. For flights the response was I have to contact the airlines directly. Used the link provided by Agoda to the Airlines the airlines didn't allow me to male any changes.
1. Went up to the Airlines office in Kuala Lumpur. They declined any service stating that it should be Agoda who should settle the matter/ They were not able to assist me in any way.
It was real waste of time and money.
2. Managed to find the Agoda Customer service. Managed to contact via phone the Agoda Customer Service the attendant was helpful until an email was sent to me requesting me to get in touch with Agoda.
3. Another hassle when contacted Agoda Customer centre. Response was the quotation for the change in the email was not valid.
4. The attendant will call me or will send another email.
5. I am really very dissatisfied with the run around and the matter remained unresolved.
6. My return flight is on the 20th March 2024
Desired outcome: I want my flight rescheduled as requested on the 20th March
