I am not received my points for purchasing items, 2x points
I have not been receiving my points for my purchases, i purchased meat and produce and didn't receive my 2x rewards. here is a photo of my cart. it is very disappointing when i don't receive my rewards. due to the fact that i would have to travel out of town because i live in a rural area. i would like to continue to shop here but if im not going to receive my rewards then i might have too
lucerne vanilla flavored light nonfat yogurt
I purchased a 32oz container of this product on August 22, 2018 at 7151 W Craig Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89129. This product at the time of purchase had the expiration date of July 10, 2018. When I opened the producted the texture was off and it was very runny. Not realizing the expiration date, I put some yogurt into my smoothie and ended up feeling very sick with a stomach ache. I am very diasapointed, as I am a new customer to Albertsons. I used to live in IL where I frequently shopped at Jewel Osco so I was excited to see a familiar shopping place in my new state. However, it is extremely unacceptable to be selling 6 week old yogurt! This experience will be hindering my desire to continue shopping at Albertsons.
rewards
I submitted a complaint a few days ago about my reward points and still have not gotten a reply. It appears that 2 rewards just disappeared from my account and I just want someone to look into that so I may use them before the end of the month. I noticed that I had 2 rewards one day and then a few days later when I was shopping and about to load my reward to the app, they were gone. I also notice that this has happened quite a few time before but I let it go. Not this time.
overcharged
Today I was overcharged over $6.00 for only 8 items. I clearly entered by ph# when in line. This is a continuous problem at my location and I visit cust svc desk weekly for all the overcharges. The mgr seems to know me well and normally is quick to refund back MY $$. However, today, he debated a simple receipt and refused to refund the full amt due. I am making a formal complaint which might seem silly to some, but every month on mult occasions I am overcharged. For all the people who dont review their receipts.. Albertsons LLC is making hundreds of thousands.
Its embarrassing and inconvenient as a customer to have to deal with this weekly. There excuse is that its the computers, even the clerks laugh about it.
so delicious yogurt
I am so disappointed. I bought spoiled yogurt from Albertsons! I went to the store bought the yogurt and immediately put it in the fridge. When I opened it, it was spoiled and could have caused me to become extremely ill. If I could not tell it was bad I would have gotten severe food poisoning and went to the hospital. I already have health issues so I was hoping I could trust this store enough to buy food from here. Employees should be stocking shelves properly and checking the temp that items are stored at to prevent bacteria from growing. I don't feel comfortable shopping here anymore. When I called to explain what happened the manager just said so what can we do. No apology or remorse was given. I said so can I get a refund and she said yes. No offer of coupon gift card or anything for the trouble I went through. I wasted my time and gas and will have to waste it again going all the way back to the store for a refund. That is not how this situation should have been handled nor should it have occurred at all.

signature crispy cookies
I have purchased these cookies (chocolate chip) from our Bend Oregon store and loved them, they are a little expensive. There are 10 cookies for 5.00. So when I was traveling, I came across an Albertsons in Mill Creek Washington. On 8-13-18 I went in and bought 3 packages, to share with family. When we got home and opened the cookies they were plain old cookies...not crispy at all. I was bummed because they weren't the "good crispy" cookies I was expecting, plus I paid 15.00 + tax!
use by date on ground turkey
There's nothing worse than getting off work, going to the only real grocery store in town, buying in groceries, waiting in lines that are always too long, getting home and finding the ground turkey you just bought has a use by date of the day you purchased. And... you had no plans of using that ground turkey after getting home, you just want to stick in an easy frozen pizza so you can save what little is left of your night.
I really shouldn't have to worry about checking dates, unless it it's on sale (which it should have been with an almost expired date), which is wasn't.
I wouldn't bother complaining except this has happened too many times. And, I just don't have time to take it back to the store, let alone have them question me because I threw the receipt away (which just happened last week when I bought a half gallon of milk and it leaked all over my fridge from an apparent hole in the bottom).
This is the only real grocery store in town, besides the 2 Smart-and-Finals, and the Food For Less, so it has got to be making a killing. Which confuses me, because they never have enough people on the cash register.
I truly hope you take this seriously and check into it.
loss and prevention
On october 16 2017 store policy was violated and punishement was not given to the employees involved. No i wasnt stealing even though it may have seemed that way. I did not leave from inside of the store. When i was approached and first accousted by these employees i was in the pharmacy area. Hell i even put one item in the guys hand and the other on a table or merchandise. But you can belive what you want dont care. Store policy was broken by several employees that day and your vedeo feed and the confessions of these employees in the police report ststing they hit my husband in the face and he never touched or threatened them and was never anywhere near any merchandise. No we didnt split up we still together now. Im not going to jail but a civl case against albertsons is filed showing this policy of "no touch" policy being violated and no pinishement handed down. Albertsons have several suits won against them due to this policy that was put into affect with an employee being terminated after 30 years in 1995. So you can try to say this a lie but you cant cuz your store policy is well known and public info plus your videofeed will show
Lady, you are so full of crap. I read your original letter. You put items in your purse, then wandered around the store and started "rummaging" through your purse for your phone and your credit card ... right. You do NOT put unpurchased items in your purse. Then you claim since you didn't leave the store it isn't shoplifting. You attempted to conceal unpurchased merchandise in your personal bag. You come up with a different excuse every time something sounds suspicious. You have a bad back, so you can't carry a basket, but it's ok to put the same weight into your purse? Or hey, use a cart. This isn't your first time shoplifting, you are just upset you got caught and are trying to get out of it.
** this woman already wrote a letter about this last year. Click on her profile to read her more "in depth" article where I found out all about her hiding sour cream and sausages in her purse while hunting for chips.
pharmacy #0130 hailey, idaho
I am writing in response to the service I received from the Savon Pharmacy located in the Albertsons, Hailey, Idaho. My doctors office faxed in a prescription refill on 7/31/2018, attached is a copy of the fax confirmation report from my doctors office. There were 2 prescriptions requested. When I got to the pharmacy later that day, I was told they didn't have 1 of 2 refills. They did not have record of receiving Lorazapam refill, copy attached. I was told to try back the next day. I came back the next day and they said it had not been received yet. I told them there must be a mistake, I have a email from my doctor saying both were requested at the same time. I was told there was nothing they could do without the doctors prescription. I checked again with my doctor and they confirmed the refill, both refills, were sent. Back to the pharmacy, trip #3. No record of my refill, this is now Friday, August 3rd. I was visibly upset as this is a much needed prescription and by now I am completely out. I was pulled aside by a very nice pharmacy tech and she said I should switch pharmacies as she doesn't have hers filled by Savon because she has seen so many problems. Again, I was told to call my doctor, I did, they confirmed the prescription was sent 7/31. Trip #4 to the pharmacy on August 6, 2018, still they said they had no record of my refill. I was terribly upset and brushed away by the staff. I called my doctor and they confirmed that the refill was sent via fax on 7/31 and Verbally confirmed with Ellen Schulz (spelling), the pharmacist on duty on 7/31. I am attaching a copy of the fax confirmation report as it is the only hard evidence I have of the transaction being confirmed. I was told by my Doctor that I should switch pharmacies as this is not the first time they have had such complaints. As a matter of fact it has happened to me several times. One time I found out the pharmacy was out of fax paper as they later admitted after going thru the same run around. 8/6/2018 My doctor was very worried that I did not have my medication and suggested I call the manager at the pharmacy, Roy. I told him that my doctor spoke with Ellen on 7/31 and verbally confirmed the refill and he said, "this is their word against ours". I was dismissed and treated rudely by Roy and the staff at the pharmacy. I called my doctor and they sent me this fax confirmation to prove the legitimacy of my complaint. I will be switching pharmacies. The lack of respect and helpfulness from the staff will not be tolerated any longer by me. I will, as well, switch grocery stores and pay higher prices for both prescriptions and groceries in order to receive proper service.
chicken tenders
I purchased chicken tenders and I asked if they were fresh. I was told they were as I was bringing home to my kids. I purchased 3 lbs which cost over 20.00 and when I got home the kids could not even eat them. I didn't have time to go back as I had to go to work. This had happened before and I went back and had them replaced. I don't think I will buy them at that store again.
albertson's monoply game
I am a 30 year customer of Ablertsons. I currently shop primarily at the Port Orchard, WA, 1434 Olney Avenue store. This spring I played your MONOPLY game. I collected some 1500 tickets and filled out the board game. I "won" $5. Yesterday I finally got around to taking my "board" to the courtsey counter to collect. I was told that the game ended May 1, 2018 and I couldn't collect.
I want my $5 winning.
just for u
Tried to call...left on hold 20 minutes! The last 4 trips I have had to go to the customer service desk because I was not given the free items or the discount! When Just for U started, it worked wonderful, but as of the last "4" visits I have had to go to the service desk to correct the errors. I will NO LONGER trust your program and will limit it usage. Very, very unhappy with Albertsons Just for You program.

bakery/ carrot cake
I just got out of urgent care visit for food poisoning. Went to our local Albertsons on allen creek drive in grants pass. Saw a carrot cake on sale $5.00 ( I guess you do get what you pay for). Let my greed get the better of me and boy did I and my Granddaughter pay the price. We both got sicker than a dog. Called Albertson's and after being passed to bakery. After explaining to the Lady what had happened and that they should be more careful with food safety. She's says sorry I guess one slipped by. I thought wow that really doesn't do it for me .. If she would have been a little more sincere in her tone or maybe offered a replacement I would have had a more positive experience I think. Anyway I thought you should know,
Sincerely

the service!
Puppy chewed my debit card! My new card doesn't get here until ten business days so for today because I didn't get cash out in time everywhere I went had to manually type it in well Albertsons wasn't the first place I had gone to I'd been to PetSmart a gas station and also an ice cream place! The cashier and manager both told me they couldn't help me because they weren't allowed to accept payment that way! I felt disrespected, not treated like a customer! I am in that store everyday and I will never be returning! How unbelievable! I can't even began to explain how rude both of them were! They were being lazy and didn't want to manually type it in! Wow!
all of them
I wanted to thank you for rearranging the store products at the Eulles store. I saved a lot of money by shopping there this morning. I couldn't find many of the items I wanted to purchase, so I left without them. It probably saved me 50% on spending.I have a limited amount of time when I go shopping and don't have the time to wander every aisle looking for what I need.
Maybe you should consider doing something similar with your executives wages. Place their paychecks in different locations every payday and give them a limited amount of time to find them. Another thing you could consider would be to fire the college educated idiot that came up with the brilliant idea to fix something that wasn't broken. I think I'll be shopping somewhere where I can actually find what I'm looking for.
Ever think about asking someone where something is located?
bait and switch marketing
On july 1st we were in store #3016 in las vegas, and came across a display of pork back ribs.
The sign said: buy one, get 3 free.
Nothing else was on the sign or the display area.
When we got to the register the clerk told us that we had to pay for the most expensive one, and the others were free.
I asked her why couldn't we hand her one of the rib packets that we chose - and her reply was that the store policy was to charge for the most expensive. When I pointed out that this was not explained at the display area — she told us "well if you bothered to read our ad circular at the door - you would know this!"
I didn't know that reading the printed ads were necessary in order to shop - I assumed that the sign at the pork rib display was what we needed to go by.
My cell phone is: [protected]
It is common practice at all stores to pay for the most expensive item. You got three items for free, stop being such a freaking cheapskate. Also, that's not what bait and switch means.
bathroom syringe disposal
I'm very disgusted with the fact that Albertsons could not maintain the disposal box for needles and let it overfill like it has, if a parent were to let their kids go to the bathroom by themselves and they came across an overfilled box, they could easily have access to grabbing off of these needles and potentially harm themselves.
The store is located at

employee
Im disgusted at the employee Larrel at the lacey Albertsons. My daughter got sick in one of the isles and i told her less than five minutes after it happened. She was very annoyed. Visibly throwing her hands in the air. Smacking her lips, looking at me blankly as if i was supposed to know what she was thinking. I apologized for not carrying a mop in my pocket. I was visibly upset. No employee should make a mother feel embarrassed her child got ill. Its unprofessional. I shouldnt leave the store in hysterics. Im beyond irate.
deli spicy chicken tenders
My wife, daughter, and I got your 2lb chicken and potato wedges combo at your deli at Albertsons missoula, mt on N reserve. The wedges were spot on delicious. But the chicken tenders barely had any chicken and the chicken in them was just overcooked and hard. And the crisp around the chicken was overly thick and hard to chew. I even had one that was only Krispy and no chicken.
6 pc containers with lids
I purchased this product at my local store. I expected this product to be a good product for leftovers but all 3 containers shattered with the slightest heat of the food to be stored so I feel that I threw my money in the trash. I expect more from an Albertsons product. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I would like a refund if possible.
