So, I recently did some online shopping on ajio.com, but unfortunately, the experience was not so great. I had ordered 2 sets of Kurti, but shockingly, I received 2 pairs of sandals instead. The worst part is that the customer care executives are not at all helpful in resolving my issues.
It's been a week now since I have been trying to get in touch with customer care, but every time I call them, they either cut my phone or put me on hold for long. It's quite frustrating. I mean, I have ordered the items for a marriage function, which is almost near, and now I am clueless about what to do with those fake items.
Overall, my experience with ajio.com has been quite bad, and I would not recommend anyone to shop from there. they should improve their customer service and make sure that such blunders don't happen in future.

It seems like they are closing customer tickets just to make it look like they have resolved the issue when in reality, they haven't.
I advise everyone to be careful when ordering from AJIO. Their customer service is very disappointing and they are not reliable. I wanna tell you about Ajio department store, ajio.com, and my latest experience there. So, like, I put in my order on November 17th for some fly gear that I was really excited about. But then, like, weeks went by and I still hadn't gotten my stuff. So that's when I put in a complaint on December 6th. They told me they'd get back to me by December 13th, but when that day came, nothing had been fixed. And then I got an email saying that they had resolved my issue, but they didn't really do anything at all! I was like, "Um, hellooooo, I still don't have my stuff!" So on December 29th, I put in another complaint, but it got closed again on January 3rd without any real action taken to fix my problem. And like, I even tried to call their customer service line, but no one picked up - I was just on hold for like, 15 minutes with no one there to talk to me.
It's been over a month and a half since I originally placed my order, and I still don't have my stuff! It's seriously so frustrating, and I can't believe that no one from Ajio even bothered to reach out to me to check on my problem. Like, come on, that's some low-key disrespectful treatment. Just to be clear, I'm not happy about any of this and I just want my product, ya know?

I knew that once they scan the tag, we would get an update that the product is picked and the refund would be initiated. However, the agent said he would do it later and went away.
After that, I called support and informed them about the issue. They said they would help me with the refund, but it has been months, and my refund is still not posted. The refund amount is only 1000rs, and I don't know why Ajio is not able to refund my single one thousand rupee and lose such a valuable customer. I have placed hundreds of orders with them over the years, but their service is too bad. The support agents are not trained or educated well, and they don't even have any surveys or feedbacks.
Overall, I would give Ajio a 0.1 out of 10-star rating. Their products may be good, but their service is extremely poor. Without good service, we can't go ahead with products. It's a shame that such a well-known brand has such terrible customer service. If you're thinking of shopping with Ajio, I would recommend looking for alternative options with better service.

Man, I really had a hard time with these guys - Ajio.com. My guess is that the whole team there - from the quality officer to all the other employees - is just not on the ball. So here's what happened: I ordered some black heels by Marc Lorie, right? But what I ended up getting was some crop tops. I mean, come on, seriously? But then I got a mail saying that the product didn't belong to Ajio and had been sent back. Which was total bull, since it was the same product they sent me in the first place. I called them again, and this time the agent asked me to create a return again. So I did. And when I finally got the product and sent it back, they said it wasn't theirs again. Can you believe it? This happened at least 3 times, and I just gave up. They clearly have no shame.
All in all, it's pretty evident that no one takes their job seriously at Ajio. They're just out to make fools out of customers, and they couldn't care less. I didn't get a resolution, or even a refund. The whole thing was just so frustrating.
