They did a great job. Efficient, polite and knowledgeable and on time
I would like to start by saying my first review was declined by the ComplaintsBoard.com because I used inappropriate language? That might tell anybody how I feel about this company. They wasted seven days of my life, by my staying home waiting for their service personal to come, only to be canceled at the last minute for their screw ups in making appointments.
I would suggest, if you are looking for an A/C company for any type of service work or to install a new A/C unit, save yourself some headaches and grief, and choose another company.
Tech came out to our house was there five minutes said he could not do anything with the thermostat and left and still charged us $59.00
Tech came out to our house was there five minutes said he could not do anything with the thermostat and left and still charged us $59.00. What a rip off. We spent over $15,000 with them for a complete new system and then to be treated like that. This company sucks!
Very professional service. On time, followed Covid recommendations and provided optional upgrades to eliminate mold buildup inherent in attic installations. Took pictures to explain buildup so I could discuss with my wife and decided to install one.

I purchased a new A/C unit about 6 years ago. It was a large unit that turns out is usually only sold up north although I live in Florida. The unit has been nothing but problems. Every winter when you need heat, I have to call them out because the pan overflows and triggers the disconnect. Tech keeps saying "whoever installed this should have put in an overflow pipe to keep the pan dry." It is THEM who installed it. I have had them come out no less than once a year (sometimes more) for non maintenance issues. The latest is to fix a leaking coil which the part is covered by warranty/plan but they are charging me $1000 for labor (which is 20% off because I have a maintenance plan). Unless they have to send 2 full techs to spend 4 hours or if the job is 6-7 hours long, I can't understand this cost. I am seeking labor costs to be waived for a unit that has been a disaster from day 1. I do not see myself using Air Rescue for my next unit nor recommending them to anybody in the market for an A/C unit.
My service representative was well seasoned and highlighted some important I do and shared great insight. Fantastic service and outstanding work. I would recommend them to anyone
Ivan came out and was extremely polite and professional
Ivan came out and was extremely polite and professional. He explained what he did and what was needed. As Freon was the only thing needed, AirRescue was able to send someone out the same day for the fix. Vince was also very polite and professional. He explained what what needed and gave me options as to what I could do. They were great!
NOT HAPPY ALL!
I Used Air Rescue for annual maintenance. GLEN, (service tech/sales) did the job. 1st thing he told me that I needed a new Capacitor on my 4 yo unit. My bad, for not realizing it is still under warranty and that capacitors either work or don't, not that it had low voltage as he said. He knew it was under warranty, ( I told him), and the standard warranty in the ENTIRE AC Industry is 10 year parts. He also told me that my condenser fan motor was going out and not to wait and replace it. I HAD IT CHECKED BY ANOTHER AC COMPANY AND IT IS FINE! He said it could be as much as $1200-$1800... totally laughable!
So, that was $155/$313 not needed to spend! ($79 PER EACH UNIT, 2, AND $155 FOR THE CAPACITOR) Just a ploy for a commission on the part. Then while he was servicing the handler he managed to knock loose the PVC drain, (I hope it was not on purpose) caused the unit to cycle. I called Air Rescue 2 times and they sent other service techs that NEVER checked the drain or the auto flow shut off, THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WAS WRONG! They told me it was low voltage wiring and call an electrician. BS..., it took a DUKE Energy tech to discover that they had tweeked the drain line that was causing the valve to shut the AC on and off! ( I also called Air Rescue back and let them know it was the drain shut off and the woman that answered the phone was embarrassed).
DO NOT BUY FROM AIR RESCUE OR LET THEM SERVICE OR TOUCH YOUR AC...TOTAL RIPOFF AND NOT HONEST!

Considering that I work in a warranty department for commercial freezer equipment and work alongside HVAC service companies and technicians every day, this is absolutely the worst customer service and overall experience I have had with a service company. When my AC stopped working AirRescue was quick to the scene, driving almost 50 miles to my house, assessing the issue and providing a portable AC unit while I waited for repair. After the initial inspection, this is where I began picking up on internal personal issues the office had between their techs and truthfully no sense of motivation to complete a work order that was paid IN FULL ($5,800, mind you). I needed a complete inside/outside AC replacement, which on average takes 4-8 hours. They arrived to my house around 10:30 AM, two days after inspection, and took over 10 HOURS to complete the install. The install techs incorrectly wired the two units to my breaker while also forgetting to install smaller breakers to avoid a POTENTIAL HOUSEFIRE per the County Inspector. County Inspector failed the inspection on 9/11 due to these two issues and it took the service company almost a week to call me to schedule someone to complete the minor repairs so the inspector could be back out. Repair was scheduled for 9/24 between 9-11am, I received no follow-up that the service was scheduled for that day and when I called at 11am to see where the tech was, Mckayla told me the techs were out on an emergency call and she could not get ahold of them. Later I'm told the tech was actually a no-call-no-show, which does not align with their initial excuse. I was advised I would hear from a general manager, I never received any of these calls. In summary, this is an incredibly poorly managed company that has no regard to professionalism between their own employees and clients. AirRescue does not care about the safety of their customers, overworks their technicians, and shows no urgency in any aspect to service especially when those services work alongside county requirements.
Have very good service for the last 12 years very happy with a rescue
Timely, courteous, thorough, Informative, friendly Dan is knowledgeable and works clean
Salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and provided us a lot of useful information
Salesperson was knowledgeable, professional and provided us a lot of useful information. We understood the differences, efficiencies and trade offs going from one unit to another. We believe this helped us make the best decision. There was one small hiccup with the install but it was fixed the next day and they even went out of their way to correct a ducting problem from a prior contractor at no additional cost. Solid outfit! Wish I had found them sooner.

Air Rescue Installed my AC unit in 2017
Air Rescue Installed my AC unit in 2017 . Every 3 to 4 months I have had some type of issue. I actually had to call a different company for them to tell me what the problem was. The horrible customer service , the AC techs trying to upsell you on things you don't need and the fact that THEY NEVER FIXED MY AC PROBLEM is why I will never use this company again. As I am typing this , my house is still at 89 degrees and its 7PM ! They did not fix my problems , they made it worse and it cost me $1200 !

I have used Air Rescue for a few years and been perfectly satisfied
I have used Air Rescue for a few years and been perfectly satisfied. However, when they came yesterday I was very upset with them. First the serviceman did not wear a mask and I had been told that he would. Next he had not been vaccinated. I live in a 55+ community and I am 82. I don't let anyone in my house who has not been vaccinated against Covid19. Then I found out he has no intention of getting vaccinated. I don't know how is work was because all I did was open the garage door so he could get at the inside unit and I adjusted the thermostat for him. Usually I would have checked with him and asked questions. There are so many A/C companies around so I am sure I can find a vaccinated serviceman next time.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
