payment deducted twice
Good morning,
2 days ago i have bough few smaller items in a cost of 3 euros. Everything was normal and money were deducted without any problem from my bank account, but today at 8 :30 AM were those money deducted again, making it 6 euros down from my bank account.
I know it is not a big amount of money, but it seems like an issue you should look into and possibly resolve for me.

ON 1/8/17, I ordered a case from this seller. The payment went through on the second trial. After that, I received a very rude text from this seller asking me to pay up soon.
I went to Aliexpress chat and confirmed I have paid. However, I told them I want to cancel my order as I am offended by the way the seller denanded me to pay soon. The Aliexpress team informed me they will help me.
After few hours later, this same seller text me that I can apply refund if I need but he will not agree. This seller proven his/her service is very poor.
The way he demanded payment is uncalled for. He should check before jumping to conclusion. And now, he say he will not agree to cancel.
Hope Aliexpress refund me my money as he proven he is very rude and unreasonable.

I've ordered in china at the company, china boreal co. ltd, 20 tons ldpe granulat, and I have got a container full of white sand! Be carefull!
After many weeks of correspondence the deal appeared perfect, I had to pay half of the bill! So yesterday we controlled the container inbremerhaven, with the custom, and so we looked inside to many bags of white sand!
We bought ABS resin from Boreal China in March 2017.When we received the shipment it turn out to be salt. They claim that they are a small company and not the manufacturer and a third party ship on behalf of them.We are considering of taking legal action against them.

Chat messaging is the only way to contact customer service. There is no phone number, email, or in person office to contact.
The problem I had was that I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers in December and had to open disputes against most of these sellers when I didn't receive my items. (It's nearly August and one of the items literally showed up last week!). The fact that I couldn't contact customer service to handle my issues at once and had to manually dispute every seller within certain deadlines was ridiculous. On top of that they terminated my account and I'm almost certain I didn't get the refunds I was supposed to receive.
That is unethical business behaviour. Buyers beware

Received the sunglasses which makes eyes dizzy, looks like with dioptresis. The seller won't help, requested to open a dispute with the 'personal' reason that to win it. When opened a dispute it went stright away to aliexpress claim. Because the problem is inner, not outer - I could not proove the problem, so I was cheated and got no refund. Be careful, do not buy from this store!

I bought 10 bra and panties from you on may 7, 5 black sets, and 5 white sets. The black sets are ok, but the white sets have a big problem. All white sets are not white. They have a some very visible lilac color shade (See pictures above). I did not pay attention when I got it, because I use just black sets. The white sets I got for the presents to my girlfriends, and today's morning I saw that it's not white. But I was buyinf the white sets from that store, if the guys from that store know that white sets are nor relly white they have to notify all the buyers about the color’s different.
