I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your Al Madina Hypermarket Al Rigga branch regarding a Samsung A24 phone purchased on 23/04/2023.
After three months of use, the phone experienced a malfunction and, despite having a valid warranty, the resolution process has been excessively protracted and unsatisfactory. I initially brought the phone in for repair, paying AED 120 for a display replacement, only to be informed later that the motherboard was also damaged.
Despite waiting for over a month for the motherboard to be claimed under warranty, I was subsequently told that the phone could not be repaired, and I was asked for additional funds to exchange it. This request is unfair, especially considering the extensive delays and the original warranty coverage.
Furthermore, throughout this ordeal, the staff at your Al Rigga branch have been consistently rude and disrespectful during each visit. Today, when I finally received the phone after two months, I discovered that the original display had been replaced with a duplicate, and the issue remains unresolved.
I demand either a full refund or a replacement for the phone, given the extended inconvenience and the lack of a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request a prompt response and appropriate action to rectify this situation.
