American Eagle Airlines Early departure

American Eagle customer service agent closed out flight 5121 early in 4/27/22. One of the two female agents working the flight was not visible at podium 3 because she was slouched over her cell phone. I went to gate 6 looking for assistance because I did not see anyone at gate 3. I was directed to gate 3 and I approached the female agent she said the was closed and she could not open it. Had she not been on her cellphone and standing upright at her assigned podium I would have made the flight and she still would have closed the door 10mins prior. Commuting AA employees do not want to inconvenience any agent or fellow employee; however in a rush to end their respective duties an agent can inconvenience a traveler non-revenue and revenue.

Desired outcome: Working Agent is respectful and in compliance with company rules concerning departures.

American Eagle Airlines Impaired or inept pilot almost caused a crash

May 18, 2021. FLT 3277 DFW To SAF scheduled departure at 1:00 PM. Pilot could not find right runway at one (1) gate SAF. Flew around like a lost goose with good visibility and no traffic. Landed on wrong runway so hard people were thrown up out of their seats. The pilot discovered he was on a SHORT secondary runway and applied the brakes and reverse thrusts so hard we almost went in the dirt. This was no joke, this pilot was either impaired, or inept. He should not have been flying.

American Eagle Airlines flight 5869 memphis to phoenix june 5, 2018

Asked for coffee when drink cart came around, was told they would make it after serving Business class food and drink. Was told the flight was 3 hours, so I had plenty of time to wait. Got coffee almost an hour later. The attendant turned away without asking if I needed anything for my coffee, like cream, which I did. I called her back to ask for cream, which I finally received dumped on my tray without a word. Asked for more coffee when an attendant was picking garbage, which I finally received dumped on my tray without a word. Called him back for creamer. He forgot. Went to the front where the attendants were sitting to request creamer, which I finally received dumped on my tray without a word. They were so rude to me.
Assigned (not chosen by me) to a standalone seat (4A) with the wall to Business class in front of me, it was really cold. Further back in Economy, the temperature was comfortable. Asked the attendant for a blanket and was told there weren't any. Please note I am sitting directly behind Business where I could see passengers using airline blankets! When attendant was picking up trash, I asked about PLEASE using a blanket as I could plainly see them in Business class seats right in front of me. I asked if he could make an exception, he said no. I noted that of the only 2 passengers in Business were using blankets and I was freezing. The attendant had me in tears, but he still said no. After landing, I watched a passenger stow his blanket into an overhead full of blankets! I commented to the attendant about being denied a blanket when there were more than enough and that I was freezing the entire flight. She said in front of departing passengers and someone from the cockpit that I should have purchased a "First Class' ticket. I felt like I had just been slapped in the face. i departed the plane in tears.
This happened in June of last year but it still bothers me a lot. Thought you should know. American Eagle is not a good option.
