I bought 2 t-shirt and 2 pants first the supervisor coming to me and told me they have offer buy 1 get 1 after when I go to cashier for payment suddenly he come with his card and paid from his card when I not agree to pay that payment he said go and talk very rudely...before 2 days also when I gone there he just pay from his card and take payment from phillipino lady (cashier)...my concern only pls inform the madina staff don't pay by them self customer should be pay...for little discount don't use your own card

I visited today for shopping. While making a bill cash counter guy not asked do u need a bag. And I got a own bag in my hand and he charged for that and paking I said him I got a bag why you giving your bags. He saying to me that you should inform before. I told him brother I got a bag in my hand its very visible ok atleast you have to ask right. He is very rude to me and saying get u r stuff and go quickly. Is that kind of customerservice you have. You guys not teaching a proper customer service. How come he s rude on me. You can check the camera. And I called that store manager he was not there another fellow who came and saying simply sorry. Guys you should need a customer service with polite and not this kind of service and I belive its super market. But your staff behave like a fish market. Am not his slave rude on me. I need a proper explanation from your side.

I went to Al Madia hypermarket in Central mall near Sharaf dg metro station. I saw in the booklet of 24,25,26 May 2024 that fresh chiken is 11.99, but unfortunately once I reached there it was 15.99aed and I didnt buy it. On the same booklet Sadia chiken 1000gm its 12.99 and I bought 1200 gm Sadia chiken griller and they cahrged 17.50 aed. Unfortunately I noticed this once I reach home. Kindly clarify this.

I am complaining about poor security staff behaviour
I visited there store adjacent to sharaf dg metro station, where their security staff used singular salutations, misbehaved, raised his voice and alleged me of theft, despite of me showing them the labels tagged from Lulu.Ironically the products they were alleging me were not there in their store,being a female I felt very humiliated and was surprised that none of their staff told him anything , all male staff were enjoying the scene, I will not be going to their store anymore , I raised the complaint on their app but no one responded , this shows how seriously they take misbehaviour with the customer.

I am Rajiv Kumar. I work in Mango Hypermarket Doddakannelli branch as CSA . My emp. ID: PHM0000427. I am on leave from 14th of Sept to 25th October with HR and Manager approval. They have n't released my Sep month salary. But when I called and messaged multiple times then they released my Salary rs7000 for sep month.
And today HE texted me not to come to work because we don't want 9hrs people. We want 12 hrs of people. And HR told me in a message that You can send mail or messages anywhere I manage all these things. So your mail or message will be useless.
If I want to hire you then you can do a job here. If I do not want to work here then you couldn't work here.

Complaint Against - Mango Madina Hypermarket, Near Al Khail gate.
Ordered Food & Grocery items at 12:30 pm & they have confirmed the delivery within 3-4 Hours to my Stay which is hardly 1 km away. i followed up with them on 3:30pm for delivery they have replied items are picking up & will deliver soon. Even after 5:00 Pm they have not delivered the items & replying items are arranging for delivery .
Even i have informed them the urgency & they are totally ignoring it .
Worst delivery service.
Rude, irresponsible behavior of staff.
I called them several times to place an order. Their response is they don't understand the location which is literally 7 minutes away from their location, they make you hold the call until they all finish discussing and return with an answer like there is no person to deliver.
And this happens every time.

Freezer broken
I visited your branch in central mall. I was shocked to see the freezer broken, with all food inside, and it had become soft and unfrozen.
I informed, the person in charge, there was no manager available, the person was so rude.
I don't feel he understands the seriousness of the situation.
Why was the food not removed and put into a working freezer.
The food clearly states 'DO NOT RE FREEZE ONCE UN FROZEN '
The staff member is clearly not trained or competent to handle food in my view.
Im afraid, people are going to get very sick from this supermarket

Bought eggs from madina supermarket, expiry date is still far, but all eggs are funguses..
About 15 days before bought the item, don’t have bill.. as I’m not keeping it..
I don’t remember the exact date of purchase but I bought this egg carat in July end.. as I don’t keep bills with me.. but I’m buying eggs from madina.. that’s why I’m sure this is the product from madina..

I had a purchase today from Al Madina hyper market and during the time of payment the cashier (a male Saudi) on counter number 07 told that he won’t do the billing and asked us to go to the next counter that is counter number 08 where a (Lady Saudi cashier) also refused to do the billing and immediately another customer came and the above mentioned cashiers started to do the billing…I had notified the same to Saudi floor supervisor but no action was taken at the time…
Being a regular customer of Madina didn’t expect such kind of negligence from the cashiers…These kinds of attitude makes us feel not to come to the same place again.
Desired outcome: No response/action from the heads
