I am reaching out to address an issue concerning the two UAN numbers assigned to me. I kindly request your assistance in transferring the funds from my old UAN to the new UAN, which is currently active and has been in use for a considerable period. While attempting to use the transfer option in the EPFO portal, I encountered the following message: "Transfer claim request is already submitted for the previous account." I am unsure about the exact meaning of this message. I have tried to reach out to Techmahindra which is my previous company and they have rejected my bank KYC stating "rejecting due to name mismatch"" even though the names are same in UAN portal, in my Bank account, everywhere it is the same and i do not know where have they seent the name mismatch, they do not call nor respond to my query or request on time. Your support and guidance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

I am James Jerro Panes, the X-employee of Techmahindra Manila Philippines. I was working with Techmahindra Manila Philippinesfrom May 12 2020- June 24. I was fired from the organization on 24th June 2020. I was just venting my frustrations to my supervisor because of the delayed salary and then after my shift it was announced to my colleagues that I was fired and kicked me off the group chat in skype. I was not given a chance to explain myself. I was hired by a subcontractor named TOP global services owned by JC Domingo.
My team leader Tarra Tanalgo and I are having a conversation via FB messenger telling her how frustrated I am since our salary has been delayed. I ask her if I can just resign and re-apply directly. I don't mean it but it just came out due to my frustrations. After my shift it was announced to my colleague that I was fired with a screenshot of my conversation with my team leader stating I want to resign because of what is happening and was kicked off from the group chat. As of now I haven't heard anything yet from JC Domingo the CEO of top global VA.
I don't think what he did is fair to fire an employee just like that. The company invested so much on my including my training and equipment

I was working in Vodafone Qatar Process hyderabad Tech Mahindra for over 9 months and was working well.I put resignation paper because I had some course to attend in my Hometown. From the time I put my Paper the Team leader has started targeting me and always forced me to put down paper. He talked, teased and at last time he started to use abusive words. He called me "Bloody son of a [censored]" and when I told him to use proper language he asked me to come to a room and inside that room he told me to get out of th company. He was forcing me to abscound from the job so that I don't get experiance letter. He appeared like he don't want me leaving th company as he think like that. I now don't get the experiance letter for my Work. Also I was traumatised by the Harsh words and Verbal abuse by the Team Leader.
Also after that HR called me and told me why you left the office without any Proper Information. And threatened me through his words to come back to the company.
He don't even had any Empathy for me.
Now I was absconded from my work and that I don't have any experiance letter. Beware of this companies where they put Certain Team leaders who are low quality ones. The team leader uses foul languages every time. Tech m has no quality team leaders or managers. As they try to get get maximum profit out of business by recruiting low quality workers as managers and team leaders.
So this Low quality Team leaders fight with Associates and use bad abusive languages and low Quality threatening techniques to retain associates.

My name is Karthik Kumar Gaddi and I was an ex-employee of esteemed organization, Tech Mahindra Hyderabad.
I joined in the company in the year 2016 for the process called Verizon as a Senior technical Associate and got promoted as a Senior Quality Associate in 2017.
This is to bring to your notice that on Aug 25th, 2018, I was charged under the actions of mishandling of an employee from the same company in the office cab.
I understand that cab is an extended workplace and I should not have indulged in to any argument with Cab driver and an employee which made both of us to exchange words and I was accused wrongly on this as I held the collar of an employee which I didn't. I admit the fact that in a heat of the moment, I used blasphemous language.
I admit the fact that it's an offense as per tech Mahindra company policy to use profanity and I truly regret till date for my actions that day. I paid a huge amount as I was separated from the company on that grounds.
However, a few concerns still left unanswered and I am highly demotivated and cannot take this insult from the society. This is pushing me to an imbalance and mental condition till date.
During investigation process, HR manager Mr. Shankar Dey picked up a few lines on me which is still haunting me till date and makes me embarrassed of the situation
Here are a few statements used by HR Manager during the investigation,
1. If you intend to do bad things to someone and later say it's not my intention, will that make sense?
2. If you want to steal a phone and a person catches you while doing the act, will your intentions work then?
3. You will be put behind bars and your family should run around the police station for the offense you have done.
I highlighted these three points on the very next day and emailed my higher hierarchy and spoke about the same with Senior HR Manager Mr. Manjunath over the phone after I was separated from the company.
However, haven't received any updated with regards to my complaint.
A company which runs with high standards and discipline, I take this as a platform and voice out my rights and want to ask on how fair is this for tech Mahindra to investigate an employee in such a disrespectful manner?
I was blamed as a Rapist, thief and as a criminal who sharply escaped going behind bar in the investigation.
Major disappointing thing here is the statement used on my family. I would like Tech Mahindra to answer to my painful question if the HR management holds the authority to compare any situation no matter if it's a sensitive thing to the other person which hurts one's emotions and demotivate for life?
On the very last day of my separation, I requested to escalate this issue to higher management but I was threatened and blackmailed by HR Sabitha that if I escalate it, I might get relieving letter mentioned as termination from the company. Instead, if I take self resignation, I will get a proper and smooth relieving. I was terrified at that moment thinking about my Future and decided to buy out my two months of notice period for relieving.
I am the only breadwinner of the family and it took me almost 5 months to get stable on a different job after I got separated. I tried to rejoin TechMahindra as I groomed my career over there and wish to continue my life and career with such a reputed organization. However, I didn't get any acknowledgement on my rehire status.
I have no clue if I wasted my 20 minutes of time drafting an email or if there is any outcome out of it. My whole purpose of writing this email is to bring this topic to Your attention and interest to ensure that no such investigation happens at tech Mahindra which might put the brand of a company at risk.
Being in such a responsible role as an HR, one should set a positive impact and good examples rather than dealing things in such an unprofessional and unacceptable way.
I truly apologize for my mistakes and I learned a big lesson of the life and I would appreciate if I get a response of this email with a proper justification.

I joined Tech Mahindra on March 12 2017. I had been there just for 2 days and I came back to my home on 20th. While there, they asked me to sign a bond. I sent it to my home for my parents signature. Before that happened I came back home and tore the bond myself. Now they are asking me to pay nearly 1, 20, 00 as my exit fee saying that I had violated the bond agreement and they are telling they will go to court. Can they sue me?
pf withdrawal
I am fed with up with Tech Mahindra. The 3rd grade service is not accepted. I have been trying to get my PF but there is absolutely no help from their side. They have provided me with wrong information many times.
The person sitting at the pf desk can hardly speak in english. He only knows Telugu.
I told them for the PF withdrawal. They told me to submit paper forms. Today i called to confirm and they say i have to apply online. They want me to update the details myself when it's the company's responsibility to upload the details. the person responsible can hardly talk, doesn't answer emails or calls. I am in an urgent need of money and these people hardly seem to care.
I will wait until today, march 15th 2018. Tomorrow I will come to the tech Mahindra office with banners and will sit in front of the office as long as it takes for someone sensible to address my issues.
I am an ex employee. If this is the date of an ex employee what good are they to their current employees.
luggage handling
I was travelling with Qatar Airways from Kolkata to Entebbe (Uganda) en route Doha on 17th Jan'18 (ETkt [protected]). At Kolkata airport I checked in my luggage with Fragile tag. Official transit period in between the connecting flights was around 1 and 20 minutes (Arrival time of the flight from Kolkata was 6:35 AM Doha time and departure time of the flight to Entebbe was 7:55 AM) .
After landing Doha airport, the pilot realized the plane could not be dragged to the terminal because of heavy fog. So he set for a truck to pull the plane. This episode took more than 50 minutes. When I reached to the gate at around 7:40 am to board onto the flight, a Qatar Airways ground staff told me that the gate was closed, so I need to contact the service desk. When I reach the service desk I only one lady is there. I stood in the queue. Even though the flight was still on the ground, the lady assured me that she could not do anything so that I had to leave any hope to board onto the flight. She suggested me to get in touch with the transfer desk to get next flight's boarding pass and to arrange for other logistics. The transfer desk initially fumbled to arrange for accommodation even though the next flight to Entebbe was on the next day (16th Jan).
To stay in the hotel (provided by QA), I needed some staffs which were in my check in luggage, so requested to give my luggage back. While collecting my luggage I discovered the luggage was broken (someone very meticulously to manage to break one of the wheels of my luggage trolley).
When I contacted the luggage desk again, initially I was denied to register a complain. I was told, since my destination was Entebbe, I should register there. After few minutes' of discussion, they agreed to register the complain ( File Reference DOH 1317923. This time I was told, that I need to settle the claim at Entebbe Airport.
On reaching the Entebbe Airport, when I contacted the luggage handling authority ( After reaching Entebbe, I came to know that QA does not have its own local luggage desk), I was told I need to provide all the details, and they would re-enter this data set tagging to the existing complain id ; however complain could not be settled by them and for that I need to visit QA Office and Kampala.
On contacting the QA Office describing the issue, I was told that, I could visit from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Saturday from 8 AM to 12 Noon.
I visited the QA Office on this Saturday (20th Jan'18) and I was told that the person who settles this, works from Monday to Friday only; so I need to visit again on Monday.
This is the quality of service of QA.

A Couple of days back i got a call from TechM "Pavan" who took telephonic technical interview(without any prior intimation) but i was ok and answered all the questions which happened about 40min. .After a couple of days i got a call from "Supriya" that i have been shortlisted for the Client round(usa) and it would be scheduled tomorrow night(Weekend Saturday, 29th july) and asked me to keep my slot 8pm to 10pm free.The next day i got a call from client after 10:15pm and it was techincal and i answered almost all the questions based on my project experience and the end of the call client gave me a positive response explaining the project that iam going to be apart and she even told me i would be working with some X person name aswell and i would get a call on tuesday(1st July) regarding the same..I was very happy on her response and was waiting for HR round to happen..On Monday i received a call from Supriya and she asked me few questions like, Did the interview happened, how did you do the interview?, I sed iam positive about the interview, i did well and i asked her about my feedback(Though i knew, i wanted to make sure)...Then she sed i have to wait till tomorrow to get the feedback and she asked me to do a favour, she wanted me to jot down all the questions that client had asked and the relevant answers that i gave so that she can analyze how i did(she would send me a test mail to which i have to reply all the questions and answers)..I was like WTF, how can a HR ask like this and how will she judge me based on my answers when she doesn't know anything technical, i felt something fishy!But still i sed i would share her the questions but i did not get any mail from her(May be she got some Bakra like me who already shared questions to her)..
The Next day i called to her to know the feedback, she simply sed you did not go through the interview and don't worry we will consider you for our next project, (what the hell?), i strongly asked her i got a positive feedback how come you do this? she replied how do you that client gave positive feedback?, i told her that client already shared me her feedback and told the person name with whom iam going to work, for a sec she did not speak but then she told me this time you did not get through..I hung up the call with disappointment..I started analyzing what could happen, i guessed something was not going right..
Do you know i was right. "Supriya K" who called me was not a HR in techM, she is a Project Manager(I came to know from a Mutual frnd working their), she wanted Client interview questions from me, may be she wanted them to share with her relatives, cousins or friends whom she wanted to place, so she played a cheap trick to me, these ppl just use n throw genuine ppl like me and would hire a worthless candidate and pay lakhs to them..
I got so depressed, If was normal i wouldn't have been such depressed, but i left my baby 1.5yrs at my mom's place and was sincerely struggling day and night to crack the interview after my maternity break, and what i got in return, cunning and cheap game play interview from so called highly professional designated Project Manger
"Supriya K"...So guys plz beaware of this company and the ppl like them..
Don't keep any hopes on TechM until and unless you receive your offer letter!
Business plan issues
I have been following up with DU customer care for over a month now and it still doesn't have any resolution 1-[protected]. This is the worst service experience i have ever received. No one is taking the ownership for the case and everyone is giving false commitment. My contract started in december 2015 but according to DU mu contract was terminated in March 23 and was activated again on same day. This has happened without my knowledge. I have not signed any contract starting 23 March. I feel cheated now and no one is replying my emails.
No action taken against anyone even if they beat you without reason

Even if you give them proof that doesn't matter to them because they will only listen to their employee who are giving false statement to just save other's jobs.
Security Level is none at Office.
What is use of providing facilities if you can't provide security to anyone.
They will not take any action if anything like this happen also in future with others.
