AliExpress a seller called his and hers

I have not received the product I ordered over 3 months ago and when I contacted the seller they refused to give me a refund.seller claims I should rePay for product then they will reSend product of which I am fed up and I want a refund!...when I said I wanted refund seller refuses and I am confused as to why?.a month ago I wanted to complain then seller said I should wait 15 days and still after that I never received the product.i have been to the local post office countless times checking for product to no avail. AliExpress product not received

I have an Order with the number : [protected] and the order is in transit for more than what is the time said on the product page that was 7 days . It´s an order from Spain to Portugal so should really take on maximum seven days but it could take even less for my experience buying online, anyone can say the same as me . The problem is that since I asked the seller to see what is wrong here he tried to justify with the logistics and said to me to contact the logistics, I contacted and they said that the order is not even in Portugal yet after all this time. So I contacted the seller again and he just says tat the order is on transit ... So the seller didin´t helped me in this process and the minimum for a seller is to help if something is not right ... So I opened a dispute, but the seller refused to send me a refund, he still answered that the order is on transit, nothing more. I don´t care if the order is in transit or not it is just taking too much time ! If I wanted to wait so much I had ordered it from out of Europe ! and is not fair to wait almost one month more to Aliexpress can take the case ! it´s ridiculous, if I ordered something from Spain is because I ´ve with some hurry and din´t have a such good price in Portugal, so Aliexpress taking almost 1 month to Aliexpress take care of this is like ordering it again from china ! it´s just ridiculous ... I am sure that the seller never will give me the refund if Aliexpress don´t take the cause because all chat history with him . So I am asking, please take the case as soon as possible and not only in 24 days ! right now I am a very unhappy costumer, I wanted to continue to buy on Aliexpress since I ´ve been doing this since too much time already, but the first order that I make with more urgence from Europe this happens ! I hope it can be solved faster than 24 days and I can continue to buy here! I will attach some evidences like I did on dispute.Hope that this all can be solved faster .

Im asking how can I choose and paid all amount for order to receive by aliexpress but unfortunately not receive then your judge this is my mistake and no refund and this is my responsibility.how even all of my role done also tried to check and sent you that not allowed to receive and respect all time taken to study my case without anybody talk with me even to check the details.

AliExpress I did not get any of the orders that I made on 6 oct 2019

Hi,

These are Order Ids that I did not get any of the products:-

According the tracking, it is successful already but I did not get even 1 product. I have no problem with other previous orders with Aliexpress. This is the first time that I encounter and all the orders are with this one company - Shop5261184 Store.

I think Aliexpress should ban them from selling anymore.

Please send the products or else give me full refund.
This is too much and have waited for more than 1 month.

AliExpress package hasn’t arrived yet

Hello. I Have 2 orders through AliExpress that haven't arrived yet and it is past their estimated delivery time. My app says to contact the support team, so I guess this is where I go? The numbers of the orders are S00000070214035 and S00000071819504. The parcel says is "In transit" ?the updates of the tracking have stopped over a month now. Am I gonna get my product? Please contact me via email, you'll find it through the orders. Thank you.

AliExpress car inverter for oxygen concentrator

the item was advertised on the sellers webpage showing a car invertor and also an oxygen concentrator. The item did not work because it was insufficient power.
I opened dispute and provided photos and videos. They were not acknowledged by aliexpress and disregarded. They also another video which I sent them but again they disregarded it and closed the dispute supporting the seller. I lodged an appeal. But the submit button did not work.
The only offer I got was to send back the item to the seller. However the nearest post office is a long way away and I would have to take a taxi since I'm disabled. The cost of this plus the cost of the postage will almost exceed the value of the item, so I was not prepared to accept this.
You can see I will many things from AliExpress mounting into thousands of dollars and I feel I have been cheated and that the company is not partial supporting sellers rather than it buyers

AliExpress ridiculous refund time and incredibly unprofessional process.

I have been trying to have an item refunded for over 4 months. The item (A car stereo) was returned as it blew up and an email from my mechanic was provided explaining what had happened.

To Winnie Yip,

The unit installation was attempted by a professional auto electrician with a quality reputation.

The installation failed for the following reasons:

• The screen on the head-unit died after being powered up about ten times. The
buttons (volume and channel) were still working, but the screen was black and un-
responsive. Electrician made multiple attempts to fix it without success. The head-
unit and all peripherals then had to be uninstalled at great time and expense.
• The head-unit came with operating instructions, but not installation instructions.
• The cable for the microphone was too short and couldn't be installed at the proper
head height (usually on the A-pillar).
• DAB antenna did not come with installation instructions. Electrician did not know
how to apply the adhesive copper strip.
• When the DAB USB and CarPlay USB were installed the head-unit stuck out from the
dash by 5mm.
• The head-unit did not come with instructions on how to program the input from the
steering wheel buttons.

I am very disappointed in this result. I expected more from you after all the emails regarding quality and testing.

I will raise a dispute with AliExpress unless I get satisfactory compensation from you. I expect a FULL REFUND. If you require the unit to be returned I expect you to pay ALL shipping costs.'

It was expensive and after we also paid for installation and postage back to you I am finding it nearly impossible to get a refund - always an excuse.

I know it can take a long time but the item was returned in July.

I missed the refund window on Ali Express because it took too long to come to Australia.

I sent proof of delivery, tracking - everything and I keep getting asked for the same information again and again. This is VERY bad service.

The tracking number does not work now because it has been too long.
Please understand I feel like I am being fooled - I will never get refund. Very angry and I would like some help please.

Attached you will find all the information I have sent through AliExpress 4 TIMES and still no good answer I am very upset.

I have sent pictures of everything - the package, the tracking.

First email was sent on 4th July to Winnie Yip...

I was told not to use EMS only my countries postal service which IS EMS!

It has been delivered - if you have lost it it is your fault and I still get a refund. It was signed for - I paid for return and yet I am asked if I sent it? Of course I did, I have the proof of delivery?

I paid for the item - AU $500
Installation - AU $200
Return postage - AU $80

TOTAL I HAVE SPENT ON BAD ITEM - $AU 780!

All I want is my money back. That's all. I have done everything right and cannot get any more information - I am going around in circles.

I now have nothing.

AliExpress returning of order [protected] (through aliexpress)

If I state that something doesn't fit it doesn't! I made photo's on how it fit around the couch, but according to your rules that's not sufficient. I/m wondering, when it will be!
But you have lived up to my expectations and I will never order anything through you again.
And yes I can do this to the specific company, but it's your policy that makes it this hard to return / exchange something!

AliExpress did not receive and item and couldn't get a refund.

Hi, I think that's my id on aliexpress-mihail_B_[protected]. I ordered 3d printer from the seller "Milly Electronics". The order ID: [protected]. It was now any shipping information and I contacted the seller about the state of my order. Seller answered that his carrier supposedly informed him that the item was returned because of some problems. First of all, it's strange that seller found it out only after my request and more than a month after purchase. If i wouldn't pay him money, he will find it right away, but his obligations he didn't follow! The story didn't finish there. I opened a dispute and he was ordered to pay a refund. It didn't arrive, i wrote him, he answered that refund has to be paid withing 5-7 days after the decision, but it was on October 22, almost one month past after that and refund didn't arrive yet. What does it mean, the Aliexpress became a place for schemers and thieves?

All sudden went to unpaid category?!
How I can pay them one by one?

AliExpress mobile phone - xiaomi mi max 3

Hi,
I bought this phone on September 28, 2019, for £125.13, with transaction reference: MT192730698000010000411, paid with Marbles Mastercard. But i havestill not received the item.

I do not have/receive the email confirmation of this purchase. I suspect i may have entered a wrong email address.
I was not worried initially because my payment went through successfully (i attached is evidence ) and my delivery address was correct. It is over 40 days now.
Where is my phone?
Could you please give me the details of this purchase or refund.

AliExpress 20 emblems

I ordered 20 emblems on AliExpress. I received them and found they were not what was advertised or ordered, I filed a dispute. I eventually received an email saying I would receive a full credit of $94.44 and did not have to return the goods. I have a copy of the email!

Now I get an email saying I would receive a credit of $4.72.

I received emblems that were not as advertised...a total misrepresentation of product!

Roughly a year ago you leaked my address to a 3rd party which has been sending unsolicited mail/packages to my house with my name, phone# and obviously address on them. I have once again started receiving unsolicited packages from your damn site. I have tried talking it out with your workers, tried having them deactivate my account or remove my account information. Even though I was told it was done, my account still remains active and I'm still getting unsolicited mail. I've filed a national complaint and if the problem persists without any further interaction off of your part. I WILL continue to take legal action against Aliexpress.

I had ordered the device in July, and now I wanted to use it, it shows completely dead.
Not even the led on the device does anything.
Have tried this device on several PC's all with the same result.

AliExpress i'm still waiting for an order that I bought since august 10,2019

I have sent many emails to this seller, asking for my order and what they respond is we still have a lot of time to send them, I ordered 7 shirts with animals print, when I log in to my account and I go to see my order it says is on the way to you, they show an airplane picture, but this message is there for over a month, also no more respond from seller or AliExpress. Please help me to stop this company steal money from more people. thanks

AliExpress my orders and shipping are empty

On 28th September, I bought several stuff on aliexpress. Sumsang Wireless charger, S10 shell and two of four car window cover have received, but two covers and mobile bracket in the car cannot be arrived at my address, more strange thing is that my remaining order and shipping address disappear.

AliExpress item not described as shown as on sellers profile/ item not received / unsatisfied

I ordered Packaging Box from Seller 'Qeleven Store' order number - [protected] on 04/10/19 and paid £140 for 50 pieces, size 25x20x7 cm. I asked the seller to send me sample images of the boxes once they completed the printing so I can approve before they ship out.

11 days later the seller sent me an image on Aliexpress messenger of the boxes. I was very surprised as the boxes looked nothing like the item they were advertising. The colour and quality of the item was very different. I expressed this to the seller and they got very defensive. I told the seller as the customer I am not happy and do not wish to proceed with the order and I want to cancel it. They refused to cancel as they said it is to late they have printed it and it is a personalised item and it has already been shipped and gave me the tracking number. -GV039948759GB

I then opened a dispute on 01/11/19. As the seller told me they had shipped the item on the dispute I selected the status 'REFUND & RETURN' even though I had not received the item yet. I told aliexpress I want a full refund as I do not approve.

When I then checked the tracking number, it said the seller has cancelled the shipping. I screenshot it and added it into my dispute as evidence. I went online and spoke to several different customer service agents about what has happened and they said because I have not received the item i need to change the dispute status to 'REFUND ONLY' and I will definitely get a full refund back so I went back on 03/11/19 to the dispute and changed it and expressed that I have not got the item and the images I have are images the seller sent me.

Aliexpress refused to listen to any of my valid points and said they will refund me £28 for inconvenience . I rejected this proposal and added more evidence to my dispute.

today 07/11/19 I received an email saying Aliexpress has closed the dispute and I will be receiving a £28 refund.

I will not be accepting this and have made an appeal

I believe it is very unfair that I am having to pay for something 1. I have not received. 2. Something I do not approve of or want . If this is how Aliexpress deals with there customers I will definitely not be purchasing anything from here again or recommending them to anyone else.

A partial refund of £28 which Aliexpress proposed is UNACCEPTABLE considering the amount I paid to begin with.
