Service man arrived as scheduled and did annual Spring check. Was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to go with Air-Zona Air Conditioning Heating & Ventilation because they agreed to honor the rest of the 10 year warranty on the unit I bought from a company that went out of business.

They came out today, at no charge, to investigate a "metallic rattle" in one of our ground-level compressor units since they did our annual maintenance check in mid-May. We were very pleased with the service provided by Air-zona, and their technician Daryl. He arrived promptly at 7:00 AM for a scheduled appointment, wearing a face mask because of the virus problem, and didn't enter the home. He completed the service of the AC unit and the evaporative cooler, and afterwards came to the front door wearing a mask and gloves, and took my credit card for payment. I asked that the receipt be sent to my e-mail address, and did receive it shortly after. We have relied on Air-Zona for well over 10 years, and will continue to do so in years to come. It is noteworthy that they are providing excellent service while practicing the safeguards necessary during the ongoing pandemic, which we all deal with on a daily basis. George Wesley
