double deduction of payment

I ordered a few articles of clothing on Friday. To my surprise I noticed that AliExpress had deducted the money twice on my bank account see the photo below. The first time I paid AliExpress said it was denied, so I made a second attempt but when I checked my bank account it was deducted twice, I tried canceling some of the orders, but some of the buyers just refused.

I've ordered a pair of shoes at 28/3/2019 then after few days my order was held by customs and since this time there aren't any developments about my case and I called customer service many many times and all they can do they inform me to wait for ten days and for another 10 days and again and again...etc. I'm tired of waiting I want either my money back or the shoes immediately and I want to take legal actions

Regardless of evidence uploaded, photos, videos, parcel weight on the electronic scale and official statement about the parcel weight from Post Office, (which clearly show that seller sent 4 pcs of products instead of 4 lots, each lot 10 pcs of product), Aliexpress Case Management Team decided that my evidence is not good enough. Received my product yesterday but in an improper way. I just saw with my own eyes, the courier guy just threw away the product to my house floor. Second, he didn't even get my signature. This complaint is about the people of aliexpress doing some shady business practice. Recently I made an order through aliexpress and suddenly i started getting packages from amazon at first i thought maybe it was amazon's company that was doing this practice of sending me "free gifts" or unordered packages and it was driving me insane to figure out how i been getting hacked. I finally figured it out it was from aliexpress sellers who sold my information to other companies for whatever purpose. How i figured this out was that i had put a fake phone number on aliexpress as a way to track where i been getting hacked and i see that fake phone number on my package from amazon and the phone number was unique to aliexpress only. If anyone is getting unwanted packages from other sources it probably began with an order through aliexpress.

I bought shoes and face powder on this sight and I provided my address for my parcel to be delivered, but I did not receive any of them . I contacted them to say I didn't receive anything and they told me to go to nearest post office claiming its delivered in one of the post office. I went to four different post office and I couldn't get them. I then write to them to say I cant find it where exactly should I go, but upto now they are quiet. How can I get my refund.

Defective item won't let me return
I bought a defective item from aliexpress. The Brand is urgreen Bluetooth receiver. After the first day of use the blue tooth receiver is not connecting my phone anymore. After that i opened a dispution which they want the evidence which I can prove the product is not able to connect my phone. BUT HOW THE FK I CAN PROVE THAT. The final decision is rejecting me. I Bought a defective item which I can not even return. This is really piss me off. And I found out another urgreen wireless charger is defective as well. The charger is not charging constantly. Don't brother I won't open a dispution again! Totally waste my time and I get nothing. I just WON'T ORDER from you guys no more.
Bluetooth I received was in good condition. And I totally mess it up myself. Thx for Aliexpress for the excellent service and delivery.

I have bought a Panlelo GPS in 25 January. They promised 5 days delivery from Germany. I have to wait until 02.April.I had to wait 65 days. The seller has many excuse, costume problem in Germany, wrong adress.. .
Finaly i received. After the firs day the GPS died. No sign. I asked the seller a new one or refund and I told him that a I send back. He was asking, videos, pictures from the GPS. but always vaitng with the answer 2-3 days. Finally, ( he was playing fort this reason ) the dispute time is over, and now he is not answering any letter.
It is not fair. I want my money back or a new one

Supplier send me the bigger size in shoes and now not responding even he blocked me so i CAN'T open the disbute.He blocked me on the first day when i messeged that shoes are big.

car mat set faulty
I ordered a BMW car mat set from the above seller on aliexpress. Order Id [protected]
They sent me a car mat set for a left hand drive car. In the UK cars are right hand drive. This item does not fit my car so therefore is not fit for purpose. They have sent the wrong item to me. They want me to send this back for a refund. It will cost me £65 to send this back. The item only cost £87. Therefore I will only receive £22 difference. I don't think this is good service. O believe that the seller should pay the shipping fees back not myself. I have until the 25th April to provide them with a tracking number. Please advise as they are not replying to messages.

The phone was SIM locked and can be used only in China. The seller told me it was unlocked until I checked with Huawei Company and found that it was both locked and expired for a year ago. I was fooled to accept to return the phone. The seller gave me the instructions how to send it back, what to write on parcel description without knowing that it was impossible to send the phone back by simply registered air-mail to China due to scanning test. It was ashamed to admit with the post officers when finally the phone bounced back from airport to the original post office.
I think the seller knew that I just couldn't send it back in economy way in the promising time.

A flat, ribbon-cable broke on my video camera. I was happy to see that Ali Express claimed to have that specific item. I ordered it, providing my credit card info and the order was accepted.
On 14 April, 2019, Ali Express emailed me : "Your order was shipped."
Since it was a small item I was reassured by the idea that the item would arrive fairly soon - despite the fact that it was being shipped from China.
On 21 April, Ali Express emailed: "Your order was cancelled, due to non-payment."
1. A week after shipping my order, it was cancelled?
2. Ali Express waits one week after shipping an order to verify the payment?
After reading many reviews, my experience with Ali Express seems common. Mistakes happen, but careless mistakes which require blatant conflicts in logic and facts are referred to progressive countries as "lies". That goes for governments also!

On 19 April I placed an order with Xphone Store and then they messaged that they cannot ship with the selected method but they refused to accept that as a reason for cancellation and forced me to choose other reasons to get my money back. he first lied and says he cannot ship to my country but in the reviews on that ad he has shipped to South Africa before. I feel really unhappy to write this email. I had placed order for rc200 universal remote controller (replacement for tcl smart tv) (order no.: [protected]) on 18th feb, 2019. After a long time of around 30-40 days I had received the item. But it was shocking to me that universal remote bn59-00865a is delivered to me instead of rc 200 and the dispute also closed without confirmation and the customer care "ada zhou" keep asking me for some or other things, some time asking for the problem what I am facing with the delivered unit, some time asking to send video, etc.
At the end, I strongly ask to deliver me the item rc200 which I ordered. I had attached pic of delivered item as well as the video shared with the customer care.

I have placed an order on March 21 2019 for a jacket that I still have not received. I have messaged them before it had been shipped as to when it will be and they count ones to tell me to wait 3-7 days in which I did. I message them once again after it had not been shipped still. Once it was shipped they said the expected date of delivery was April 16th and I still haven't seen it. They asked me to wait 20-30 days which I have been patiently waiting already. I'm so upset and disappointed with the communication of this company. I messaged them asking that I be reimbursed for my time wasted as well as to receive the jacket. They replied with no acknowledgement of my frustration and no compensation for the time being wasted. They didn't seem to care about my issues or frustration with the packages not being received. I would like to be reimbursed as well as receive my jacket.

I did not received the order and can't open dispute due to security concerns
I did not received the dress from the seller, I asked the seller to extend the buyer protection until I can open the dispute after my account reactivated. But the seller just keep telling to open the dispute by myself. I knew some Aliexpress will cheat on seller but I always believe on Aliexpress services. However, because most products are poor quality and then I open dispute too often, Aliexpress lock my account and did not allow to open dispute anymore. I talked with the Aliexpress agents and summited the appeal reports three times in last month, but Aliexpress still not solve my problems. I feel depressed of Aliexpress. I had recommend Aliexpress to my friends before, now I am so regret of it. I think I will never gonna buy on Aliexpress anymore because they did not allow me to tell the truth of the products.

I am writing this as I have encountered some distressing experience from Ali Express.

I recently purchased an item on Ali Express on 8th April 2019, Order number [protected]. I later discovered that the item was canceled by Ali Express. Upon checking my credit card statement, I discovered that the amount refunded to me was less that what I had initially paid. Please find attached the screenshot of my actual credit card statement.
On 19th April 2019, I used the Chat feature under Customer Service in the Ali Express webpage to lodge a complaint. I spoke first to consultant Hanz. After some time, the chat was abruptly terminated. I was then connected to Veronica, and after just a while, it was terminated too.
In my third attempt, I was connected to Rodelio. After consulting with her supervisor, she informed me that the difference in amount that I had paid (RM 1465.94) and the amount I received (RM 1417.32) were bank charges. I had to bear the responsibility to coordinate with the bank if I wanted those fees refunded. She could not assist me further on this matter. My requests for a contact number or email address to escalate this matter were declined.
I felt very frustrated, disappointed and distressed. I had trusted Ali Express when I purchased an item through the app. I had planned to make many more purchases through Ali Express but am now very concerned that the orders may be arbitrarily canceled, and that I would still be charged for unknown bank fees. Furthermore, Customer Service made it clear to me that nothing could be done when I sought their help.
I believe this is not what Ali Express wants for its customers, and that is why I am taking the effort to write this complaint. I hope my request for the correct refund for the item I did not receive is reasonable.
