Alternative Pest Management is great they are professional, always let me know day and window of time. They are friendly and come in do their job and always ask before they leave if I need anything else. The best.

Alternative Pest Managment was professional and knowledgeable. They were extremely thorough with our ant issues. They also noted that our termite service had not been retreated in over 10 years. I would recommend them.

The tech was great. He called ahead and since I had seen recent activity, he took extra steps to insure the job was done. They are always spot on with the quarterly visits and everyone I had dealt with has been most helpful.

Alternative Pest control are very professional 👏 people. They are inexpensive, polite,informative,thorough, and on time! They give a post card a week before, and a text day before! Have them for 5 quarterly applications now and wouldn't change!

We have used Alternative Pest Management for well over 15 years. We never have a problem with pests. We even referred this company to a friend in Citrus County who is moving from New York. Stephen helped out this friend with quarterly service. We have the yearly service.

Professional, yet friendly. I really like that they send out postcards with the date and time for their next visit. I never see any roaches or other bugs anymore. I've been using them for about a year, at least. I liked their service so much that I continue to use them in my new home.

Stephen was prompt in getting back to me, was professional, explained what my problem was and explained the procedure to get rid of my problem. We have a home in Spring Hill Florida. Alternate Pest is our go to bug/termite team. Very knowledgable and helpful. Stephen took the time to explain so much of the process inside and outside of the home and the common issues with insects that he comes across in this region of Florida. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend.

They did not comply with contract and treated me like a little child. Talked down to me on the phone because I tried to reschedule appointment because I could not get money on hold from bank. Not an understanding business. Or management. SCOTT is the one who runs the business and talked down to me. Thanks Scott now I will go to Lowe's and buy the same products you use for less than $20.

I have been very happy with this company from the start (last year). They are very professional, but friendly too. I like their system of mailing out appointment postcards when you're due for your next service. They are very quick to respond to change the appointment if it's at a day or time that doesn't work for you. And the most important thing is I haven't seen a roach in my home since I can't even tell you when! I definitely would recommend this company.

Service was quick. Technician was friendly, professional, and courteous of our pets. Hey sprayed the inside first, then outside. Scheduling was simple, albeit resulted in a bit of phone tag. We were told a two-hour window was available, and when I asked for a time within that window I was told the whole two hours was necessary. The actual service only lasted at most 30 minutes, chit chat included. The technician also handled all the transactions before he went out to spray the exterior (and then left). In all, the service was fast and dependable.

I have a signed contract with alternative pest control which states $95 quarterly i had told the owner our home is not ready to do the inside he stated he would take $20 off the bill per payment when the time was up for next spray he would not honor it stating it would be $95 plus another $20 for the inside then i had to call him back out 2 times to respray because i honestly think he is being spitefulland watering down the chemical because of the disaggrement we had the ants are still coming back outside before i am due for my next service and i am upset we had an agreement $95. For the whole house yet he did not state inside and out nor didi he state he would deduct $20.until i am ready for the inside so he has been ripping me off extra $20 quartely

When we moved to Florida our new home had a pest problem. Ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. We also had a few strange bugs that would hang out in the bedrooms and living room. I wouldn't say the house was infested, but we had more than normal bugs that were getting into and staying in the house. I called several companies and Alternative Pest management not only returned my call but sent someone immediately to address our concerns. They also reviewed our property and informed me that our termite mitigation hadn't been re-treated. There was no pressure by them for me to address, but they quickly provided me with options and how to address. They've been great with their monthly service. We have pets and they've also assured me the solutions are safe for our fur babies. The technician who comes is thorough and patient. Our dogs can be rambunctious and he's been very patient with their exuberance when he's in the house to spray down the treatment. We've not had any bug issues since they've started their treatments. I would highly recommend their services.
