Recently I have the worst experience at Albertsons - Bozeman.
Firstly, I went to the store 4-days ago, purchased a few items and before that, returned some items too which included hair colors. Approx. $95 was refunded to my Amex card after waiting for the manager Marvin who was called by Shae. It took 40-minutes for Marvin to come to the register to approve the refund.
Today, it's been 4-days and I still don't see the refund on my account.
Yesterday, I visited again to buy a few things. When I saw Marvin, i thought to ask him since he was the one who approved the return. I told him that I haven't received the refund in my account. And he kept on saying that it takes 24-48 hours, and I kept on mentioning that it's been 4-days. And since Shae didn't give me the return receipt, I asked Marvin if he could find the return and provide me the receipt. Marvin said that I have to come on Monday between 5am and noon to speak to Chris about this issue. But, at the same time, he said that Melissa was blaming him why he did the return. I couldn't understand his rude behavior except for the fact that Montana is a pure white state and ever since I have been in Montana, I have been experiencing racism. The only thing I could do is to remain quiet and ignore. But I still don't understand their behavior. Melissa, Dana, Marvin and then there was another guy interrupting my conversation with Marvin - they're all so prejudiced and it's awful because their behavior is just crushing my spirit.

Number 2 clerk in los lunas at about 12:15, wears glasses has tattoo. Really mean to me in a rude voice telling me to go to school and get a job and she doesn't even know me. Then she asks me where I live. That has never happened ever anywhere and now I feel bad and she ruined my day. She might need to understand her job better on how we just want to buy our items and leave, not be insulted. I hope this can be resolved.
kuna idaho - old pauls store turned albertsons
on our way back from a fishing trip we stopped into what used to be Pauils grocery store in KUNA, Now it is Albertsons, store 3337 700 E. Avalon in Kuna Idaho 83646.
we just needed to pick something up to cook for dinner and decided on Chicken breasts, We chose the skinless Boneless whole reg price 17.22
we drove all teh way back home after purchasing this and i opened the pack to prepare these for the grill just as I do with the meat i normally get from WIN CO in meridian and also that I have Got from Albertsons on 10 mile and Cherry lane and Albertsons On Fairview and meridian Road, i have never had a problem like this from any of these places.
This entire pack of supposedly whole chicken breasts were, each one, on the left or right side, cut directly in half, it looked purposely done. Mutilated really. Each breast was also covered in excessive fatty deposits, the meat was slimy to see and touch but did not smell rancid, It was however Bloody in places that chicken breasts should not be bloody, like it was peppered with a stabbing tool before it was killed, this chicken was injured before it died. on The half of each chicken breast that was not cut in half there was a tough grainy layer, i assume freezer burn but who knows and each breast had a abnormal amount of cartilage.
To clarify, these were awful in every way, i did try to clean them up as best i could and I tried to cook them as i would normally do with NOT substandard meat but the results i was getting were non edible food, since we had nothing else ( the reason for stopping by the store to pick something up) and it was late, I ended up scarping up a very lame dinner of canned sides and that was that, in the trash with all that horrible chicken.
i would also like to mention the display in the store, the package of chicken were all turned so that no visible signs of nastiness were able to be seen, it looked like it was all good. every spotty blood pool in the meat, every clob of fat and every gnarly hacked cartilage was turned down so it could not be seen. this is probably one of the worst things i have bought, meat wise since a wal mart rancid steak incident 5 years ago.

I have been a customer of Albertson's at 850 E Loop 820 Fort Worth, TX 76112 for over 15 years. The pharmacy regularly screws up my prescriptions but I continue to go to it because it is near my house. On May 30, 2018 I filled a number of prescriptions and one was an epipen. On June 5, 2018, I received a phone call that my epipen was in. I forgot that I filled it earlier and picked it up. I again paid $170. When I got home and realized I already had one, I went back to Albertson's Savon Pharmacy and tried to return the EpiPen but they refused. I asked why they called me in the first place that my EpiPen was ready when I had not had my doctor send in another prescription and they could not give me a straight answer.
I don't know if this is due to incompetence or if it's a scam to get more business. Either way, I am changing my pharmacy and grocery store and will not go to Alberton's again. I would like to return my second EpiPen and receive a $170 refund

Went into Albertsons Mesa power and Broadway and had cashier Julie rude snotty when I asked her how come my total was so much she rolled eyes and I said who's this manager and she yanked reveiot out of my hand and said excuse me and I said who is manager and she gave receipt back and the customer In front of said she should if kicked me out will not return to this store going to corporate BBB news and more

I shop at the Albertsons on Fort Apache regularly. There is a black female deli clerk who has been rude to me on numerous different occasions. Today I asked her a question about the differences in the meats and she was rude to me again. This is excessive and someone needs to speak to her about her attitude and professionalism. I was so offended that I told her nevermind and I just got prepackaged cold cuts instead.
I shop regular at Albertsons in Pahrump, NV. Everytime I have a question about there product, and have talked to their Store Director Bradley Mildenberger he is always rude, and very short to take the time to answer any questions you have. He is defiantly not customer friendly. I think Albertsons need to have a chat with this very rude Director or replace him with a customer friendly personnel.

I went to rent a rug doctor and the customer service was closing in 5 minutes and I asked for a rug doctor.and they put out a closed sign with 5 minutes remaining. The Belgrade Montana manager Carrie C and assistant Ashley were completely dismissive and did not care about their company and just stated nothing they can do etc... But jus blew it off with no apology or even trying to make right.

Today, May 31st, around 5:00 pm, I stopped by the pahrump, NV, Albertsons. While waiting to checkout, a customer complained about lowclass/lowlifes and I was unbothered but the bagger engaged in the conversation and said "wait for tomorrow because lots of low class disgusting people will show tomorrow for food stamps", this type conversations and other derogatory words towards customers has been happening on several occaisions. Another day, about a week or so ago, a younger woman got told to leave for browsing merchandise while her friend ordered coffee from Starbucks and was not allowed to browse. I would like to see an improvement in the treatment of customers here at Albertsons and would like to see less discrimination and please stop the harassment and would like to continue buying from here without being afraid of confrontation from employees. In the Albertsons at 1901 S 25th EAmmon Idaho they have most of the chicken but the honey bbq is never their when we go and they close that department at 5:00 pm when anyone who can get it gets off work after 5:00pm so therefore I believe that they honey bbq chicken should be cooked more often and that department should not close till 6:00pm, thank you.

I went into carlsbad nm location today and the girl at the customer service desk I believe her name was Ashley she had dark hair, She was very rude and hateful. Not only did she treat me horrible she was talking about other customers poorly to a employee I won't go into this store again because of how she was I hope you can hire more respectful employees

I was at the Albertsons Nampa Idaho location yesterday and bought 4 bags of hash browns. After eating 2 bags yesterday and making the other 2 today I read that 3 of the 4 are expired by a month! I am so disappointed that Albertsons would have expired products on their shelves especially since they were founded in Idaho. I don't know if I can shop at Albertsons again knowing I will have to check the expiration date on everything I buy.

I was in my local Albertsons store in Clarkston, wa today checking out the memorial day steak special. Always up until today I could request my meat selection on the neat counter to trim the tails off of the steak that is nothing but fat and I was informed that corporate would no longer allow the butcher to trim to customer satisfaction. What a dismal decision corporate has made. You are taking away the very reason I shop Albertson. Are you happy? Because I am Not! What good customer service practice is next? These employees have always had the customer satisfaction their priorty. Where is yours?

Don't stop in at the Vista and Overland market and hope to get something for lunch from the deli!
They OBVIOUSLY have too many opening chores - as they will wait to even acknowledge you - then when they ask you what you want, you have to repeat it, as they are STILL getting their morning chores done.
Then they will blindly slice meat, often the wrong amount or cut and then roll their eyes when you tell them it's not right.
Go somewhere else, anywhere else, if you have to be to work on time.

Checker Crystal was not able to explain why the coupon i presented was not valid for item purchased with it, did not offer to remove item. Was in a rush to complete transaction. No one offerred to put bags in cart, so while i was trying to pay and put bags in cart my receipt was shoved at me and next customer items were being bagged w my bags still on counter. It was a poor experience all around. I will not return to mountain home Albertsons. I shopped at albertsons weekly for several years. I will never return to the mountain home store again.

The floors in Albertsons produce today were filthy at the Boulder City Location. JEEZ! Really? This location is a BIG profit location and has a monopoly in this tourist location near Lake Mead Hoover Dam ! Albertsons needs to spend some of the profits and remodel this old store or at LEAST spend some of the huge profits on janitorial staff! Clean it up!

I am a mother with two small children on WIC checks and I am lucky if I can make it to the store once per month to use them. It already takes forever and my children are tired and crying by the time we get in line to leave the store. I work hard to make sure I have the correct items and they are all sorted by check to make things less difficult for the cashiers and less time consuming for other customers. I was approached by the day manager today and was told that they can only process three checks at a time. If I want to use more, I have to come back another day or leave and get back in line at a later time. First off, there was no one else in line at the time. But also, it was the only register with a cashier at the time. It was totally possible to open 5 other lanes to deal with other customers. Who is going to watch my crying children while I spend hours upon hours following that protocol? That's ridiculous! Just because I am below the poverty line and have small children does not mean that I need food less than others. I am still a customer. I deserve to be treated like it.

My husband went to store 165 in Mountain Home, Idaho and bought a pound of cluster snow crab from your "fresh" selection for our anniversary. He brought it home and I noticed it had slime on it so I assumed it was a fresh water issue. I cleaned off the slime and it still had a lackluster appearance. It didn't smell bad so I still cooked it. When my husband cracked into it, there was black inside where the meat was. It was in a few others as well. This is a HUGE sanitary issue and with recalls all over the country for unsanitary practices, it is important this issue is looked into.

My husband paid with a debit card and she said I had to travel back to my house to get my husband's card to get the refund. I live a decent distance away from the Albertson's. I get back to the Albertsons and I put his card in the chip reader to get the money placed back on the card. However, the money was not able to be returned and Brittnay had to call over a higher up manager. She ended up giving me cash... I went all the way to my house and cash was an option. She has wasted my time and my husband made my 3 year old daughter food. He chose the messiest thing. I wasn't going to write this complaint, but she brushed it off as if my wasted time was not her fault. She laughed it off. Still got the cash, but I am very frustrated.
I was so frustrated that I took my anger out on my three year old. A neighbor witnessed this and called CPS, and now I may have my three year old placed in foster care. Bet she does not blame herself for that as well.

This happens repeatedly and is the reason I stopped going to one of your other stores. I thought this location was better... But I guess not.
I had a total of 16 items rang up... There were only 8 different items with multiples of a couple of them. I was overcharged for 3 of the items!
Because the items ring up at the regular price and the supposed sale price is all calculated at the end of the transaction... You can't tell ahead of time if it was correct and only if you check your receipt very closely. Why offer a sale price on items to entice the buyers to come to your establishment... If you still do not give the advertised price? It's just very disappointing and makes for an extra trip to get a refund. I know that in most cases this is to your benefit... Because people don't check their receipt closely or they don't have the time to come back again for a few dollars. It definitely works in your favor! Very sad and I will do my part in spreading the word about needing to be very wary of your so called sales.

Albertson's on Guadalupe and Rural is a disgusting, old, unmaintained filthy store with poor quality produce and bare shelves. Even the parking lot is disgusting. This store reminds me of a 3rd world Island grocery store. The individuals who work here are generally kind. I am so glad Sprouts have opened in the neighborhood. I plan on taking money to Sprouts, WholeFoods and Fry's.

I use to be a regular customer at the Albertsons store located on Eldorado, I went to this store daily until the new manager took over. I occasional went to this store but will not any more. Basically this store has gone down hill every since the new manger tock over.
The help is grumbly and not happy and items in the sore that where very standard are seldom in stock. I only go in the store on a weekly basis now when I use to go every single day.
I went 4 weeks in a row to the deli and tried to order spicy chicken wings for lunch and again today with the same result no wings. You have them on the menu but you never have any more.
On Mothers day this store use to rock with dipped strawberries and very nice flowers. I would spend 50 or more dollars just on these but today it was like" Blech". Nothing I would want to buy.
So I figure if you don't even carry things like that then your store is pretty wordless to me and I will not be back. In fact I blogged about this today on Facebook and am boycotting any of your stores from now on including Tom Thumb, Randall's and Safeway. If I do visit areas with other Albertsons stores I will not enter them either.
When you have management like this in your store it is not worth my time to shop there. You folks have lost me as a life time shopper. You have some very good people working here as employees but your management sucks. He has single handily driven this store into the ground.
I do not need or want a reply fro m you folks in fact I do not even want to hear the name Allerton's again. You will never see an other friend or family member of mine inside of one as long as this manager is in one.
