I cancelled, one month in advance, two AFrance tickets from FCO-JFK on AF#183 [SD65UA] September 4, 2022. The ticket numbers are: #[protected] and #[protected]. I received refunded taxes on the tickets but no vouchers.

I received an email refund acknowledgement on August 22, 2022 but still have not received any communication from Air France-USA regarding my Voucher request. The refund email numbers are: BF3-B282A5B78746 and 6B8-212A319560DD.

Apparently, you have my personal information from the above information, so I will not include it here. The amount of the tickets totaled $1923.54

I mistakenly purchased air france ticket through air france authorized agent with my credit card charges for air france ticket from canada to morocco while my morocco visa was'nt approved. The agent refused to refund my money back.

Hi I was flying from Paris to Cork on the 20th of October 2022, when i got to GDG Airport we checked in our bags and went straight to border control where it was absolutely a disgrace the queue was crazy and we missed our Flight to Cork. Then we decided to go to Air France desk to try and get the next flight to Cork we got no such help with 3 crying Kids. We asked about our bags and we were told they were on our flight to Cork by Air France. Then we were told to go to Terminal 2F to purchase tickets but they were no desks to buy Tickets so we then had to buy Tickets on our phone with Aer lingus which cost me nearly 2000 euros to Dublin and then Hire a car to get to Cork Airport to collect our bags which we thought. When we got to Cork Airport we met with Swiss port and they said our bags were taking off. All this time my children were so upset and us for been left stranded in the Airport. It is now 16th of Jan 2023 and no sign of our Baggage i have contacted Air France by email and Phone and still no help. I am not looking for a claim i just want my bags back all my kids toys we got from Disneyland are in the bags.

My flight from Minneapolis to Mumbai has confirmation # GENI8K. I arrived in Mumbai from Paris on flight AF0218, 13/12/2022 at 12:25 am and discovered my suitcase was missing. Before leaving Mumbai airport, I filled out a Delayed Bag Report form, ref #BOMAF70697.

I had already placed an Apple air tag tracker in my bag which now shows my bag is in Douala Int'l Airport, Cameroon. When we departed Paris for Mumbai, we boarded at the Paris Airport's gate M49. I have since learned there was an Air France flight AF958 departing at Gate M28 at approximately the same time with a scheduled stop at Douala. Please investigate the above information.

J´aimerai signalé un désagrément rencontré lors de l'embarquement sur le vol : AF90, Heure d'embarquement : 12h20 ; PORTE : M49, SIÈGE : 18E (ETKT : [protected]) et déposer une plainte contre le comportement du personnel de la porte : M49 lors du test aléatoire d'explosifs et de drogue.

A savoir, sur le vol de Zagreb à Paris, j'ai passé 3 contrôles de bagages à main, et lors de l'inspection, j'ai dûment joint les reçus des articles achetés de WHEY ISOLATE Protein nécessaires à la construction des fibres musculaires après l'entraînement, et je suis venue à la porte d'embarquement sur le vol mentionné précédemment, où j'ai été identifié comme suspect pour explosifs et drogue. Conformément à vos procédures, que je comprends et félicite en tant que voyageur consciencieux, mon bagage à main, mon sac et tout le contenu ont été testés pour les deux substances et les tests se sont révélés négatifs. Cependant, l'employé de service à la porte m'a obligé à mettre mes articles achetés a la poubelle (ces articles ont été je le repete testés négatifs). Bien que j´ai présenté la facture, il n'a pas pu m etre expliquer ou présenter la procédure par laquelle elle tout m a ete retirée, car elle n'a pas été mise en évidence par écrit, et je n'ai pas non plus été averti lors des 3 dernières inspections correctement passées.

Je vous demande gentiment une réponse, une explication, et un remboursement de mes biens selon le numéro de compte : 21276/12/01 (de la pièce jointe), mais aussi la procédure écrite de ce qui précède, car au cours des 20 dernières années de voyages Je n'ai jamais vécu la même chose.

Compensation claim filed on 1 August for C-5335986 for flight reference WPSBCF in the name of Matthew Barrett (my son). This included all receipts and was done through the Air France form.

Despite several phone calls and emails there is no progress - i am told to contact Customer Care by email. When i phone the Customer Care number i am told that the case has been escalated and that my son will receive an email. None of this has happened. We need this claim resolved as we need the money as we are in financial difficulties. We cannot wait any longer.

I travelled on Delta Airlines from JFK to Boston to Charles de Gaule airport and transferred to Air France from CDG to Freetown Sierra Leone on 31 August 2022. Today is 1 December 2022 and I have still not received my missing bag.

Three months gone and everyday I am looking for make up, underwear and essentials that are in that bag.

Air France has been totally silent. No apology, no compensation nothing, and I have filed a claim on their website, emailed them.

Please do something about Air France. They are leaving American passengers stranded.

My luggage was delayed by 4 weeks during a flight between CDG and DTW late June. According to instructions after three weeks I submitted a claim for purchase of items that were in that suitcase. It took five months for Air France to address that claim and inform me that I was not due to anything since my suitcase has been delivered at the end.

Who could have believed that my suitcase would still be delivered after 4 weeks! It's very frustrating because I reached the one million miles during that trip, so I am really a good customer. To add insult to injury, my reply emails to [protected]@infos-airfrance.com keep bouncing, so basically I cannot even argue my case while that same email address keeps emailing me that they are waiting for my reply.. Very sick game.

Very rude , unprofessional and unconcerned…. I wassupposed to have wheelchair assistance due to unable to walk long distance, landing into Paris no one and I mean no one was available with a wheelchair and had to walked distance from (Delta 8627

Prior to boarding I informed the persons (refused to provide their names) that I needed wheelchair assistance and was told to have seat and someone would come I proceeded to informed the persons of the issue prior arriving to gate L42 . So I spoke to the young lady whose uniform read security who was passing some type of out to those who needed to complete the form……. She asked for my boarding pass and passport to verify and now I proceeded back to the desk to the persons and handed my boarding pass and passport she proceeded to check in the system to see if wheelchair assistance was indicated which am sure it’s indicated on my boarding pass , I informed her that I spoke with security but she refused to believe so SHE went to asked and was told that I cleared …..and then the persons had me ond my carryon checked and when I asked why was I being checked the young lady said she didn’t know and because the told her to do so . I asked for each and everyone’s name and was asked why and refused so , twice !😡 the persons asked because you want to make a complaint……. I have NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED AT AN AIRPORT IN MY LIFE PERIOD

I did travel with Air France on the 06/07/2022 from Dublin to Algeria I did have tow kilo extra each luggage when I check in the man work on the desk he told me to pay €700 I told him no way than he make it €200 I want to pay with my credit card he say no only cash .I pay him cash money and with out reciept tow months and half later when I back from Algeria I go to the airport to speak with manager about it the same man who did charge me was there he denied now I want cctv camera and I did send email to Air France the same day when I travel but no responce

On September 22nd, 2022 I purchased a round trio ticket on Priceline-going to Dublin -Ireland -and returning from Glasgow. This is an important business trip.

Air France cancelled the first leg of my Flight 2297 -From Atlanta to Boston on December 13,2022.

PriceLine could not replace the flight, so they also cancelled the entire Flifht

It has been a nightmare getting my refund back. I have spoken to several customer service personnel, stayed on hold for over three hours on hold only to be told different thigs by thee different-also said that they persons.

One said-it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a refund and would not let me confirm this with a manager or supervisor.

The next person stated that I have to request it through Price Line.

All three persons I spoke to refused to let me speak to a Manager / Supervisor.

I am Irate---I will NEVER ,EVER use Price Line or Air France---not in this lifetime.

I am a extremely effective trial Attorney. I will not hesitate to litigate.

I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Spent about 7 hours in CDG today, 7 hours in transit on a flight that was due to delays on a KLM flight. So far I consider it unavoidable.

The lounge on the Terminal 2F of the CDG was website-mentioned as having a lounge option for EUR60, so I went to the entrance, explained my situation, and offered to purchase the option, but the person at the reception said, "It's impossible because the lounge is full. The answer was, "There are many other shops and restaurants besides the lounge, so enjoy yourself". When I explained the situation again, she did not understand, or she just thought it is someone else's problem rather than by herself, and I got the worst impression of her attitude toward providing service, without a word of concurrence.

Air France is one of the top airlines in the world, but to be honest, I think that the totally unrespectable attitude of not listening to the customer's situation and saying "there are other stores around, enjoy yourself" which does not match their needs, is not good for Air France.

There is also a vending machine at the entrance for purchasing lounge options, but I later confirmed that it did not jump to the purchase screen, and some people around me were wondering why they could not purchase.

While the website clearly states that you can purchase, the operation is different, which I think should be improved.

I like Air France, so I wrote this in the hope that your service will be further improved in the future and that your operations will be consistent with the information you have made available to the public.

When i arrived in the united on march 31,2022 i was told that my bags were missing. At a later time i got a email that it was found but it was perishable so they trashed it. They asked me to send in recipts for my items which i did but up till now i haven't received a refund. When i call they keep giving me the run around with different stroies. i need my refund for those items. it was not my fault that those item s was missing and got damaged. please pay me for my item. Hello. I recently booked a flight (15th August 2022) with Opodo from Manchester to Bangkok via Paris and New Delhi.

Manchester to Paris - AF1269 - 05:[protected]

Paris to New Delhi - AF226 - 10:[protected]

New Delhi to Bangkok - TG332 - 03:[protected]

When I arrived in Paris I went to get my connecting flight to New Delhi and was refused to fly due to Visa reasons.

My stay in New Delhi, was only 3-4 hours (no more than 24 hours)

My bag was to be collected in Bangkok, therefore staying in transit area and no re-checking of luggage.

Therefore I lost all my flights and money and had to book another direct flight to Bangkok from Paris.

So I am looking for reimbursement for my lost flights and the onward flight which I had to pay in addition because Air France would not let me fly.

On the 13 th of August 2022 my flight AF1018 was meant to depart at 0850 and at that particular time was told that same was cancelled.

Alternative options given to me to fly to Heathrow from Heathrow to Amsterdam and from there to Paris.

I could see there were spaces on air france flight 1400 to Cdg on that day being solf at 580, hence space on that flight!

I was the only person of the whole flight of AF1018 to be doing three connections!

Aer lingus was delayed by an hour and was too short time to catch the KLM flight and I missed my flight.

My birhday ws on 14 and my sister booked my flight to Mauritius and there was no flight available until the 15 of August!

I had to pay a train ticket of 220 euro to reach Paris not to missed my following flight.

I am in Ougadougou returning to France. Once i got to the airport, i was told that the flight was fulled and there wss no seat availsble anymore. My flights were conformed snd i do npt understand hpe a confirmed flight can be fulled.

I (FlyingBlue number [protected]) have 3 tickets + 1 MCO for a total amount paid of €4 576.20 which flights were initially cancelled before the respective flights departure and that I would now like to use to travel. The tickets are:

1) Booking reference (by IATA agent [protected] SAGA VOYAGES) = TNWMNI

- ETKT = 057 [protected] / Premium economy / Price paid = €1 164.52

- EMD = 057 [protected] / Price paid = €72.54

2) Booking reference (by IATA agent [protected] SAGA VOYAGES) = UXPI9H / ETKT = 057 [protected] / Premium Economy / Price paid = €1 990.22

3) Booking reference (by IATA agent EXECUTIVE & LEISURE TRAVEL AGENCY) = OG352X / ETKT = 057 [protected] / Economy / Price paid = €1 348.92

During the past 3 weeks, I already and UNSUCCESSFULLY did the following:

1) Called the FlyingBlue service and they directed me to Air France agency;

2) I landed in Paris on July 23rd 2022 and went to the Air France agency at CDG Terminal 2E and they directed me to the Cameroon Air France agency;

3) I went to the Cameroon Air France agency and they directed me to the various travel agencies who issued the tickets (by the way, SAGA Voyages one of the travel agencies is definitively closed and therefore not accessible nor reachable);

4) I went to ELTA Voyages and they directed me back to Cameroon Air France agency;

In summary, I'm going round agencies and always get the same message that the related tickets have expired and that I have to send a claim by email to AIR FRANCE.

NB: It is important to mention that COVID played a significant role in disturbing my travels and that NOWHERE on these tickets I can read a condition saying that the tickets will be lost if I do not use them within a certain period. I can clearly read the various other conditions.

I flew Air France on May 9, 2022. GRR-SVQ Upon arrival in Seville my luggage did not arrive. I filled out the paperwork for missing luggage. 3 days later my luggage did arrive. I had to buy items for the hot weather, toiletries, etc. It is now August and I have still not been reimbursed as promised. C-4995049. I have called customer service with no outcome.

Put a claim into air France on the 25/4/2022 reference number c-4924767 rang on numerous occasions and got no were still waiting after 3 months what a disgrace sent proof of receipts air France cancelled the flight from Johannesburg to Amsterdam we were told that we would be put up in a hotel the staff at Amsterdam were a joke told us to find our own accommodation over 24hr delay coming back lied too by there staff
