staff would allow my son to board hence he was forced to mis his flight
i'm really cheesed off to the top wth AA. I will never book another flight with this freaking useless airlines with incompetent staff who thinks they are GOD. my son has a large box which they said was too big, ok fine, so they ask him to put in storage since check-in no longer was available n do they know how far that is? so my son runs for his life n gets the box into storage n returns pretty close to departure time. the AA staff stopped him n would not let him board, the plane is still there n they were waiting for some crew members who I'm sure took my son's seat so they did not allow him to board. i demand a refund n I had no choice but to purchase another airline ticket at a ridiculous price. Tony I hope u read this n take action on the behaviour of ur staff its so freaking unprofessional. u may as well shut down the airline u have more cancellations n delays than any other airlines on the planet. sorry but u just lost 7 customers

Unfortunately, it has not been. So I took the liberty to ask my bank about this personally not a just a person over the phone or any robot.
Guess what? THEY CANNOT SEE ANY PENDING OR "TO BE POSTED" Transaction from YOU! I am sorry I may sound so condescending that is because you stretched my patience to it's limit.
I am giving you until friday December 7, 2022 to reply and send us a copy of you transaction document indicating the date of November 17, 2022.

Big membership and refunded points gone missing

Today I come to check my airasia big membership to see for my account and found nothing rewards and refunded points also gone missing (previously some booking refunded converted into points for booking in the future which air asia agree for that.
Seems now all gone.
What happening and can give me a good explaination as I wanted to booking new flight with that refunded points.

i did not received any emails for my booking number and itinerary ticket.

On November 22, 5:30 in the morning passenger NENITA BRIONES & FERNANDO BRIONES, two are both senior cetizen. Crew of Air Asia tacloban/airport have Not allowed to be On board the subject senior cetizen due to FERNANDO BRIONES is hard to Go up stairs on the airplaine, they didnt offer any remidy to help the two senior cetizen instead they dont allowed to get on board.
Hoping for your immediate response and actions for this very infuriating situation.

They cancelled the flight when I left my parents in airport and my parents called me I went again to pick them
They delayed flight from Sydney to kuala lampur by a day and then 10 hours layoff initially it was 2 hours and then to kuala lampur to Chennai
It took 24 hours for their journey even without a bottle of water
Pathetic and absolute rubbish

Yesterday my flight from Surabaya to Bali ref X6IH4D on the 13th December 2022 was cancelled and moved to the 14th Dec 2022. I have requested a full refund to my credit card, but this is being refused offering only flight credit. I can not change dates as hotel bookings are made for respective nights in the two locations. I have rebooked travel on the 13 Dec on another airline.
I am 75 and will not be traveling again in your area. I equally do not live in your operational area.
I thus am requiring a full refund.

I booked (July 15, 2020) a flight from Manila to Taipei for January 28, 2021. Then, I received an email on December 25th informing me that it got cancelled due to Covid.
Included in the email are the two options I could do, use the credit account feature or obtain a full refund.
I chose the full refund and have been doing follow-ups ever since. Someone called me sometime in May or June 2021 promising me that I'd get the refund before the end of 2021, but it never happened.
I still continued making follow-ups through their website but unfortunately, they just keep saying that the case is still open.
In August, I (again) sent a comment on their Twitter account and after that, at last, someone emailed me. They asked again if I want to credit it to my account or get a refund which would take long. They also get my bank details to send the refund to.
I responded with the required bank details and personal information and asked, how long I need to wait. There was no response to my email. What's worse, the open case status from my AirAsia dashboard became 'Closed'
So, I again messaged them through the website asking why they closed it. To my dismay, their live chat agents couldn't give me information and the chat only got disconnected. This happened twice, on that same time. Both agents I talked to just left the conversation.
Their Twitter agent also does not respond anymore to direct messages.
For the amount of seven thousand pesos plus, what's taking them so long to refund it. Why are they making it difficult for us?
It has been two years, TWO (2) years of waiting in agony! Please help!

My flight AK6493 (Sandakan to Kota Kinabalu) dated 11/11/22 was delayed without any further notification on estimated time to depart.
The initial departure date 750am with boarding time of 710am. It was delayed significantly. The staff didnt even inform until almost 830am. Almost all passengers were queing for 1hour to board the flight. To my suprise, they even proceed accordingly for the next flight at 11am.
This is extremely disappointing.
Desired outcome: Please notify us if any delay earlier and do make necessary arrangement early. We bought early flight for a reason. You cant simply expect us to adjust our schedule around for your own mistake.

Re: PNR# KUIIYL (Your reference [protected]) You emailed me to say that the refund request had been validated on 09 September yet still no refund has been processed for these flights which YOU cancelled as the flights were no longer available.
This is just not acceptable to have to wait two months now for a refund and no way of really contacting you apart from this or via a robot message service!
Process this refund immediately and message me to confirm that it has been done. I am also writing to my credit card company to intervene with this transaction.

I have a complaint and want a compensation for the flight and the hotel booked.
We booked a short trip to Langkawi via Trip.com
The flight to Langkawi with Air Asia Flight AK6326 departure at 7.10am. So we need to leave our house at 4.15am and we were at the airport at 5.10am. The check in was not possible and after standing hours in queues, we were booked on the flight AK 6316 to Langkawi planned departure 1.55 pm. This would be already a major delay but now this flight is delayed to 5pm and we're not willing to fligh anymore after Air Asia kept us already 10 hours at the airport. We're claiming to get the money for the flight, the hotel and the return flight because Air Asia screwed our weekend.

I was able to personally talk to your airline manager and he informed me that my payment for the cancelled flight due to above-said reasons will be refunded through the CREDIT REFUND, in which your airline offered. However, as I was doing the process on my AirAsia account, the CREDIT REFUND cannot be processed. May your airline assist me with the process, as your manager assured me about the refund. Xbz3vx - change of flight
I hope someone can help me with this.
I made a booking on the 28th of October on the Air Asia website for 9 pax travelling to Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur. I made a mistake on the month which is from the 17th November to 21st November 2022 but my actual dates was supposed to be 17th December to 21st December 2022. I realised after making the payment that the month was wrong and i immediately made the changes to the flight. I took a Premium Flexi fare and thought that since i changed immediately i would not be charged the change fee.
But i was shocked to see that i had to pay an additional of RM2520 for the changes which is ridiculous. A little lower would have been fine as i know it was my mistake. But this is like two more people flying in.
Can Air Asia pls help me with this and give me a discount on the additional cost that i have paid please. I hope someone can really seriously look into this and get back to me.
