Like all the reviewers about this company, I am disappointed with them - their customer service and products are just terrible. I placed an order on Dec. 4, 2022, which included a Christmas message shirt. Their website claims the products would be shipped in 5 to about 14 business days. They don't send confirmation emails for orders and do not allow you to cancel orders even when they have not met their side of the transaction. I kept emailing them asking about my order status, and they replied to 3 of my emails only however, they never addressed my questions but instead replied with what seemed an automated reply. Once I told them I'd be reporting them, it appears that is when they decided to ship the shirts, in a plastic bag, and I received them on 1/14/23. Their products are not of good quality. I ordered two medium shirts and one is 'like' a Small and the other like an XL. This company should be shut down as someone else suggested for being dishonest.

I guess Im in the same boat as many others here. I ordered my first ring in February and received it no problem. I ordered my second ring on April 5th and its almost three months and nothing. Zero. Zilch. I have been told no less than 6 times that my ring was in quality control and now in shipping and I will receive my ring in 5 to 10 days. In the meantime I ordered a top & mask and received them. But no ring. *** asked for a refund on multiple occasions only to be told they dont issue refunds so now Im going to my bank and dispute the charges to try and get my money back. *** also called and left a message today. This company should NOT be allowed to keep my money OR keep taking orders for this piece of jewelry (which theyre doing, every day). My dad is a veteran and I was happy to support a veteran-run family business with my patronagenot any longer. Not sure what happened but I implore people to not order from this companyas far as my experience with themit is a scam.
I ordered 2 tees a couple of years ago. They FINALLY showed up months later, only to be marked with the correct size (L) but they wouldn't have fit a small child. Learned a valuable *** . . .NOT TO EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! What a sad thing to use the veterans and s*** people over.My guess is their merchandise comes from everyone's favorite *** and they don't seem to care about a lot except making more money from other countries.
I ordered a simple ring in December 2022, its now March 2023 and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed them several times only to get the exact same generic response. The phone number listed send me to voicemail that gets no reply back. Im not sure they should claim to be a faith based company when they dont have the decency to respond to their customers.
I placed an order for a few necklaces & was charged for them a month ago, but so far have not received any of the items. Ive emailed 5 times but never received a reply; I would have appreciated even just getting a tracking number, but it would seem that they just took my *** send the products :(. Ive also called them 5+ times over a few days, but each time, the recording says mailbox is full & to call back later. ATBF should be ashamed of themselves for taking customers money but not delivering the products! And they are still online selling products that they will likely never deliver :(. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company. Having faith in a"faith based and veteran owned company" was my second mistake. I placed my order on January 26,2023 and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have sent several emails & have called their number only to be told they'd call me back--still waiting for that, and they do not issue refunds. So if you want to actually get your merchandise DO NOT order from this place. If I could leave a no star review I would. Scammed!

Unlike the other people posting reviews on this company, I did get the 3 shirts I ordered. I had ordered shirts before and received them without a problem so I knew that their size Mediums fit with plenty of room for shrinkage. When I received the 3 shirts I ordered, they were much, much smaller than the other mediums I had ordered from them in the past. Their return policy is stated on the website - they will not refund money but will exchange product. I returned the shirts and asked for the same shirts in Large and commented on the how much smaller they were than the mediums I had purchased there before. They refused to exchange as their own written policy stated. Instead they sent me an message telling me I had a credit balance for the amount of my purchase and it must be used all on one purchase. And I was not allowed to buy clearance merchandise with my funds. I ended up with one shirt and lost the balance they owned me (over $10) because I refused to give them one more ***.
If I could give no stars I would. order was placed mid January and got email that shirt was in production a week later. The following week got an email saying it was in quality control - and then - nothing. Contacted them 4-5times and they kept saying theyre backed up from the holidays? Asked for refund after over a month and they tell me they only do exchanges. Um how could I possibly exchange an item that was never shipped? Disputing now with credit card company. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after seeing these reviews, Im sad to say this appears to be a scam hidden behind Christian
I ordered 4 sweatshirts from this company on 11/25/22 and didnt receive the merchandise until 1/20/23. I should considered myself very blessed to have even received it after reading the previous reviews on people not receiving their order. Its the same lame excuse they give, Covid, fire, holiday. If that was the case, the right thing for the company to do is clearly STATE THAT on their website. Its very clear this is an ongoing issue and not just because of the holidays. This company lacks any kind of morals or integrity and I would NEVER recommend anyone to order from them due to their deceptive advertising of how long before you get your order. They will never give you a refund either. Its a lose lose situation. I have payment protection which allowed me to get a refund up to 90 days from my credit card. Thank God for that.On a side note, the quality of the shirt is pretty good. Its very soft.

After numerous bogus communications and emails they were received July 21. My August 21 order was omly placed as my Pastor admired my shirt and wanted to purchase one. With much regret I ordered 2 Shirts which their site listed as "In Stock" on August 21 thought I might receive by birthdates In late September. Still waiting, I have a terrible feeling that I may not receive them at all and the company refuses refunds. I hate to file a small claims against them but it's looking as though I have no choice. Doesn't matter if order is large or small they cannot or will not deliver. So sad. They give Christian *** a very bad name.STILL WAITING... DOUBT IF ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED. I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. I placed an order the first week of January for 3 long sleeve shirts for a concert we were attending. I still have not received my items. Multiple emails later and still no resolution accept they state they do not refund. I have had to dispute with my credit card. *** businesses should not use their *** beliefs as a way of getting out of what is moral and right. Will not order again. I will investigate before I order from any company again.

This company is terrible.I ordered two pieces of jewelry from them on 3.22.22. This order was a baptism gift. It took over a month to receive one of the two items I ordered. When I received one of the pieces of jewelry it had a made in *** stamp on it. This company told me that they make everything to order in ***. They lied about that. Im so disappointed. As of today (6.30.22) I still do not have my full purchase. Every time I contact them about it I get a run around. They say we are waiting on quality control to inspect your item. Then they say its high priority and youll receive your item soon. Its been more than 3 Months Ive asked for a refund several times as the baptism is long over. They refuse to refund me my money saying its not their policy. Is it their policy to take money and not fulfill orders? What about lying to the public stating that they make everything per order, when in fact its all coming from ***? Do not purchase anything from this company. They are frauds.

I ordered 2 necklaces back in August for two of my friends baptisms. Both never came. Sent multiple (probably 8) emails and its always the exact same answer. Ridiculous.
This company has turned out to be a sham. I had previously ordered from them and there was no problem other than shipping was slow due to custom made T-shirts. I placed an order 8/19/2022 for my mom since she liked the shirts I had gotten previously. I have received excuse after excuse for the delay it is now 2/2023. No shirts or refund given. I lost over $100 from a company that claims to be veterans and *** based.

That will make 90 days since I placed my order. The last email on June 7th stated I should "receive" my order in a few days and that was two weeks ago! For a "Christian owned" company as they claim to be they sure do lie *** and they take your money! Never receiving any information I emailed again on 2 Aug asking "any information on my order?" Their answer, " thanks for reaching out. "We're currenly experiencing a large volume of orders...usual time is 15 days then another week for quality control." "Rest assure you will receiving a notification once this ships." On 13 Aug I requested an update, being told the fulfillment team is currenlty working on all pending order." I emailed again 17 Aug, where they said the fulfillment team is currently working on all the pending orders...received multiple reasons why they can't complete my order. When I requested a refund on the 17th of August they stated they did not offer refunds. This company operates under the guise of being a "veteran run" organization that is *** based. Needless to say I'm very disappointed.

I wish I had looked them up before placing an order. I went through the same problem as many others leaving reviews. They took my money which I paid through paypal on April 19. It was promised the following week. It didn't arrive. I emailed, they said it was "in production and going to quality control by Thurs, then would be shipped and I should have it early the following week." The following week two, three and four, nothing arrived and I got the same runaround each time. I finally contacted paypal because I never received my order almost a month later. Paypal gave them until May 15, and magically my order appeared on May 14. I threw the package in the garbage because I don't want anything from a company driven by Satan, in my house. They gave me the same story through email and phone. If I didn't have paypal as a recourse, I believe I never would have received my order. I thought I was ordering from a family run, veteran's business and wanted to support them. Boy, did I learn a lesson about that.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a necklace back in early September for my friends birthday in early November. I did not receive my order in October so I sent them an email asking where the necklace was. They responded and stated they were behind on orders due to supplying chain issues. I explained this item was for a birthday this month and said if I did not receive it by then then I wanted a refund. They said they do not offer refunds or cancellations because their products are specially made to order.When I initially ordered the necklace, there was nothing on their website saying there were delays in orders, I did not expect that I would be waiting two months. Furthermore, the necklace I ordered is not engraved or specifically designed for me in any way, so there is no reason they cannot sell it to someone else. I had to buy another gift for my friend and will be out the money for the necklace. The necklace still hasnt shipped as of today. Serious unethical business practice and they should be looked into.

I placed an order with All Things By Faith on February 27th. After many e-mails to them, my order has only moved to the quality inspection stage allegedly. As of today, I have requested a cancel on my order based on the fact that although this *** based (again allegedly) company refuses cancelations based on all items being custom made, they have made that notion null and void by not meeting their own shipping standards and using Covid etc for delays is simply an excuse for taking your money. This company is NOT a *** it is a bogus company who is hiding behind Christianity to steal good *** money. I wish I would have read these reviews, instead of the sparkling ones on their website that were probably written by them or people paid to write them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, never respond to you, and you'll never be able to contact them because their contact number has a mailbox that's always full. Your left emailing and hoping for some sort of response. This company will pay for its sinful ways.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered from this company on August 15th. This is the 1st part of November and I still have not received any of my products. I have sent almost a dozen emails. No phone calls have been returned. I along with many others have gotten the same excuses of a fire and covid exceit has been over 3 months. This company claims to be a *** and veteran old. I am so very disappointed that they use these 2 groups to run and claim validity for this business. Such a great disappointment. I have contacted my bank for a fraudulent claim and hopefully to receive a refund. This is fraudulent. And. I have purchased items and have not received them. Along with others I wish I had read the reviews also. My situation seems to be like many of the others. How can a business stay open and running for this amount of time with this type of customer service or complete lack of business priorities? How can anyone expect to stay in business by collecting money and not giving the promised product? Is there a way we can put all of our claims together and file against them?

Unfortunately I agree with the other reviewers. I Placed an order on August 30th for 3 hoodies.3 rather expensive hoodies. About 3 weeks later I received 2 of them and I got a email saying my order was fulfilled.Complete. I panicked and immediately responded letting them know I didn’t receive all 3 hoodies. I immediately screenshot my whole order and the one saying that my order was fulfilled after only receiving partial order and explained I hadn’t received the 3rd hoodie. They responded with “ no worries your 3rd item will ship early next week. After 4 plus weeks with nothing I responded again that I was still waiting for my $60.00 hoodie and sent proof of purchase and previous conversations . I received another email response saying “ sorry for the delay , your order is on the way and should arrive in 1-7 days” Well I have been waiting... That was 3,weeks ago and STILL nothing,they have ignored the last 2 emails I have sent out this week wanting tracking of this package since I paid for it. Not happy with them at all and will not be purchasing again. They are expensive and do not honor their merchandise or follow through.

Ordered a simple T-shirt 3/7. It keeps saying it is "processing." It is now 3/24 and no movement. The minute I ordered on 3/7 they charged my credit card. They do not have a 1-800 number. I have called them long distance and usually no one answers and a recorded voice says to leave them an email. I have sent 8 emails to date with no resolution. I finally called (and paid for the long distance call myself) 3/23 and spoke with a woman named, aptly "Faith." I asked her why 14 days later my order has not moved yet I have been charged and where is my T-shirt and tracking number. Faith told me "your order is being shipped this week." Again I looked at my order and it says "processing." I asked her why it takes 14 days to "process" a T-shirt to which she replied vaguely about quality control and some such nonsense. This company, ironically, is a faith-based company...but I am beginning to see they are a scam. I have contacted my credit card company and documented all my emails and telephone calls and my order number. It is now day 15 and a simple T-shirt has never been sent from this "company." FTC needs to be notified about this and I will file a complaint with FTC once I finish this review. Buyer beware...and isn't it a shame that they represent themselves as a faith-based company. Shameful. And illegal.

I would not do business with this company. On April 24 or 26 of 2022 I ordered a tshirt and phone case. After approximately 2 weeks I asked for a shipping update. I was told (via email) that it takes 4 to 15 business days to process. They were beyond that. After another 15 days I asked for a refund. They don't do refunds. Again I was told orders take 4 to 15 business days. On July 19 I received the following email: I am one of the owners here at All Things By Faith, and I first want to deeply apologize for the delay with your order. We have been getting hit with setback after setback. We dont like making excuses, but the struggles are real. We have been hit with COVID, fires, and product shortages over the last 6 months. With that said, we see the light at the end of the tunnel, and have been working tirelessly to get all orders printed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. We ask that you would please pray for us as we work hard to get caught up as soon as we possibly can. On July 13 i received a package stating all products were delivered yet I'm missing one item. I've attempted again for the past 3 weeks to get an answer via email or phone and no one responds, or I get a generic message that I'll get a response, Or, the same message issue above. Do not patronize this company. They claim they a *** run, and allude to *** patriotism. Both are far from truth. Stay away.

I received an email on September 2nd stating that my order was heading into Quality Control, and I would be notified when it had shipped. On September 15th, I emailed asking if they knew when my items would be shipped. The same day, the owner, ***, emailed informing me of many struggles the company has been facing but assured me they are working on all orders. On September 26th, I emailed again asking for an update or a refund. On September 27th, I got an email from Feb in customer service stating that she informed the shipping department to prioritize my order. On October 14th, I emailed again asking for an update or a refund. On October 17th, Feb emailed saying that she reached out to the shipping team again. On November 4th, I emailed stating that I didnt believe I would be receiving my order, and I wanted a refund. I did not get a response. I emailed again on November 10th asking for a refund. This time I didnt receive an automatic email stating that they had received my email and would get back to me within three business days like I had with all my previous emails. I then emailed the same message from a different email address, my work email, and I did receive the automated email. They still have not contacted me back.
I ordered 3 T-shirts from this company (All Things Faith) on January 2, 2023. They charged my credit card that very same day. I contacted them at least *** processing. I explained to them that I have paid for these shirts 2 months ago. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. They hurried 2 shirts to me (cheap quality), and the company says my order is complete. This company is a fraud. They *** you in with the words *** and retired military owned business. I now see they took that down. Do not buy anything from this company they are FRAUDS!
I purchased some shirts on 1/23/23. I have been waiting to get my items. They keep telling me via email, that they are a small business and things take time. When I inquired about my order last, they said it was in quality control. That was several weeks ago. Then on 3/3/23, I sent an email just asking for my money returned to me. i received a response from someone named Feb that they do not refund money. I responded with an email saying since I had never received my order, I just wanted my money back. Since then they have not responded to me and I have no clue where anything is. Since they don't seem to be giving me my order, and I think almost 2 months waiting for my shirts is a long enough, I simply want my money returned to me.

I placed my order with All Things By Faith at the end of October 2022. I do not have the exact date because I did not receive the confirmation email as it stated I would. The order was approximately $157. I called within 24 hours looking for my confirmation email left a message and did not receive a call back. I emailed them and two days later I was told they received the order but would not email me the confirmation. They stated they were running behind on production due to a fire next store but they would get on it right away and send me a email with shipping information. Of course this email never came. I have called several times only to receive a message that the mailbox is full. I have emailed them four or five times, I received a confirmation on December 5th that my order was in production, therefore I expected it to be shipping soon. Today is December 20th and I have inquired three times since December 5th looking for the status. No one can give that to me. I messaged them on *** and email them again yesterday Dec. 19th 2022 2x's asking them to cancel my oder. Most of what i ordered were Christmas presents, and 2 shirts to wear Christmas eve! Considering it is December 20th and they still cannot locate my order or give me a status, I know it is very unlikely for me to receive them by Christmas Eve ! So now I have to go out of pocket to replace Christmas gifts at the last minute! And they told me I cannot cancel my order or get a refund! Terrible business practices ! I just want my money back!
Good morning to whomever this concerns. I placed an online order thru this companies' website on 8/25/22 for 2 shirts for myself. My order was $40.41. I got an email shortly after saying they received my order and would email me when the 2 shirts ship. It said it normally takes *** buisness days. My complaint is i have not received my items and every month i have emailed them they give me an excuse. They said they don't issue refunds so basically just took my money and have not delivered a product in over 6 months. I have emailed them several times and keep getting excuses such as a fire or moving buildings and no resolution. The website claims to be *** and vetrean owned. I posted an honest review and it got taken down. I have exhausted my resources and want a refund or my products. But 6 months and nothing from the company. I ordered a necklace for my 80 year old aunt. The necklace never came. I reached out to the company many times and they kept giving me excuses. I noticed on the ComplaintsBoard.com site that this company has many, many negative comments about the same thing. Can you please confront this? We are tired of being ripped off.
On 12/11/22 I placed an order online for a sterling silver cross necklace for $39.77. Order #ATBF5760. I have received emails confirming my order, my order was going into production, my order could not be given an estimated ship date due to a large volume of orders they have received, my order is delayed due to the large volume of holiday orders, my order went into quality control 12/26/22, but it was still in quality control on 1/9/23 and was told it was shipping shortly. I have followed up numerous times only to be told they are still working on shipping my order. It is now almost 3 months since the day I ordered the necklace. The last email I received on 3/1/23 stated they were thankful for my patience and they are a small family business and do not process refunds or cancellation requests per their policy. No one will answer the phone number listed on their website and often times the voicemail is full and cannot leave a message anyways. I have about 20 emails between us and them questioning our order and when it will ship. I hope something can happen to resolve this situation.
I ordered a cross necklace for my granddaughter in August 2022, I have contacted the company on several occasions and each time they tell me they are behind and I understood this the first few months but now it has become unacceptable it was inexpensive just a little silver cross. I have asked for a refund and received nothing, when I tried to call I could not get ahold of anyone. I have been more than patient!

This business seems legit based on the web page. IT clearly draws based on faith and using veteran status as promotional. We ordered and paid up front for an item for our mother. IT stated normally process in 5 to 7 business days. I have called and left voice messages as well as 4 emails. This organization should not be allowed to do business anymore. They have delayed shipping by 6 weeks and I have not accepted the late delivery date. By law they have to refund me the money back due to their lateness of negligently and deliberately not shipping after 30 days and the buyer not accepting these terms. I do not accept a late delivery. They claim that it is their own corporate policy to not refund, but their corporate policy cannot supersede standard law and fair business practices. I received an email back from All Things by Faith with an order number the same day the order was placed. Two-three weeks after that I received an email from the company saying the order was being prepared for shipment. When I placed the order I gave the mailing address of my friend that I bought the shirt for so they would send it directly to her. By the second week of April I called my friend to ask her if she had received anything from All Things by Faith? She said no she had not received anything. I waited another week and called my friend again. She said she still had not received anything. By this time we were in the third week of April. Now I look to get a phone number for all things by faith *** and ***. I called both numbers, the first time I called the voicemail box was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I subsequently called back twice and left a message with my name and phone number. No one ever called back. I then sent an email to them on April 26, 2022. I got a reply from them stating, "their neighbors had a fire and it shut them down for a few days and had set them back. "They will be catching up next week or so". "They will forward my concern to the team to rush the order." And it was signed God Bless Feb. My friend still has not received the shirt. They already took the money from my *** card on March 28, 2022.

On 1/23/23 I received a reply thanking me for my patience and understanding; I emailed again on 2/3/23 stating I still don't have my order and stating that if they are unable to fulfill it to please cancel and refund me. The pandemic has brought about financial woes but I really wanted these shirts for Christmas to match the Jordans Id bought them. I only have (1) email however when I try to look my order up on their site to hopefully find out the delivery status it tells me this email is NOT associated with any accounts. The name Have Faith sold me on buying from *** looked forward to my g-babes declaration so to speak of their faith in God & whatever challenges they face in sports, school, etc. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to access my account & purchase info I emailed the company & voiced my concern about (1) inability to access account, (2) no status updates & (3) concerns about delivery by Christmas & oh my mailing address to s P.O. Box was a problem. It is now December 23rd. After Christmas I received a 2-3 liner response Ill get with my shipper. Do you have an alternative address? I travel a lot which is safety reasons for a P.O. Box but if this presented a problem tell me & a physical address could be given. A physical address was provided for GP reasons since there was no response to the question. Ive yet to receive any status updates or the reason I have problems accessing my account with them. I immediately contacted customer service via email and Messenger to inform them about the charged and asked that they resolve ASAP. Initially purchased 2 shirts at $28.77 ea original price before *** then added on a special offer shirt for $9.77 which according to offer would equal $38.54 Order included 2 short sleeve shirts and one long sleeve baseball shirt. I then decided I liked them so I placed an order for myself this was 2 shirts at $29.27 ea before *** (different price due to different size) and again the extra shirt for $10.77 so order should have been $$40.04. After doing payment I waited for receipt showing discount and the computer shut down. When I went back in I couldn't find the order but did find email so contacted company but got no response. On Feb 14 I opened bank account and found charges for shirts. The 2 extra shirts were charged right however the other 2 orders were at full price and didn't show the discount so Instead of the 2 for one I was charged full price of $57.54 and $58.53 respectively, A total of $116.07 andshould have been Again tried to contact by e-mail and phone for saying charge should have been $58.94. I started calling every day and sending e-mails with no response. Finally on Feb 22 got a call from ***. Explained to *** at 1:30 she understood and needed to take it to boss and would get back to me at 5 that day. After that, you are asked if you want to add numerous other products to your order. Very annoying! I clicked no to all of them, then there was an ad for a mask. I did not want that either, but I accidentally clicked yes. I could not find anywhere to delete it! I was "locked" into that cart. *here was nothing about returns/refunds on anything that I looked at. As a matter of fact, the ad said "Hassle Free Returns," I ended up just backing out of the ad. I did wonder though, if it somehow had gotten through as they ask for your payment information BEFORE you place the final order. I looked on my bank statement that same day, and nothing was debited. I placed an order on February 6, 2022 for 3 items. On February 21st I received an email saying my order was heading into quality control and shipping shortly. When I had not heard from them again I emailed them on March 2nd and was told it was still in production. On March 7th I was again told by email the order was heading into production and would be shipping out between that day and early the next week. By March 16th when I still had not received anything or heard from them, I emailed them again and I asked if I could at least change the shipping address as I was moving to another state on April 1st and wanted to make sure I received the package instead of it going to my old address and the new tenants getting my order. They never answered me. I contacted them on *** On March 18th again asking about my order and change of address and was again given the same excuse of my order would be shipping out shortly and they would put a rush on the order. I asked again if I could please change the address and again no answer. I was also informed they do NOT give refunds and only store credit. Why would I want a store credit for a store than never fulfills my order? I will never do business with them again so I am not interested in a store credit. Very disappointed. I have never received my item. Trying to use faith to lure you in. Ordered & paid in January so far have received nothing.
How can we shut this piece of c*** business down?! Its ridiculous. If youre reading this do not order from them. They should have negative stars
Just like all of the other reviewers, I placed an order for a necklace in the middle of January. It is now the end of the March. They responded to an email saying they were delayed because of the holiday and that they hoped everything would be sent out but it hasn't been yet. Made a similar excuse with my second email. I now suspect that this is a scam unfortunately.
I made a purchase ( I say purchase because the money came out of my account immediately) on 9/4/2022 . It is now 4/1/2023 and have yet to receive my order . I ordered Christmas presents at the time so with me not receiving my order I had to go out and purchase more presents ! ITS BEEN SEVEN MONTHS . BAD BAD BUSINESS , they are giving Christians and veterans bad names !
