I ordered three things online which were a ring for my engagement a tool set the 6 piece porta cable and a laptop after placing my order I was told they didn't have any of the items I ordered and it could take weeks to get them so I'm not hard to get along with so I had the change my order to a different laptop and cancel the ring and porta cable tools that I really needed and replace it with the Xbox they had in stock only because I was told a refund wasn't gonna post my account for possibly two weeks I done this with the guarantee that delivery would be the next day so i canceled a small job i had and the trip i had planned after work with my fiance and son and sat home all day just to be told at 430 pm that they forfot to put me on the list and would have to reschedule after texting them multiple times through out the day start at aroumd 11 am i feel this is horrible customer service and just rude to be honest and now i have to call into work .Monday and lose 180 dollars to sit here all day again i can forward messages if you would like the stire i uaed was in jefferson city tennessee i really feel like something should be done some type of compensation my name is joshua fortenberry and my phome number is [protected] and as you see when trying to fix this problem she wouldn't even reply
