them for any brickwork or tuckpointing needs. They was very professional and got the job done quick. The price was fair and they even cleaned up after themselves. No more water in my basement, thanks Andre T&B!

They did some tuck pointing for us, but it wasn't good. The tuck pointing doesn't match and some is coming out. I called them in Feb and they said they'd take care of it, but they kept putting us off. I finally talked to the owner and they kept setting appointments, but never showed up. I called him on his cell last week and he went crazy, using bad words and even insulting my mom. Not cool. He's not trustworthy and I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone.

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with Andre Tuckpointing & Brickwork/Andre Stone and Mason Inc. I was talkin' to the boss man, Brian ***, about gettin' some tuck pointing done on my house, and he got all worked up and started cussin' me out and makin' threats. He even threatened my house and the people who live with me! I had to call the cops and everything. And when I tried to get an apology from the company, they didn't even bother callin' me back. This ain't the first time this kinda thing has happened, either. I talked to another contractor who had a similar experience, and I'm tellin' ya, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. I'm lookin' for a new tuck pointing service, and I suggest y'all do the same.

I gave these dudes some cash to fix up the front of my crib. They forgot to fix 6 bricks on the front of my house. Their cleanup was a hot mess. They even broke a lamp outside my front door a couple weeks ago and haven't done jack about it. The company hasn't been getting back to me.

I gave Andre Tuckpointing $23,500 to fix one wall and acid wash three others. On August 5th, workers broke a basement window with a bucket from a ladder. They said they would fix it, but they lost the frame and claimed it was being fixed elsewhere. I called many times, but the window was never returned. They also broke the electric meter glass and didn't do anything about it. They didn't finish the acid wash and said they were waiting for the window. It's been almost a month and they haven't responded. I have pictures. They were paid in full.

I hired Andre Tuckpointing to fix my front steps on September 24. I paid $416. After they did the job, I saw that there was too much concrete left around the bottom step. I told them to clean it up, and they said they would. But they never did. Then in March 2022, the stairs started to break apart. I saw cracks and big pieces of concrete falling off. I called Andre Tuckpointing to fix the cracks and clean up the mess from before. They said they would come, but they never did. I called them many times every month since March, but they never answered. Finally, on August 2, 2022, I talked to someone at the company. They said they would come within a week to do the repairs. But it's August 11, 2022, and they still haven't finished the job.
