RE: Travel Voucher - [protected]

The AirAsia travel voucher I have, #[protected], does not expire until 12 July 2027. As indicated in my account the travel voucher is worth RM 5,691.40 and can be used to pay for AirAsia and AirAsia X flights or add-ons. However, when I booked a flight on either the AirAsia website or the app the payment choices do not include Travel Voucher, but there is a selection for E-Gift Voucher. But when select the latter and input my voucher code I get a message indicating that my e-Gift voucher has expired or is not valid and to try again with another voucher.

This is extremely frustrating. Moreover, there is no Customer Support service to help as the telephone number provided, [protected], is non-functional.

I have attached screenshots of my Travel Voucher number and my attempt to use it as an e-Gift Voucher - the latter, indicating my voucher has expired, yet the expiry date on my voucher is good until 12 July, 2027.

Can an AirAsia customer service agent please contact me via my email, mah.[protected]@gmail.com or mobile number: 017.440.1899 to help show me how I can use my travel voucher.
