Anchor General Insurance Agency Bad faith and ripped me off 200$

First off this is about file number rus 8526524 first off I put 200 $ down and the agent new I had no driver lic but im taking this to another level because you are lieing about the amount and the agent must take advantage of how many other people he knew I had no lic because he asked me if I ever had one. He knew I was in need of some insurance and took advantage of me stolled my 200 $ and I have proof I paid 200$ cause its on my card and that he acted in bad faith and ripped me off my money so no I woill be taken this to another level and for false info on what I paid thank u very much

Desired outcome: NOTHING NOW IM TAKEN THIS TO A DIFFRENT LEVEL SINCE I TRYED TO FIX THIS BUT NOW I WILL TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL

Anchor General Insurance Agency Scam

I was hit by an Anchor General insured driver. She crossed over onto my lane without making sure the lane was clear before moving over. This was clearly her fault and other drivers, who witnessed the accident, stopped to check on me and my children and let us both know they saw how the other driver was at fault. An adjuster of Anchor General inspected my car and assessed the damages and concluded the other driver was at fault. He initiated the process to have my vehicle fixed BUT the insurance agent Frank Cseke abruptly stopped the process because they got their insured drivers statement and concluded that they weren't at fault. This baffled me because Frank never saw the vehicles, never saw the pictures sent in, and never even talked to me over the phone. He took the word of their insured driver because it benefited Anchor General instead of doing his due diligence and making sure the claim is being handled properly. Anyone can say they are not at fault but that does not mean it's the truth, but apparently that's all it took for Frank to make a decision. This company is honestly a scam and should not be in business. I don't understand how they can say they are an honest company when their actions are one of liars and thieves.

Desired outcome: I want my car to be fixed.

Anchor General Insurance Agency Automobile Insurance

I'm contacting you on behalf of a relative, Gloria Borchard, who lives in Riverside, and is currently out of town, and does not have her phone with her. She recently rolled her car. It was virtually destroyed, including a bent frame. The police towed it to their lot, and sent me to the hospital. She called her insurance company, Anchor, for several days. There was NEVER a live person answering the phone--just a message asking her to leave a message. She left several messages over several days, and it took over a week for someone to get back to her. They sent an illegal /unlicensed towing truck to get my her car, which the police refused to allow to tow it. A few days later, she got a call from someone at the agency stating that her car had been towed, and it would take 7-9 days for them to go over it. She informed them that she had just talked with the police lot, and her car had definitely not been towed. The response to this was that, "Oh, well, it will be towed by 4:00 p.m. today." I believe that there have been numerous complaints about this company. Why do they not answer the phone personally? Why do they not respond to voicemail messages in a timely manner? Why was an unlicensed tow truck sent to get the car. With any other (reputable) insurance company, this would have been settled already. Can you contact this firm, and see to it that they expedite, well at this point expedite is hardly the word, take care of this matter immediately?

Anchor General Insurance Agency Car insurance hit and run

Deaf couple hit by Anchor General pokicy holder. Used his license plate to track him and his insurance down. When our ins tracked them down, the adjuster was rude demeaning combative and argumentative. Thr adjuster asked leading questions and made assumptions, she also made ridiculous examples of how we might take advantage of the medical liability, stating, "You can not go state to state for 6 years and see different doctors complianing og a cough n expect to send us the bill. All we were asking was to have my neck looked at. We were yelled at and then during the statmemt told by the adjuster it sounds like a hit and run. Then told again in the same statement more than likely we will be denied. We called the supervisor to place a compliant and request a new adjuster and were denied, the supervisor is friends with the adjuster and did not even apolohize for the adjusters behavior, instead i was told, " I just didnt like what I was hearing" i have looked up information on this company and they were issued 22 citations by the state of California for doing extremely shady things, not paying out claims, offering below what they are suppose to, denying claims when they shouldnt, not telling people they have 60 days to appeal, changing documemtation, the list goes on. They are crooks and i do not understand how they are still open for business.

Anchor General Insurance Agency Terrible Service- Evading the Claim

I ran over a curb and destroyed the underneath- as if that was not a bad enough day, then I got to deal with these idiots. John Gonzalez was my adjustor- and he is awful. Never returns calls, never does what he says he is going to do.

I filed my claim over 4 weeks ago and after I myself spent over $4, 000 to get my car back this company is trying to tell me that they only owe me $45. I'm considering suing.

BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.

Anchor General Insurance Agency can't get any responses

I was involved in an accident with an individual insured by anchor general. The other driver was at fault, so after not hearing from their insurance carrier for two days after the accident I started trying to contact them. The agent, Donna Jones, eventually took my statement and was beyond rude, telling me to hurry up, and when I began to explain it quickly started yelling at me to slow down as she couldn't get it all down (apparently they don't record statements which seems inappropriate). I asked when a resolution might come through and she said her customer (the other driver) had to make her statement and she couldn't tell me when that would be--could be days could be two weeks. I informed her that I had no car as my was inoperable, so would they be providing a rental and she said no, nothing would happen until her customer made a statement. I never heard from her, but a appraiser came out one week ago and I never heard anything. I have left three messages and am now without my car for two weeks. Beyond the fact that nothing has happened, and I leave messages daily, her behavior was just extremely rude.

Anchor General Insurance Agency Non-Responsive to Claim

My daughter was rear-ended by a driver with Anchor Insurance Agency. A claim was submitted the day after the wreck with a claim number and claims adjuster assigned. For over a month myself and a body shop have both tried regularly to contact the claims adjuster and have NEVER been contacted back. I have called and asked to be directed to a supervisor where I also got an answering machine and have NEVER been contacted back. When I asked the phone operator to put me in contact with someone who would answer the phone she told me that she does not know who will answer their phone so she can't do that. It has now been more than a month and I am sitting on the phone with their background music "telling me that help is just around the corner". They will continue to reroute me to operators who cannot connect me with ANYONE who can answer the phone. I am now on re-route #3. Is there any recourse for this? Please help me.

More than a month waiting fo them to take theirs insured responsibility over, they have already the police report which states their Insured responsality and still can't see them to take action over my claim on my favor. Dont even want to take over a rental for myself.

I signed up with this crooked ### company 2 months ago. I have never received my insurance information and they feel that it is ok to take my payment out a week before it is due . I have made several attempts in trying to contact someone and each time I have been on hold for over 30 minutes listening to this woman with a shaky voice that tells you someone will be with you momentarily. I have been transferred to someone as it rings twice, someone picks up and sends it right back into the que to hear the same nerve wrecking recording. While on the hold waiting to speak to someone I have closed my checking account so they are unable to deduct my account without, y permission before my payment is even due . I finally get through to someone and she transfers me to speak to someone else as she is unable to answer simple questions, such as " I would like to cancel my account" she says I'm sorry all I do is take the payment but I can transfer you to someone.. Before I was able to respond she transfers the call to where I have to another 30 mins on hold. Im sure I will stay on hold until they close. This scam of an insurance company is ridiculous I would'nt be surprised if the people where working in someone's basement making less than minimum wage .

Got reared ended, called Anchor General Insurance to report as it says on the insurance ID card but was on hold for about more than half hour. So waited for a Monday called back, pressed 1 for customer service and was on hold for more than 15 mins, hung up called back pressed 4 for claims department then 4 again for new claim and guess what on hold again for another 25 mins. Hung up and repeated it and been on the hold for ever and no one picks up. Started my call about 4pm and I am still on hold and it is 6:04pm. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE HERE. Back flash, yesterday the Seahawks won the NFC and they are located in the home of the 49ers. I was still on hold while typing this and it prompts me back saying EXT 3883 something like that is not available time 6:07pm now...

Anchor General Insurance Company are nothing but crooks. i was involved in a car crash and they were at fault. they settled with me and i signed a Bodily Injury Release, well that was a month ago, , , , , I'm still waiting on the settlement. i call and they say "it's in the mail." AAWWWWWW what to do?

ANCHOR GENERAL INSURANCE is a company of crooks. Do not use them and hopefully you never get hit by someone who does. I got rear ended as well and they are trying to tell me it's my fault. This place should be investigated.

Anchor General Insurance Agency Insurance claim

Their insurer hit my car. I filed my claim same day. They took responsibility for it, and had their field appraisal guy come survey the damages to my car.
It then took over 2 weeks of me calling every day, to get a status update on what was going on. They NEVER will return your phone calls. When I finally demanded to speak to my claims adjuster, I finally reach her and she tell me the estimate that the field appraisal guy sent her was "blank". And that she would have to request another one. Which is very fishy, because he sent it the same day that he came out to my house. I asked him, and he told me he had proof that it was sent, but that he couldnt' resend it, because the insurance company hadn't requested him to do it yet.
Finally they sent me a letter letting me know a check would arrive separately and to contact them to get my car rental. Which I got my rental the very next day, and took my car to the body shop.
It's now been over 3 weeks. My car was ready as of yesterday, and the insurance company told me I had to return the car. Which I did. But I can't get my car out of the body shop until the insurance company pays what they owe. The shop will not release it until then. So I am without a car as of now.

When the body shop recieved a check from the insurance, it was almost $1, 000.00 short from their supplement bill. They requested an itemized statement from Anchor at that time, which was 2 weeks ago. And Anchor never complied. Finally Anchor faxed it to the body shop yesterday.
Not they are saying that it's between the body shop and their field appraisal guy. They have to go over the statement to see what's going on, and submit ANOTHER supplement. And again, no telling how long this is going to take, and I can't get my car until the body shop has their payment.

This has been the worst experience dealing with an insurance company. I have filed a complaint with the State Board of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau, hoping that I can get help somewhere.

I just bought a car a and got rear ended. my claims examiner never answers the phone and i am getting very upset because i have no car. This happened 3 weeks ago and they claim that they can not contact the person that hit me. It seems they really aren't trying. What should I do?
