They are whom the complaints say they are and are not reasonable people at all. They add an 80 dollar late fee and a other 3% when making the payment over the phone. They had served me over and over and wanting to go to court and have not reasoned with me at all, which is fishy in the first place and every time I called to make the payment she would always ask if I was going to go into foreclosure or not. Very fishy people. I am going to contest the court summons because they didn't reason with me when I tried to explain my situation. I will do what I can to see that these loan sharks go down. I can get a lawyer too!

I moved into the property after paying the full deposit down of $3700 in February of 2019. As of June i was informed they had not received a payment since then. I have clear proof that is not true in that i have a receipt for payment in March. I dont see how a legitimate morgage company will let 4 months go without any sort of notice for missed payments.

Payment manipulators, claiming they do not receive payments on time so in which they can extort late fees and cause the forfeiture of the Contract for Deed. They will not relinquish the deed at the end of its term due to the late payment that they had caused.
They report the late payment to the Credit Bureau that they had caused. Thus damaging your credit for life. This the ultimate scam they destroy your credit and keep the deed.
Anglin Family Investments are predatory loan sharks, you owe them for the rest of your life. They are in business to cause forfeitures, not to sell you a home.
Avoid them at all cost or it will cost you.

Anglin Family Investments are mortgage predators and I was financially victimized by them.
They manipulate payments causing the payment to be late. Thus causing the forfeiture of their Contract for Deed.
All payments hence forth will be credited as rent payments. Within an addition to the forfeiture they will report to the credit bureau showing this late payment.
Not only at the end of the Contract for Deed terms, that they are not obligated to relinquish the deed to you. You will also have a mark on your credit report showing this late payment.
Your ending position is, you do not own the property that you thought you were purchasing and your credit is destroyed as well.
If you have limited means you have no legal recourse or protections once you sign their Contract for Deed.
Contact for Deeds are never favorable for the buyer. The sellers make the rules and if you agree to their terms you are subjected to their abuses and their lies against you.
This is an industry that has no guide lines or regulations.

Did you get this resolved? i would like to know if anyone has ever paid off there property to these people and actually got a deed and own their property.
I just talked to a lady who referred me to them and said they were the only reason here family was able to become home owners that they gave her a chance to buy a home when she had bad credit and now has her home paid off and buying another
We are buying from Anglin and been buying since 2018 we e never had any problems from them we pay our payment on time etc my aunt has bought I believe 4 properties from them they are still paying on one I believe and got deeds to all the others.Some people complain about them I believe because they kick them out and lost all the money they put down on it and paying monthly or even if they worked on the property, BUT we've seen first hand people leaves the property really bad every property on our street is there so what we see is people get their taxes and jumps into it then stops paying, we still have a long way to go to us it's basically renting because our payment is 740 for a 3 bed 2 bath on 5 acres rather it's buying or renting u don't pay u get evicted. Sorry I know this long but Im trying to explain what has been happening to us,I hope this helps anyone that is on the fence with them
And also we are in Missouri and for us we do not pay with cc because it is a 3%fee so we go mail from post office with tracking number so there's never a problem for anyone to say it's late
