I was offered a coin for $4.95, now they want $89 after sending me to transunion colection agency. It was a send no money now offer. They sent me two coins. I did not order this, and considering the history of American mint I want to contest this, mostly I want to make sure they do not keep billing me even if I pay this. I will be contesting this through the collection agency. American mint does not answer there phone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I too was duped in this scam after reading this have not received a coin no nothing but they insist that it was sent out in April but I have not got it I have tried to cancel this will wait to see what happens.

Ordered a knife for 4.99 received knife plus another knife plus a bill for 59.95

I am being billed for Invoice #22 Folder American spirit-Courage - here WHICH I NEVER ORDERED and then you send me a nasty letter dated November 15, 2015 asking for PAYMENT. also, on Invoice #13 and #14 on 11/24/ 2015, INVOICE #13 AND #14 ON 11/24/15 FOR A COLLECTORS FIRST GOLD STRIKE AND A PAIR OF GLOVES. I HAVE BOUGHT THE COLLECTORS FIRST GOOLD STRIKE - (3 OF THEM) BUT GOT ALL OF THEM WITH A $4.95 SPECIAL.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE OFFERS FOR BUYING COINS OF ANY SORT. I HAD TO SEND BACK A 4" COIND BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT IT AND IT COST ME $12.95 FOR SHIPPING. WHAT A RIP-OFF YOU PEOPLE ARE.
yes I just received same junk in mail today by ups, i didn't order.who do I contact before my lawyer?i am not sending back for $12.95.i am in my 70's, a retired veteran and a disabled wife and don't need this crap.if they start calling, i will sue!
