Good day. I placed a order at Pick n pay on the 1st of June through Mr D. My payment was approved and just after that the app gave me a error. So my payment was made to Mr D but didn't go through to pick n pay because of the error. I'm not getting a solution from Mr d but my payment was made successfully to Mr d. Please see the proof of payment attached. Any assistance regarding this will be highly appreciated.

We ordered the food from Mr delivery on 28 October 2023 for my mother who lives in centurion, the food delivery and the quality of the food was not in an acceptable manner.
Complaints are as follows:
1. The driver that delivered the food was smoking cigarette at the time that they delivered the food. The packaging was smelling like cigarette as a result. This is not professional. Some of us do not smoke and we despise the smell of cigarette
2. The food was not fresh and my mother is now suffering from food poisoning. She is now very sick due to that.
This is not acceptable. We make use of Mr delivery with the expectation that we will receive quality service and quality food. Unfortunately, this was not the case yesterday and are very disappointed as a result.
Desired outcome: 1. Train your drivers to follow a professional approach when delivering customer orders.2. Ensure that the companies you are buying food from offer fresh food that won't make customers sick.
Meat
I have been purchasing meat on Mr d from Brentwood Park pick n pay they have a halal section and on the app the meat has a clear label showing its halal However when I receive the meat there is nothing showing my meat is halal. No label nothing. I phoned Mr d and the person told me that Brentwood Park is still processing their labeling. Then why advertise it on the app? She further told me that they are just a delivery and I must travel to the store to go and return the meat physically I'm in no position to move that's why I order on the app but today I was told rudely that there is nothing they can do and I must just take their word that the meat is halal. I have never in my entire life been so disrespected never.i need assistance Mr d can not advertise halal labeled meat and if I don't receive it they just be rude on the phone with me. I have requested the manager to speak to me and I was denied speaking to the manager

Driving in public places
To Whom it may concern.
The attached photo was taken today at Cycad Shopping centre in Polokwane.
As you can see in the Photo one of your Drivers is passing and was almost hitting my wife had she not moved out of the way.
The corridor in which this photo was taken is located between buildings and serves as a walking area for padestrians.
The drivers with there motorcycles are not permitted to drive there as this is not a road for vehicles or motorcycles.
As you can see in the photo the persons registration number is KM 33 YB.
I feel neccasary steps needs to be taken to discpline these persons. They only wave us of if we tell them it is not for them.
Your urgents response would be appreciated as I am sure you get alot of complaints regarding these drivers.
Desired outcome: I want this person be given a disciplinary hearing and if he is not employed by you to have his contract terminated.

I have a huge problem! Who gives Mr D the right to change my order from a Beef patty to Ribs, my kids don’t eat ribs!
He leaves me a voice message to say he is going to change my order to a rib as they don’t have beef patties, so now my kids were without Burgers and only n little flippen Rib.
He must phone me until he reached me and got hold of me before confirming or changing the order, not let the phone ring 10 seconds and then drop it in my ear and then afterwards leaving a voice message.
He should have told steers to place the order on HOLD until he confirmed with the customer!
I need feedback asap, as money got lost now as I got a much lesser paid meal for my KIDS!
They guy who phoned me was BEVEREN! I will send you the voice message if you need it.
Failed service and looking for my refund
This ridiculous now, can I just get my R384.98 back. Firstly you failed as a company to render and deliver my order cause yet again your ozow does not work on weekends.
Your consultants have been asking for POP and banking details which have been provided numerous times but wait you still fail as a company to refund me.
Now you telling me to log in the app and request the refund but ooh you suspended the account so after 4 weeks of the same thing, what does one do?
Give me a resolution cause I just want my money back.

I choose to buy half chicken as it was stated on their menu to my surprise I received a thigh and a drumstick mind you I bought the food for my kids, I sent an email the customer service agent I spoke to Nabeel K support and Nathaniel. Unsuccessful ordes been notified an hour later
I have twice now had orders been unsuccessful an only notified an hour late to say the order was unsuccessful this bull your service is crap and will be loading it on social media with order times and notifications as I can clearly see use don't care as I had to call use to find out what is happening.

I was on my home from work placing this order and wanting to eat when I get home therefore I ordered at this time and to get home and still no food I had to contact use and then only find out my order was canceled an hour later I could have order somewhere else or made something to eat but use don't care

I did orders yesterday at Debonairs pizza summerstarnd PE via MR D, I made two separate orders one for large something meaty R164.90 and the other medium with 1,5 coldrink R145.70 (+-15 after)...I did not receive my coldrink and I payed the to the drive cash not being aware that the app automatically took from the card, I then used the app to notify but failed to get a reply from you guys and I have not plans of using that Money on my account I am kindly requesting my refund.

Food mishandled
When my food arrived the 24th of march 2023, it was laying on its side in the carrier, one package broke and all the food was laying in the plastic carrier bag. It was fish, calamari and chips all in the carrier. When i logged a query i was told they only see one package damaged, i wasnt going to feed my family food that was delivered in this manner.

Ordered sushi at 11h35. No delivery by 12h35. Phoned restaurant. Order available long ago, but no drivers to deliver the food. Went and picked it up myself. What am I paying you for Mr Delivery? To deliver my food. You charge a R 15 service fee, want a tip for the driver and charge more for the meal. All for convenience to the consumer. Except there is no concenience here. Just added expenses, for zero value. What a shame. I am a good customer, but I think I am going bad... Not good enogh!
