Simply avoid at all cost
Simply avoid at all cost. First, they are just broker, they gave me very low offer miscalculating cubic feet of my inventory. Second, only very unprofessional moving company deal with them who came to my door increased price significantly for same inventory forcing me to pay extra $$$$ or threaten to move out. Just higher a direct moving (not a broker) or move using container /pod services.

We had to move our family's antique furniture from Virginia to Georgia and it was a very stressful time for us on top of delays caused by bad weather in the northeast. Kari was exceptionally helpful, funny and patient. Her customer service was truly above and beyond. Kindness goes a long way during stressful times. The movers came and were polite and wrapped everything quickly and it done quickly. It made the day much easier.
I hired this moving company Allstate moving of America to do a long distance move from Los Angeles to Mississippi they gave me a quote which I signed a contract for 04/16/2022 for $3691.00 when the movers that they contacted thru sub lease their truck overcharged me $13,000,I sign the contract for the quote of $3691.00 the movers ALL OF US MOVING INC loaded up the truck on 04/19/2022 with my items I told the movers I was not paying the $13,000 they demanding that I pay the money in order to get my furniture back I call and talk to the brokers which they said I had a lot of items the movers was aware before they loaded the truck I call to report this to the broker and they told me that the movers can charge me whatever fee they choose
Your customer service representative Kari was excellent at solving any issues though our moving. I would definitely recommend your company to any family or friends.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a rip off. They will beat every other company on your quote. So you hire them and sign a "quote" contract. Put thousands of dollars down. For example it was supposed to cost me *** for this move total. WRONG. Ive given them ***, and they still want another ***. Totalling over 11,000$! When that was NOT what was originally agreed upon. The total price changes everytime you talk to these people. Ive waited 2 weeks for my things to show up, when i was originally told it would take 5 days. To top it all off, they REFUSE to take card other than for your deposit over the phone. Ive given them *** over the phone. *** in cash (which they demand cash or money order) now theyre demanding *** upon delivery in CASH. First off, this is a military move. How am i supposed to get reimbursed with no paper trail? Second off, the price change is ridiculously drastic! You talk to dispatch and they tell you one price and the drive goes ahead and adda another *** without telling you where it comes from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are thiefs and crooks!
I recently moved from Georgia to Florida and used the services of Allstate Moving
I recently moved from Georgia to Florida and used the services of Allstate Moving. I have never use a moving company before and I was afraid because of the mishaps that other people had with the process. From my initial contact with Jordan Taylor who quoted me and the follow up with Kari Kasten until the end everything went smoothly. As a previous business owner and customer service enthusiast I will like to congratulate Allstate Moving management for hiring people like them, Their customer service was impeccable

Terrible company and terrible way of handling business. The mover didn’t show up on the agreed upon day, and NO ONE bothered to call me and inform me that they would come on the back up. I was the one making all id the phone calls. Then, the movers price gouged me because All State Moving of America failed to report that I had a king size bed instead of a “standard” twin bed. I had to pay them additional money to take my bed and dresser. When I contacted *** in customer service about it she told me to tell the movers to call the office, and NEVER answered her phone after. When my items were delivered, my boxes had huge holes in them, and the movers tried to make me pay an additional $400 for a reason I still cannot understand. Please fine a different company. They’re basically a middle man.
Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, Worked quickly and efficiently and wrapped everything with care — Made me feel at ease to know my items were being taken care of properly!

Translation: A little star and to be able to write ? The worst brokens company that can exist, I do not recommend it, a total ***, do not be fooled, they charged me almost 5,000 dollars for a move in which they were carried away by the estimate and in short, at the time of going to pick up, they wanted to charge 2,300 dollars more for things that they were already stipulated in the contract which they did not collect more than half they left, do not be fooled one of the agents is called *** and they tell him *** that he sells you everything very nice and the reality is that nothing is what it seems I had to do the complaint by the bank for breach of contract so that they could investigate and take away the money, *** DO NOT SERVE. BEWARE of this company if it can be called a company.
I was contacted by this company for a quote for a cross country move
I was contacted by this company for a quote for a cross country move. The salesman (***) I spoke with was incredibly condescending and essentially threatened that other companies would scam my family. When I advised him of this, he denied it and continued to be rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I did the supervisor, ***, constantly interrupted me and spoke down to me. He also stated that I was not intelligent enough to read a paragraph, let alone a contract and then hung up on me. I would avoid this company at all costs.
This company is unprofessional, and they will not honor delivery dates. This is the worst moving experience I have endured in my life.
Company contacts me. First thing I say is that I need an estimate for a move from Chicago to North Carolina. Sales associate then asks me to go room by room and list everything I am moving. I did this over the phone with him. He calls me back and gives me a quote of 4100. He then says we give discounts to veterans. Which I reply indeed I am. That's great you get 1000 off. Total now is 3100. This was my first mistake. I thought how nice. A discount for veterans. My mistake was trusting them. He then said I need a 1200 deposit to secure the move. I said wait a minute now. I need my furniture picked up on the first of the month to be delivered on the third. He said no problem. He sends an email to to digital sign and agree on the deposit which I do. I then get a call three days prior to moving. Sales rep goes over the furniture to be picked up which matches my original list on the phone from the original estimate. All good. Movers show up on the first to pick up furniture. They are subcontracted from the all state moving company of America. He looks at a list he has and says I have items that are not on his list and that is going to cost more to the tune if 1700 more. At this point I either agree or they don't take the furniture and I will lose my 1200 deposit with all state. I agree since I have no choice. He only would take cash or I could Zell it. I zelled it. I then asked if they were going to drive half way today then drive the rest and deliver on the third. He said oh no, it takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive at your destination. But my sales rep said no problem on the dates. Sorry sir that is in the contract you signed. I told him i have no contact just the email that i signed for the deposit. You will have to contact all state and work that out with them. Truck is loaded, again I have no choice. Furniture gets here at 630pm with one guy to deliver it. Had to give him my balance first cash or money order deliver and unwrap all my items with this guy . Nightmare
All State Moving of America gave us a really good quote to move, and we signed and put a deposit. Later that day, our family offered to move the pieces for us on their way to see a relative en-route, so we needed to cancel our reservation. We were within the 48 hour cancellation period, however, our reservation window was right at the edge of the 5 day cut off for scheduled trucks to be cancelled without incurring fees and the forfeiture of the deposit. We explained the situation to All State Moving of America's customer support staff, and after speaking to management to relay our situation, they were able to cancel our reservation without having us incur any fees. Thank you, All State Moving, for your understanding! We'll be glad to work with you the next time we need a move!
They contacted me regarding a move I said no thank you I found someone and hung up *** then called me back and I hung up then he text me saying "learn some manners" so I called back and said that's not appropriate he then proceeded to call me from 6 different numbers repeatedly after I blocked other numbers will be suing for harassment after asking not to be contacted!
Drew at Allstate was professional and responsive
Drew at Allstate was professional and responsive. Most movers just throw an estimate at you as a low-ball enticement. Drew made detailed inquiries regarding the move and provided a coherent and logical offer. He then follow-up regularly to discuss moving dates and what changes might affect rates. Al;though my daughter-in-law ultimately made a different decision (she had friends and for-hire locals help her out instead of professionals) I have no problem recommending Drew and his company to handle a job like this. TERRIBLE company
TERRIBLE company. Will call you and pressure you into signing. If you dont sign they keep calling and harassing you even if you ask them not to call you anymore. I have an infant that I take care of on my own and have multiple calls every single day from them. If you ignore the call they blow up your phone with text messages. They give you the lowest price because they are a scam. Plus, a man named *** called me harassed me when I asked not to call anymore because I went with a different company he was mad and told me h*** keep calling because he deserves to know who I went with and how much I paid. I hung up and he called two more times immediately after, left voicemails, and sent me text messages to tell me I wasted his time and I lied to him because I never called him back when I went with a different company. So unprofessional and so happy I didnt choose them as my moving company.

If possible, I'd leave a 0 star review for this company
If possible, I'd leave a 0 star review for this company. The attitude that is presented by some of their employees is incredibly disrespectful. I initially was under the impression that I could cancel before 48 hours of a move to be able to receive all our deposit money back (except 10%). This was what I understood. It turns out that this wasn't the case, which after looking back at the paperwork, I can confirm this to be the case. However, the employee I spoke to nicely offered to present our situation to their accounting department.
The next day I then talked to someone named *** (the operations manager). The attitude I felt I was presented with was belittlement and amusement towards me. They then proceeded to offer me the ability to use the $700+ deposit towards a future move within the next 12 months. I guess they'll be keeping all that money, as I have no intent of ever reaching back out to this company again.
As a note, you can go with someone such as International Van Lines (an actually reputable company that will allow cancellation and full refund if done before 48 hours before initial pick-up date). I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I guess that's what you get from a company that you can only find reviews for on a single website.

I feel very deceived by All State Moving of America
I feel very deceived by All State Moving of America. When I was considering hiring out for the move, I asked questions. I have a 100 year old heirloom piano which I asked about. I was told and assured by JBM that their movers are very professional with moving pianos and really know what they are doing, and that there will be 5 movers that day and they have all the necessary equipment. I was also told by JBM that my household items would be picked up and driven straight to my destination, and that nothing would be moved off the truck until delivered several days later after pick up. JBM also told me that AllState was accredited by the ComplaintsBoard.com. The price quote started at $2700. It all sounded good so I went forward. No one came to the house to look over the job to give an estimate; it was done over the phone. A week before the move pick up date, I called to say I had more boxes so the price went up to $4300. In that conversation, I also asked again if my belongings were staying on the same truck and driven straight to my destination. I was told YES, this truck is going straight to your destination. I also mentioned the piano again. After everything was loaded, I was presented with a total of $7000. It took 4 hours to load which was fine. The movers wrapped my furniture nicely, and packed it all in the truck in a puzzle-piece manner making it all fit well. The piano was held until last. The dolly they had was a small wooden roller in the shape of a rectangle about 2.5 ft long, and 2 ft wide with four 2x4's, leaving a gaping open in the middle. After that cracked (and I feared it was my piano cracking also to which I have not had opportunity to inspect yet), I helped slide a metal dolly under it. It took the 3 men, and my friend and I to push it up the ramp. I feared it was going to dump off the ramp. It was scrapped over the back of the truck leaving shavings from underneath my piano. There was nothing professional about it. I was so shaken up that I signed the new paperwork and paid an additional $3000 on the spot and told delivery would be the following Tuesday of the next week. I called the next day which was a Sunday but no answer. I called Monday and was told all my things were unloaded into a warehouse. I made six calls a day before the said delivery date with no answer. Later that day I received a return call saying that I was not on the schedule and that they are waiting for a truck. When I asked where the warehouse is that is holding my belongings, I was told they cannot tell me that information. Five days later, a representative called allstate for me. My representative did receive a call back stating my things were still in the warehouse. I can understand the warehouse storage if informed ahead of time and a verbal consent from me, but I was told several times that my things would be directly transported, beginning the day of pick up. I do not at all accept the way my piano was handled. The guys did their best and strained themselves but they were not trained and did not have the proper equipment. I would have gotten a professional piano moving company to do it, had Allstate been honest to tell me they are not equipped. I also feel I was charged the extra money wrongly. It's been two weeks and I am in an empty apartment waiting. I am asking for help in resolving this. Thank you

I contacted All State Moving of America to move from ***, ** to ***
I contacted All State Moving of America to move from ***, *** to ***. They gave me a price of $5699.05 based on the inventory details. I paid a deposit of $1225 on June 9, 2022. On moving day, a different moving company came to our door with the wrong estimate. They then gave me a new estimate of $11,000. While I was on the phone with All State Moving of America, the other company left. At first, All State Moving of America said they would come back, but later they said they wouldn't because I refused the service. The other company refused to help because I didn't want to pay the new price. I tried to negotiate and find a solution, but neither company was willing to help. I want All State Moving of America to refund the $1225 deposit because they didn't stick to the quoted price or provide the promised service.
I contacted Allstate Movers of America to help me with my moving needs. They told me they were a all service moving company. That they had a truck in La Mesa CA that was near my home and could schedule it for us if I made a deposit of a little more than $2k. Which I did authorize to secure the truck. They told me their movers would take great care to move our home to Michigan. They said they would get back to me in a few days to finalize the total cost of my move They did not contact me, I had to contact them to give them my inventory so I could get my final quote. It was very difficult to do this since the representative ANTONIO ( who told me he would be available for me throughout the move) never got back to me. I talked to at least three people who sounded like they were taking my calls in their cars until finally someone took down my inventory and gave me a final quote and told me since the cost went up, I had to give them an additional deposit of $700.00 which I did since the move
I hired Allstate Moving of America to move my belongings from ***, *** to ***, . On Nov 8, 2021, I spoke with *** regarding a move. I gave him a list of all my furniture, accessories and the number of boxes that I would be packing myself. I described my large bedroom set that breaks down into four pieces. He informed me that was no problem, the movers would disassemble the set and then reassemble at delivery. The estimate was for 518 cu ft for a total of $3717.81. He insisted that I had to pay a deposit of $1700 on that date. On Nov 15, I received a call from *** in Quality Control. He wanted to go over my inventory again. I had by then taken measurements of all of my furniture and offered to give it to him. He said "no need for that, I have everything I need to figure out the cubic feet right here." He revised the estimate to 547 cu ft and increased the price to $3841.93. The movers showed up on Nov 17. I showed them what was to be moved, he called dispatch and then informed me it would be an additional $2,400. I told dispatch I wouldn't pay that much more and I would rather cancel and have my deposit refunded since the estimate was so far off. He said no way would I receive my deposit back so I told him I would dispute the credit card charge and he laughed and said "good luck with that." The drivers wouldn't load the truck unless I signed a *** of lading agreeing to pay the additional $2400 so I told them to leave. I tried 6 times to call the company that day but always got a message that no one was available to take my call and to leave a message. No one called back. . When I finally talked to *** in customer service the next day she said "too bad." Since a binding estimate guarantees that you cannot be required to pay more than the amount on the estimate, and I didn't add anything to the move, i would like a refund of my deposit since Allstate Moving did not hold up their end of the contract.
I was told my stuff would be picked up in CA on 3/12/22 and maybe dropped off on 3/18/22
I was told my stuff would be picked up in CA on 3/12/22 and maybe dropped off on 3/18/22. Allstate called a bunch of times and changed the pickup date to 3/13, then moved it back to 3/12, and then moved it again to 3/13. I called the driver on 3/28 and asked where the trailer was dropped off, but he wouldn't tell me. He said Allstate should call me. After trying a bunch of times, customer service finally answered me, but they just said the same thing every time: "Good Morning: The driver will be reaching out to you when delivery is scheduled." They said that four times. Finally, I got in touch with A NEW START MOVING AND STORAGE - *** DOT: *** MC: *** I called New Start, and they told me they don't have enough drivers and don't know when my stuff will arrive. That's not my problem. I told Allstate, I did everything they asked me to do, like deposits and payments, and now this. It's been 24 days today. They told me they really have 30 days to get here. 20 days during non-peak times and 30 days during peak times, and this is non-peak and they confirmed it. If I don't hear from them by Friday, I'm calling the police and reporting all my stuff as stolen. This isn't right. They need to be shut down.
In early July, I was planning to move my family from Virginia to ***
In early July, I was planning to move my family from Virginia to ***. I looked for moving companies and AllState Moving of America contacted me. I decided to go with them after talking on the phone with the agent. I agreed to the terms and made the initial deposit of $1,750. I saw in my account that it was taken out automatically, but there was another charge for the same amount that said pending. I was worried about being charged twice, so I researched the company more. After finding some concerning information about their practices, I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund of the deposit. The contract I signed says I have 48 hours to cancel and get a refund. On the same day I made the purchase, I asked for my refund to cancel. I tried reaching out through email and phone multiple times, but I didn't get any response. So, I contacted my bank to explain my situation. They told me to file a claim. Later that day or the next (still within the 48-hour window), someone from the moving company contacted me about canceling. They asked me why I wanted to cancel. I told them I wasn't happy with what I read online and I was worried about getting charged twice because my account still showed another amount of $1,750 pending. They assured me that they only charged me once and said I would get my refund in *** business days. After the call, I let my bank know that the company finally reached out to me. The claims advisor said they would keep the claim open just in case the company doesn't follow through. The company never gave me my money back and it has now been over 3 months. I have called them many times and they keep transferring me to accounting where no one answers the phone.

I want my $4100 deposit back from All State Moving of America
I want my $4100 deposit back from All State Moving of America. I made a reservation over the phone on May 12th to move from *** to GA. The price they quoted me was too high, so I only agreed to a temporary reservation since my moving day was still a month away. I called the same number again after my credit card company flagged the transaction as fraud. I spoke to ***, who said the refund would come in a few days. But that didn't happen. On May 16th, I called another number for the company and guess who answered? *** again. He gave me more excuses and I threatened to contact the State Attorney Generals in , , and WY (where the credit card transaction happened). A few days later, a woman from customer service named *** called me and tried to smooth things over. I told her the same thing and she said she'd talk to someone in accounting named *** to process my refund. It's now September 7th, 2022, and I still haven't received my refund. All State Moving of America is saying that I electronically signed the documents they sent, but I didn't because they had fraud warnings on them. I was too scared to even open their email. Turns out, the ***WY found out that All State Moving... doesn't have a real business or billing address in ***. The *** of *** and NH are looking into my complaint, and I've also contacted the *** and filed a complaint. Besides the $4100 refund, I want this company to be stopped. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com website for *** and saw that All State Moving has lots of fraud complaints like mine, and none of them have been resolved.
I want my $700 deposit back from Allstate Moving of America (for 6/1) because they never provided the promised moving service
I want my $700 deposit back from Allstate Moving of America (for 6/1) because they never provided the promised moving service. They also need to compensate my family for the additional financial and emotional harm they caused. Two moving companies showed up late on 6/2 and 6/3, but they were unprepared and rude. They wanted to charge a lot more for the same amount of stuff that Allstate had already verified five times (actually, it was three boxes less than what was reviewed earlier). They even refused to provide service or disappeared, making excuses like needing a dinner break. This caused a lot of financial and emotional harm to my family. Here are the details:
Originally, Allstate Moving told me it would cost $2126 for 286 cubic feet (CF) of stuff. My inventory remained the same, and Allstate verified it. I showed them on camera and even added four more large boxes just to be safe (making it 332 CF and a payment of around $2285). However, the movers on-site wanted to charge an extra $1500 for an additional 250 square feet (sq-ft), which is a 160% increase from the original quote. I agreed to the extra charges and asked them to start loading. But then they went on a dinner break and never came back for the rest of the night. They completely stood me up.
Another mover came on 6/3, but they also gave me a very high estimate, even compared to the revised space (an additional $500 plus many miscellaneous fees over $350 and a fuel surcharge). I reluctantly agreed to these charges, but then the mover received a call from their manager and they ditched my move, saying they had another job to do. I tried calling the Allstate dispatch guy multiple times to resolve the issue, but he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of helping, he shouted at me. They clearly denied me service, even though I agreed to their unprofessional upcharging.
We booked a move with Allstate Moving of America LLC on 3/18/22
We booked a move with Allstate Moving of America LLC on 3/18/22. They gave us a quote of $1921.52 for the whole move. However, they didn't make it clear that the price would change so much just 4 days before our scheduled moving date of 4/29/22. On 4/25/22, they contacted me to confirm how much space we would need on the truck. After assessing our storage unit, we realized we had more items to move. Based on a phone call and an estimate of our furniture and boxes, they changed our quote to $2509 more than the original quote. They also said that the $550 deposit was non-refundable because the contract stated that if we canceled within 5 days of the move, we would lose the entire deposit. I asked for a refund anyway, but they told me to contact my bank and dispute the charges instead of giving me any money back. It turns out that Allstate Moving of America is a moving broker and doesn't actually use their own trucks for interstate moves. They handed off our move to a company in Chicago, where we were moving from, called the moving depot. They were the ones who handled the final charges and actually did the move. When our belongings arrived, many of them were smashed and broken. Allstate Moving of America took $1925.00 of our money as a deposit, but we have no idea what that deposit was for other than scheduling the move with a company in our home state and city. They never offered us a refund or any kind of compensation. It's really unethical and they weren't transparent about the services they offered or how they were handling our move. Our job number was a7000340. Our move also arrived on 5/5/22, even though the original representative told me it would only take 2 days and that we would have a 29 ft truck just for our move without any other stops. But when the movers arrived, they had 3 other moves on their truck and they damaged our couch while wrapping and unwrapping it. Our complaint is against Allstate Moving of America for taking $1925 in deposits without actually doing the physical move.

I contacted All State Moving mpany on November 06 to arrange a cross country move for my son who had been living with me since he came home from the military approximately ten years ago. He purchased a townhouse in ***, *** and although he had no furniture, everything he owned was to be transported from *** to ***. I spoke to *** aka *** for quite some time and he gave me a quote of approximately $2,400 for up to 100 boxes - any size. The job number was A6992607. *** assured me that the items would be delivered in 3 days and the $2,400 would cover all costs. I was assigned to *** who told me to only talk to her since she would be the only one who would know anything about the job. I questioned the amount and the time and she said that *** lied. After that, the amount due continued to increase with each person I spoke with - the gentleman who called the night before quoted me approximately $5,000, and the final cost was almost $6,000. I asked him if i needed to purchase additional insurance, and he assured me that the company carried a $75,000 policy for the move, so there was no need to purchase anything else. I asked the *** and the 2 movers that once they loaded the truck, if they were headed to ***. The *** said that it would be stupid to take one family's belongings across country and that the load was headed to a warehouse where 2 other families are loaded up with ours before other drivers made the trip. (My son was in *** and had no idea how many boxes were packed - there were 82. The *** stuck very small stickers on the boxes and they left on May 30, 2022. Once delivered a week later, there were many missing things. Among them were two large boxes with new household goods and appliances. Twelve moving bags of designer shoes (appt 60 pr) are gone. mpany not willing to reimburse for lost items only .60 per box. We have lost thousands of dollars of merchandise. *** claims they can't find it. Please help.

On August 8th, 2022, we hired All State Moving of America LLC to ship all of our household items from ***, *** to ***, *** for a total estimated cost of $2261.76. All State Moving of America hired *** to act as carrier to physically transport our items. We were initially told that it would take approximately two weeks from time of pickup to time of delivery of items. After we paid our deposit, we were then told that it could take up to 30 days from time of pickup to delivery but that this was highly unlikely and rare for it to take that long. We scheduled a pick up date of September 2nd. Hermes Moving and Storage did not show up until September 3rd, and did not notify us they were delayed by a whole day, we had to call them on the 2nd to get an update. We had called All State Moving of America several days before pickup to notify them that we had several additional boxes and we were told that this would not change the price of the original estimate, however when the movers arrived they said that they could not accept any additional items without additional payment so we had to abandon several items to avoid paying hundreds of extra dollars. Our contract states "Delivery no later than date: 9/24/22" yet as of writing this on 10/12/22 not only have our items not arrived, but we have called numerous times over the past month for an update or information about an eta for delivery and we have been told repeatedly that someone will call us with an update when a driver is assigned and no one has ever called us. We have asked to speak to a manager and have repeatedly been told he is not available or have been transferred to his voicemail where we have left several messages and never gotten a call back. We never would have hired them to move our items if we had known they might arrive later than 9/24/22. My tools are among the items and I cannot work without them, thus I am losing out on a substantial amount of income now.

I got a moving quote from Allstate Moving of America LLC to move from PA to SC on 5/30/22 for ***. We went over all the stuff I had and I even gave her the sizes of the items. On 5/26/22, I went over the same stuff with another person from the company. I told him that I added a couple of boxes, but there were a lot of things missing from the original quote. On 5/28/22, I got a quote from them that was double the first one. They said I added 200cf and I told them again that a lot was missing from the first quote. I told them and another person that I couldn't afford to pay that much. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Then they started playing with the numbers and showing bigger discounts, but it was still $1400 more than the original. I told them I wanted my $600 deposit back, but they refused and said I had to cancel within a certain date before they moved me. This second contract happened on the 28th, at least 48 hours or more before the actual move. They give you a low price to get you to sign and give them a deposit, then at the last minute, they double the price by adding fees and charges. Then you're stuck, either paying the higher price or losing your deposit. If you read the reviews on this company, many of them say the same thing about doubling the original quotes or not showing up. Allstate Moving of America LLC should have their DOT and MC licenses taken away. They're just taking advantage of people when they're already stressed out from moving. I think I should get my $600 deposit back. I trusted them and planned on using their services until they doubled the price. There's no way I could afford to pay that much, and if they were honest with me from the start, I would have walked away.

Date of Transaction: August 24th and September 22nd Funds allocated: August 24th - $1,445.00 and September 22nd - $3,011.00 Transaction Numbers: August 24th - *** and September 22nd - [protected] Members spoken with: Mike Watson - Sales Manager Jay George - Sales Customer Service - Several times Contacted AllState Moving of America LLC on August 24th in order to procure long distance moving services, leaving a deposit that same day of $1, 445.00. A few weeks go by and I have to personally call the company to go over the moving inventory, in which I was told it would cost more since, "we had more than they thought". I then had to pay another $3, 011.00 on September 22nd in order to still hold our spot on the truck for moving. On September 27th, I was contacted by the AllState moving of America to let us know that they were unable to find a carrier for our move and that they recommend to file a dispute with our bank. My husband and I are Coast Guard veterans of more than 17 years serving our country combined with 3 young children, so this of course was a highly stressful situation that AllState moving of America created. My bank said they need evidence in the form of an email or writing stating that these moving services did not occur. My husband and I called this company more than 20 times to try and obtain that evidence. On the 21st call, they answered and let us know they'll have their account manager Korbin Dallas and Luke rogers call us back in which they didn't. We then let the bank know, and they said they need that evidence from us to have that charge taken off. We were wrongfully scammed by AllState moving of America in the form of paying $4,456.00 dollars for services never rendered. After serving my country for so long - I am appalled and ashamed that this company would take this high amount of money away from my family and I.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I hired Allstate Moving of America to move my belongings from ***, ** to ***, **
I hired Allstate Moving of America to move my belongings from ***, *** to ***, .

Absolutely the worst I've ever experienced with several military and civilian moves. Do not use them and im still considering legal action for their mistakes of many, *** and *** need to be Absolutely ashamed of themselves and fired! For a supposed military owned company choose someone else and that hurts to say with being retired. Absolutely the worst!
