Good afternoon,
I have called support several times, sent emails after emails, videos, pictures of my screen, I get a CATCHA everytime I try to schedule a block is not random I click on block once and I get the CATCHA making it impossible for me to get block.
I have NEVER used a third party application I have worked with Amazon since COVID even getting COVID while working with Amazon I been loyal and have provided exceptional work, if you look at my history I go above and beyond in order to meet the standards of the customers/amazon.
I am really upset nothing is being done and all I get is an automated response to all my emails. I completely agree with the CATCHA implementation but to the point to sabotage I feel like Amazon has put red flag on my account which is not fair not everyone is getting this CATCHA everytime they try like I click on a block and I get a catcha making it impossible for me to get a block.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS I BEG YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.
I am a single mother and this is really affecting me I have gone a week without being able to work.
Desired outcome: PLEASE LIFT THAT RED FLAG FROM MY ACCOUNT AND MAKE THE CATCHA RANDOM NOT EVERY TIME MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET A BLOCK.
