I am a frequent customer of Al Madina Super Market at Riyadh Saudi Arabia since they have started their branch here at Batha. As it is near to my home I do shopping at madina for even 1SAR as well. But today I had a worst customer service experience on my life.
There is a small passage from 1st floor to ground floor and usually it is opened all the time but because it was Friday today and I went to do my as usual shopping after Friday prayer I thought because the market was just opened may be they have forgot to open that passage and I opened that passage to come to ground floor.
All of the sudden a Nepali sales associate ran to me and in a very rude way he said" can't you see it is closed how can you open this". It was so embarrassing for me as I was the regular customer and I got here in such a rude choice.
Then I went to just tell the man in charge there that your sales associate should me polite to your customer but he even said the same thing.
It was very unfortunate that it is happening to your regular customer.
Just want to conclude here by saying that even though that passage was closed that guy should have told me in a polite way.
