AliExpress unethical bait and switch

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from store SHOOFOO guangli liu Country/Region: China (Mainland) Website: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/928462
I paid for 10 to 15 day shipping. Right before the deadline to ship a tracking number is available and it is not for my method chosen, I contacted the seller about it and he claimed it was 2 different packages BUT so I paid for both to be shipped, Then I follow the tracking and it is in the UK. OMG I am in Texas. He claimed it was an error and sends a way bill DHL. Ok package arrived but NOT the color I ordered on the sandal, the size and anatomy of the straps on the sandal fit my calf but flopped around my ankle. The second par of shoes were a mess too, One shoe 1.5cm to 2cm longer than the other and so wide they were boats. I thought this purchase would be safe because the store refund policy posted. NOPE! Ship it back I refund you crap. $50 to ship back is the BS way they keep part of your money. Because the dispute never leaves the seller with nothing. It is a SELLER protection as long as WE get something they keep money. I also learned that sellers can manipulate the feedback left by buyers. So the feedback scores that have you buying is actually adjusted by the sellers, and they can even erase the transactions. I left feedback for March 2016 and the seller deleted the transaction and feedback like it never happened. So you are gambling with every purchase basically. But I must say this seller is reckless in your face with it, with the I put you on blacklist crap. Its almost funny if I wasnt out of $76. I filed a report with the FTC but whatever. I thought it would be safe since the company went public in the US but NOPE. No more China buys for me.

AliExpress no response from the seller

Use AliExpress at your own risk. I've purchased a camera from AliExpress and when it arrived it was damaged. Contacted the seller and asked for a replacement, he said ok and promised I'll get one in 14-21 days. Unfortunately nothing ever arrived and when I emailed the seller he never answered. When I asked AliExpress customer service for help, they said that there was nothing they could do and that I need to discuss the problem with the seller. Ridiculous! How can I discuss anything with a person which does not communicate! That was the worst online shopping experience ever!

AliExpress buyer beware! no customer protection!

I have been buying things from www.aliexpress.com for several months now and never had any issues. About two moths ago I made a purchase and received my stuff only a week ago, this time delivery was extremely slow. Things I received were very cheap looking and poorly made. So I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, but he refused and told that he don't do refunds. Then I reported that scammer to AliExpress customer service and they said it was not their problem. They said that I need to talk to the seller and when I told them that I already did they said that there was nothing they could do.

AliExpress no buyer protection

I ordered some items from aliexpress and never received anything! My order was placed about three month ago. Then I went to their website and found some information saying that if you don't get the order within 60 days a full refund will be offered. So I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, but they asked for some proofs. What proofs? Tracking number was not working, my items never showed up, so I did not have any proofs! Never again I will order anything from these people!

AliExpress Human Hair Bundles

I purchased hair from the seller on Ali Express name Emily thru Recool Hair. I paid 167.00 for the bundles. I only was able to wear the bundle one week when the hair started shedding and tangling. I contacted the seller and she told me she could not resolve my issue till later. I then sent feedback of my experience as a 2 rating on her site. Emily then contacted me numerous times asking me to change the rating to a 5 and she would refund me my money back. Yesterday 3/8/2016 I changed the rating after she asked me for my Paypal information and stated she refund my total balance of 167.00 back to me. She lied because she never refunded to me to total balance of 167.00. She only sent me 30.00 back. I want my total refund back to me as she told me she would do after I changed my rating on Ali Express. I am uploading pictures as well as the conversation we both had thru Ali Express with her stated she would refund me my money if I changed my rating.

AliExpress don't use this company!

I made an order in early November and it is now March and I still haven't received anything! When I contacted the postal company they said that they could not locate the delivery address and therefore they sent the package back. I immediately contacted AliExpress customer service and they said something that made absolutely no sense. Few weeks later I emailed again and the seller said he did not receive the package back yet. In February I asked for a refund and the seller promised to give my money back. It has now been nearly 3 months since the order was placed and I have received nothing yet! Every time I message I keep getting only excuses! Never again will I order from this site!

That's why since they can't track international orders that I scam the sellers saying I didn't received the goods but most of the times I receive them. Ahah those sellers are always screwing the buyer so it's my payback

AliExpress totally unhelpful!

I purchased some items from AliExpress in late January and it is now March and my order wasn't shipped so I canceled it. I was expecting to get a refund, but never received my money back. I contacted the seller and he said that my order is on its way. Then I emailed AliExpress customer service and explained the situation. They said that there was nothing they could do. So there is no way to cancel anything if the seller is against it. It's absolutely ridiculous! Why this website even needs this stupid customer service? They are unprofessional and totally unhelpful!

AliExpress absolutely disgusted!

I made an order back in January and received nothing yet so I decided to cancel the order. The seller rejected my cancellation stating it was not a good enough reason. I emailed him again and demanded my money back, he refused. Then I contacted AliExpress customer care and they asked me why was I cancelling my order, and after I explained the reason they said no problem and promised to give me my money back. Yesterday I received a message stating my order was shipped! What? I asked them to cancel it and they never did it even though they promised to help! Absolutely disgusted with this stupid website! Then I told them I was reporting them and they stated they were sorry. Horrible!

AliExpress my horrible experience

This website is absolutely disgusting! Sizes are wrong and quality is horrible. I ordered some items from AliExpress about a month ago. Things I received were absolutely terrible, so I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They said that there will be no refunds and suggested me to reorder. I have been told to reorder and they would give me a discount on my next purchase and will send me the products for free. Seemed like a great deal, but everything they said were lies. I received nothing yet, never got any discounts and now they are ignoring all my messages. Yes, on AliExpress everything depends on the seller, but I'm totally disgusted with the lack of customer support! Buyers be careful!

AliExpress scam company!

I've ordered three items from Aliexpress. I received only one item and the quality was way off so I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange. After many exchanges I asked for a refund. The other two items never arrived. Contacted the company many times and was told that items were shipped and to be patient. Later I received a message saying they never received the money and cancelled my order. Liars! I contacted my bank and checked my credit card statement which showed the money has been paid! I wasted my money and received nothing. This company is an absolute scam!

AliExpress big scam!

People beware and don't order anything from this company unless you live in China. The tracking numbers they provide are working only in China, so if you don't receive your items, then they won't give you a refund. When you're going to ask for a refund they will tell you that they have nothing to do with your problem. Since there is no way to prove you haven't received something, they'll just keep your money. These people are running a scam! Don't order, unless you like loosing money. Avoid AliExpress!

AliExpress aliexpress is horrible!

As many other people I have believed in aliexpress. When I made an order I thought they were quite reputable. I received a damaged item, immediately contacted the seller who refused to give my money back. So I emailed aliexpress customer service, but they declined to assist, and relied on sellers accusation that I did not provide the photos showing the problem. I was the one who lost money and needed some help, but unfortunately customer care protected the seller. Aliexpress just washed their hands and closed the case. Do not rely on aliexpress, they'll never help.

AliExpress action man clothes

I went to AliExpress and found a seller who had these really cool man clothes. So I ordered an outfit and was very excited about my purchase. But when my order finally arrived and I opened it, I saw something really small! That thieve claims he sells mans clothing, but the outfit I received would barely fit an action man! So I opened a dispute against the seller! AliExpress rep said that there was nothing wrong and that the seller was correct in his sizing! What a joke! Shame on you AliExpress! I was really hoping to get some help, but all they do is protecting a thieve. Avoid this fraudulent website!

AliExpress sellers on aliexpress are thieves

I ordered an item that never showed up. I contacted both the seller and AliExpress customer service. The seller admitted that there was probably some kind of postal error and offered me a refund. But later I received a message from him saying that he changed his mind and won't refund me! I asked AliExpress for help many times, but they ignored me and never helped. Better avoid this site, there are many scammers and AliExpress is covering them! They are working together!

AliExpress awful website!

Back in August I ordered an item from AliExpress and never received it. I contacted customer service and was told that it was coming in November. I received a tracking number from the seller, but only later I realised that it was fake. I contacted customer care, but unfortunately they kept siding with the seller despite me pointing out that seller was a thieve. They gave my money to the seller even though I never received what I ordered. It is really sad that AliExpress does not care about the customer. They completely ignore all my complaints. I had provided information and pointed out in detail that even a tracking number was fake. I contacted them many times and received only excuses. Very poor customer service.

AliExpress clothing orders

I placed 4 orders for clothing through Aliexpress. None were correct. The problem is they ship Asian sizes to u.s.a. orders. From socks to base layer, i could not wear them. Gave them away. Also ordered a simple andriod-base GPS locator. The download never worked. The cost to return all items would cost more than the order itself. I live-chatted w/Aliexpress twice in Jan 2016 to no help. I emailed each company to explain problems. Some say i should know sizes. None gave me refunds. I gave up after 3 weeks. 5th order placed on Dec 18th, came in Feb 1.

I considered joining as an Affiliate also. Iam glad i didnt. I would never order anything from them if your from u.s.a.. Live chats were scripted responses. Disappointing and lost $70 in orders. I feel scamm'd.

AliExpress system protecting companies, not a customer

Have 2 complains... One about aliexpress and the other one about alipay.
Aliexpress
I ordered some watches & camera accessories from one company on aliexpress. They did not deliver the things, aliexpress put money back to my alipay account. I wanted to submit feedback about the order and warn potential customers that the company was not able to send me my order. I found out I can not do that because aliexpress canceled my order. Therefore nobody knows that the company was not able to deliver my order. It is important information and as a customer I want to know which companies are trusted and which are not... Is already enough that companies cheat about the ratings of the goods (You can easily find out btw) but when you can not complain about incompetence, it's too much.
Alipay
I got refund to my alipay account as the company I ordered goods from did not deliver it to me. I said to myself "ok, I order it again from another company using the money they are on the accout". What a surprise! No, you can not use your refunded money. You have to let them send you the money to your account. Now they charge $15 to give you back your money so if you're buying something for $15, you don't get the money back because is just enough to pay the fee. Be aware to use alipay because they will not refund full amount and they will not let you to use it!

I am facing the same problem with Alipay, They are just scammer. They will keep telling you that it will be fix but it will never reach to the stage of you get back your own money. They will drive you a lengthy long process which ultimately you will still not getting back your own money and it will be forever stay with Alipay. Try to avoid them, they are trying to scam your money and keep in their account. I am sure Alipay has lot of million dollar hiding as unclaimed account which might be in China.

AliExpress horrible service and horrible products!

Aliexpress protects fraudulent sellers! I purchased a necklace, but the one I received was fake and looked nothing like the picture on their website. I took some photos and sent those to AliExpress customer support, but they did nothing to help me. AliExpress gave seller the money because he sent me something! They refused to give my money back. The I contacted the seller directly and he said that there will be no refunds, but he can send me something else as an excuse. I contacted customer support again and they said there is nothing they can do. It's been more that a month since I've put in a refund request. They also said that pictures I've taken are probably fake. I will never use AliExpress again! Its full of scammers and this company actually protects them. I'm disgusted with AliExpress!

AliExpress stay away

This was the worst online shopping experience! Back in October I ordered a hat from AliExpress. When it was not delivered I tried to contact the seller. The seller assured me my item was already delivered. Then I contacted AliExpress customer service and opened a dispute. They said that my hat was delivered, but then I returned it and received a refund. There are a lot of fraudulent sellers on this website and customer support does nothing to help. I would think twice before buying something there. When there is a problem they don't want to do anything! I'll never order anything from AliExpress again! It is now January and still nothing. I'm very disappointed.

AliExpress total scam!

AliExpress is the worst shopping site ever! They take shipping amount, never send the package and never return money back! Their customer service is useless and pathetic. They do absolutely nothing to help their clients! This site is a scam and people working there are thieves! They are making money thorough the shipping costs which they never spend as they never send the product. You may give them your money, but you will never receive your items. I actually ordered something 5 times and never received anything! AliExpress is a complete scam.
