My order number was *** and I received an acknowledgement of my purchase. However, due to the ongoing virus situation, I was informed that it could take up to 14 business days for my order to arrive.
On July 8th, which was exactly 14 days from my order date, I decided to give them a call to check on the status of my order. Unfortunately, I was informed that my chair was still at the warehouse and that it was waiting to be picked up by UPS. The customer service representative gave me a few excuses, such as their process and the size of the box, but I was not satisfied with the response.
As of today, which is three weeks from when I placed my order, my chair is still at the warehouse. I have decided to cancel my order and purchase the chair from another company. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I do not want others to make the same mistake as I did.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with AlphaMart's. The delay in shipping and lack of communication was frustrating. I hope they can improve their processes and customer service in the future.

While I appreciate the prompt response from AlphaMart's team, I can't help but feel frustrated that I had to inquire about my order in order to receive any updates. It seems as though if I hadn't reached out, my item may have continued to sit in their warehouse, waiting to be shipped.
I hope that AlphaMart can improve their delivery system or perhaps hire someone who can better manage it. As a result of this experience, I have decided to order my next chair from Amazon instead.

I contacted this company and they replied the next day! Soon I received replacements. Finally decided where to put it in the backyard, got it up and I love it. It came with little lights so it's just enough ambient lighting and just a perfect size. I'm just so amazed at the quick response and service. I'm a female senior and I was able to assemble it myself in no time. Thanks Alphamart!

Within two weeks they finally contacted me to let me know the product would be shipped soon. We received the Mock One within about 2 weeks and my husband loves it! I'm so glad we were patient and waited for them to clear up the legal issues they had encountered. There may be another one in our future!

The screws didn't fit the holes and it was just poorly made all around. So I tried to return it, but boy oh boy was that a hassle. I sent emails, chatted online, and even called them up a bunch of times. But they wouldn't give me an address to send it back to. Nope, they said I had to call customer service. But when I did, nobody answered the phone. And when I finally got a response to my email, they said I had to send them a video of the area that didn't fit. Like, who's got time for that? All I want is to return this thing and be done with it.

I made an online purchase of patio furniture. Upon receipt, I was not satisfied with the quality of the furniture. Furthermore, my order was not complete. I received 6 chairs but no table. The table was shipped much later even after I asked that it not be sent. I contacted Alphamarts on several occasions and requested return instructions as per their return policy and within their 30 day requirement. The company did not respond to my requests to return the furniture and they are therefore forcing me to keep poor quality furniture. I paid $924.99 for this patio set!

I ordered an outdoor couch from this company (order number 604), and on Thursday May 13 I received an email saying that my order was on its way, which was about a week after I ordered. Well the couch was shipped in 2 boxes, but only one arrived. I have been in contact with them through texting and email, and they have stated the Fed Ex has not picked up the other package and they have no idea when they will, because they are short-staffed due to the pandemic. I have requested to return the box of parts that I did receive and receive a refund, since I have been waiting 3 weeks with no status change in the shipment of the second box. I have requested an address to ship my items back to and to complete a return, which is part of the return policy. I have been requesting to return this box and receive a refund for over a week. The company will not respond to any of my contacts about returning the item. I just want to return the parts I have and get a refund.

The quality of the product was not as expected and all we are asking is to be able to return this product which we are within our 30 day window at no cost to us. Which they want us to pay for shipping which will amount to around $600. They offered us a $35 credit card credit or a $60 credit to order something else from them. I have not been able to actually speak to anyone at their listed number which never gets answered and quite frankly think its a bogus number. They will only correspond via email which is about every 2 days if we are lucky. They suggested we try to sell the item or give it as a gift which is unacceptable as we have a new patio and this was to go on there. The order number is 59720. Again that is all we are looking for is to return this product for a full refund and not pay shipping which we only opened 1 box and there are 4.
