Beware! This company used to be fantastic, but not any more. They do not do what they say they will and provide little follow up/communication. Lack of service with no communication to inform me of that, allowed rodents to overtake property. Scary.

This company has great customer service! They are organized and efficient with pest control for my residence. The service personnel are timely and do a thorough job. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I believe they give their best for customers. My pest problem was bad before I brought A-1 to my home and now it is so much improved! Thank you!

This company is so easy to work with. They are efficient, friendly, and responsive. They kept us informed about every step of the treatments—which required numerous visits to our mountain home to get rid of creatures in the attic. We were in Florida at the time and found A-1 Pest Control through recommendations. We found them to be trustworthy and we would hire them again if we had another problem. They exceeded our expectations and provided excellent service.

We appreciate A1 and all of their efforts! Brent is fantastic, he is efficient and thorough in his work. He never leaves unless we are absolutely satisfied, he is always asking if we see anything new or persistent and takes care of any and all of our concerns. He takes the time to explain his process and plan for our home to keep unexpected guests from entering and will even educate you on the insects you see around the home as well as explaining the time of year to expect such. He has been servicing my home for the past 2 years and I am confident in his work we are extremely happy to be working with him!
