Ive wasted more time with this company, im not going to waste more time writing every detail here, so all im going to say is this … ive had a claim ongoing since march 2023. After the dealership had my truck for 3 months mostly due to lack of communication between this company and the dealership about coverage I was charged
By enterprise rental almost $7000 in rental fees because not one single dealership had a car available for me. I have since march had to send all the invoices for the rental via upload on the site and via email not once, not twice, not three times, but a total of twelve times to get reimbursed per contract guidelines. Every single time ive received confirmed emails in return stating they have received the documents then saying I need to send them the invoices again. 12! Tines now ive done this. This is just the beginning of how far im going to finish this. Im going to send everything again and again every couple hours of every day until they have resolution to this. Ive set the schedule to automatically send all those documents every 3 hours. This is the worst experience ive ever had or heard of anyone ever having with a company like this. From today I am making this my lifes mission to let as many people across the united states know about this situation and warn them to stay away from this company. [protected]
Desired outcome: TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE OUT OF POCKET COST FOR THE RENTAL CAR. $7000.00.
