Dear Sir/Ms,
Please I would like to complain about your Distributor in Kuwait (Alessa). I bought nine air conditioners from your Distributor in Kuwait for more than $70, 000, and it was installed six months ago after long-suffering with your Distributer engineers and staff. During the installation, one of the engines was burned due to the negligence of the company, and it was replaced, according to them.
Since I installed the air conditioners six months ago, the maintenance team came to my house more than twelve times even though it is new engines that do not need spare parts . I suffered from a gas leak more than four times, as well as a replacement for the compressor connector, a malfunction in the electric panel of the engine, welding of the radiator, engine freezing and many other malfunctions, as well as poor air distribution inside the house Their visit was not for maintenance, but it was for fixing the main damages in the engines. Further, I want to inform you that their appointments, in case of damages, takes around two to three days which leave me without A/C, and as you know the temperature in Kuwait exceeds 45 C. Moreover, all my attempts to contact quality/complain managers failed.

If the company act against the law of the ministry of the social affairs y not the employees lodge a complaint to shoon / indian embassy?
Kuwait labour law 8 hours duty / ot for the off day / one month leave and salary & air ticket for the year / 50% service for the year up to 5 years / one month salary for the next 5 yrs / leave for the pregnant and delivery period /
Also the kuwait court is very stright and also given the judgment in the short preriod to the foreigners
Go and lodge the complaint in shoon / embasssy / court once recd the service & benefits then request for your transfer, y u r accepting the cancellation and go back to the country.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
There are two facets to this problem. (1). If an employee has agreed to all the terms and conditions that an employer is offering at the time of recruiting (on paper), then irrespective of what the employee learns after reaching Kuwait, the employee must abide by the terms agreed and must stake claim to anything more than that just because others in some other Companies are enjoying better benefits. (2). If the Employer has violated the terms agreed at the time of recruitment, then the employee can surely seek redressing; at the first instance with the employer, then with the local Embassy if the negotiations with the employer fails, lastly with the Ministry of social affairs and labour if everything else fails.
But, generally in Kuwait, it is observed that workers in their desire to somehow come to Kuwait and earn the Dinars, accept to anything and everything that the prospective employers offer, without bothering to think or verify a few facts. Once they arrive here and settle down, they make a few friends around and start getting to know of the terms that could have been possible had they been more careful. Not wanting to blame themselves for making the decision, they start targeting the employer, accusing him, protesting and complaining here and there. In such a case, the employee is as culpable of the violations as the employer. Because, in these days of technology, everything is available on the Internet; private sector labour law, general terms and conditions for various professions etc. Being educated and mature, people have to be well informed and then take decisions. Those who do not follow this path and then make the employer the scape goat can only be called stupid and opportunistic.
