ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Poor Customer Service and Handling of Shipping Address Issue by ANTOnline

I recently made my first purchase from ANTOnline and was excited to receive my PS5. However, I encountered a problem with the shipping address and had to contact their customer service line. Unfortunately, my first call was abruptly ended and I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes before finally speaking to a representative. They explained that for security reasons, they could not change the shipping address and directed me to submit a claim ticket for further assistance.

I asked the representative to stay on the line while I wrote down the information and in case I had any additional questions. However, they hung up on me immediately after providing the information. I followed their instructions and submitted a support ticket, hoping to get more information on how to resolve the issue. To my surprise, my order was canceled within two minutes without any discussion or explanation. I did not request a cancellation or a refund, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused.

I spent over $900 on my order, and I expected better customer service from ANTOnline. Unfortunately, my experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I will be doing business with them again. I would not recommend them to anyone if asked, as their customer service was lacking and their handling of my issue was unsatisfactory.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline's Shipping Policy is a Nightmare - Beware!

Their shipping policy is a real pain in the neck. Apparently, you have to be present at home to sign for a shipment. No leaving a signed delivery attempt for the driver the following day, no redirecting the package to a carrier facility for pickup, no way to simply release responsibility and have the package left at your doorstep. If you can't be there during the work week to sign for a package, it will automatically be shipped back to antonline and you'll be charged a 15% restocking fee, which is absolute BS. Even if you call them directly, there's "nothing they can do" about it despite UPS saying otherwise. So, because I'm being held hostage against paying a $100 restocking fee, I had to take a half day of PTO to sit at my house because I, like most, work and am out of the house during normal delivery hours.

It would be extremely useful if they would let you know about such a ridiculous policy ahead of time, but there is no mention of this shipping policy anywhere on their website. So, if you plan on purchasing from them, make sure you'll have someone home 24/7 or that you order it in the middle of the week with the hopes of getting a Saturday/Sunday delivery date. Ridiculous. Worst part about it is I had to pay $56 for this asinine shipping.

I mean, come on, ANTOnline, get your act together! I understand that you want to ensure that your packages are delivered safely and securely, but this is just ridiculous. Not everyone has the luxury of being able to take time off work to sit at home and wait for a package to arrive. And what about people who live alone or don't have anyone to sign for their package? Are they just out of luck? It's not fair and it's not right.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ANTOnline. The shipping policy is a real headache and the fact that they don't mention it anywhere on their website is just plain sneaky. I would have appreciated a heads up before I placed my order so that I could have made other arrangements. If you're thinking about ordering from ANTOnline, just be aware of their shipping policy and make sure you're prepared to be home to sign for your package.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Antonline's PS5 Preorder Experience: A Rollercoaster Ride with a Happy Ending

Antonline was kinda sketchy when they announced the preorders for the next-gen consoles. I saw some bad reviews online and I was like, "Uh oh, this is gonna be a disaster." And then the first wave of preorders crashed the site before it even went live and all the consoles got snatched up by bots. I was like, "Great, I'm never gonna get my hands on one of these things."

But then something amazing happened. Within the first week, I saw people on social media saying that they had contacted Antonline's support and they were able to get their preorders reinstated. And get this, they were cancelling all the bot orders one by one and fulfilling as many genuine orders as they could. That's some serious dedication to customer service right there.

I gotta give Antonline props for how they handled the bot situation. They couldn't prevent them from getting in at first, but they found a way to fight back. By cancelling the bot orders and then quietly opening up preorders again by word-of-mouth, they made it much harder for scalpers to get their hands on the consoles. And they even offered a sale to customers who reached out to them directly. That's some smart business right there.

Now, I don't really know what else Antonline sells besides consoles. I mean, they dropped the PS4 and they're still around, so I guess they must have some other stuff going on. But for me, this review is all about my PS5 preorder experience. And I gotta say, it was fantastic. My console shipped and arrived on launch day, just like they promised. So if you're looking to snag a hard-to-find console, I'd definitely recommend giving Antonline a shot.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Disappointing Experience with ANTOnline: Lost Package and Unhelpful Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ANTOnline. I was really excited to get my hands on this item I ordered, but it never showed up. According to UPS tracking, it was supposed to be delivered on June 16th, but it never came. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times, but all they could tell me was to be patient and blame it on COVID. I mean, I get it, things are tough right now, but according to UPS, that wasn't the issue.

After a few days of waiting, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted UPS directly. They were super helpful and started an investigation right away. Unfortunately, they couldn't find my package, which was a bummer. But at least they were able to help me figure out what was going on in just a few business days.

ANTOnline, on the other hand, was not so helpful. They kept insisting that the package might still be found and delivered, even though UPS had already confirmed that it was lost. And to make matters worse, they wouldn't offer any resolution or help for 30 days. That's a long time to be holding my ~$1000 ransom, especially when I have no idea where my package is.

I tried calling their customer service team, but it was a waste of time. All they did was fill out the same support ticket that I could have done myself on their website. It's like they pay people to answer phones and do nothing else. Not cool.

Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever had with an online order. I've had issues with other retailers in the past, but Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Newegg have always been super helpful and refunded me right away when I wasn't satisfied or ran into a problem. I'm not sure what ANTOnline's deal is, but they need to step up their game.

I'm still waiting to see if I'll get my money back, but I have a feeling it's going to be a hassle. I'll definitely be following up to make sure they're held accountable for their shenanigans.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Antonline Xbox Series Console Review: A Rollercoaster Ride of Purchasing Hassles

So, I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on an Xbox Series console. I mean, who wouldn't be, right? But my experience with Antonline has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride, to say the least.

The first time I tried to order this console, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I got my confirmation email and was eagerly awaiting my new toy. But then, a few hours later, I got an email saying that my transaction had been canceled due to some kind of issue with my credit card. I was pretty confused, since I knew I had entered all the right information and had even seen the money leave my account. And to make matters worse, I was told I'd have to wait up to a week to get my money back.

Now, I don't know about you, but when I'm trying to buy something that's in high demand and has limited availability, waiting a week for a refund just isn't gonna cut it. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.

But I decided to give Antonline another chance, since I'd heard good things from some friends and had done my own research. So I placed my order again, hoping that this time everything would go smoothly.

And...well, it did. Sort of. I did end up getting my console, which was great. But I still don't really know why my first transaction was canceled in the first place. And while I appreciate the fast response times from Antonline's online support team, I have to say that the whole experience was way more trouble than it should have been.

I mean, buying something online should be pretty straightforward, right? You add it to your cart, enter your payment information, and boom, you're done. But with Antonline, it felt like there were all these extra hoops to jump through, and I never really knew what was going on.

So, all in all, I'm glad I finally got my Xbox Series console. But if I have to go through this kind of hassle every time I want to buy something from Antonline, I'm not sure it's worth it. I really hope they can streamline their purchasing process in the future, and provide more information about why transactions are being canceled and how long refunds will take. Because if not, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Antonline's Unethical Practices: Charged $110 Restock Fee for Package They Refused to Help Deliver

I had a really bad experience with Antonline. I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and I wasn't given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number, I saw that it was going to require a signature. I work during the day, so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg, but they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.

I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address.

Because I wasn't home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned. They charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn't change the shipping address so it would get returned.

I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever gets back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain! Stay away from Antonline!

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Terrible Experience with ANTOnline - Do Not Buy From Them!

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with ANTOnline. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd really recommend you think twice. I had some issues with my order, and when I reached out to their support staff, they were absolutely no help at all. I got some really generic replies back, and they didn't seem interested in helping me out at all.

Basically, I ordered a Playstation 5 bundle from them, and when it arrived, the console was missing. The bundle items were there, but no console. When I contacted ANTOnline about it, they basically told me to figure it out on my own with UPS. They wouldn't help me locate my item or continue a claim or anything.

I've bought from them before, and I know they're legit, but this experience was just terrible. They told me to make a claim with my "home insurance," even though I had evidence that the console was lost or stolen before it even arrived at my house. I even had a police report, but they still wouldn't help me out.

So I sent the rest of the bundle items to UPS to try and get them to locate the console, but UPS told me to communicate with the sender (ANTOnline) about the claim. Of course, ANTOnline wouldn't help me out with that either.

So now I'm out the rest of the bundle, and I've lost my entire payment to ANTOnline. UPS won't help me because of legal obligations to the sender, and I'm just stuck. I seriously have never had such a bad experience dealing with a business like this. I really don't recommend buying from them at all. I only bought the bundle because it was the only way I could get a Playstation 5, but it was not worth it. Don't take the risk, and don't buy from ANTOnline.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Poor Packaging and Customer Service from ANTOnline - A Cautionary Tale

Got myself a printer from ANTOnline 'cause they had the best price and it was available. But when it arrived, I was bummed out 'cause it was shipped in the original box from the manufacturer. I mean, come on, they could have at least put it in a sturdy cardboard box with some padding on all sides, top, and bottom. 'Cause of the poor packaging, the printer was damaged when I set it up. I had to contact the manufacturer to get a warranty exchange, and they told me that the printer should never have been shipped like that. Luckily, they sent me a new printer that was shipped properly. I know that extra boxes and padding would cost more, but wouldn't it be better to get a product that's not damaged and have a good shopping experience? I won't be buying from ANTOnline again 'cause I'd rather pay a little more to buy from a supplier that cares about their customers and doesn't make me go through the hassle of warranty replacements and delays. It took almost five weeks to get this resolved, and I had to make a bunch of phone calls and emails that could have been avoided if ANTOnline had just done the right thing in the first place.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline: Terrible Customer Service and False Cancellation Claims for PlayStation 5 Bundle Order

This company, ANTOnline, is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 disc version bundle on 6/14/21 and received a confirmation email. However, shortly after, they claimed that I had requested to cancel my order and began processing the cancellation without my consent. I spent 8 hours on 6/14/21 and 2 hours on 6/15/21 trying to speak with a customer service representative, but every time I reached that point, they disconnected my call. I also sent more than 10 emails requesting that my order be processed, as I never requested a cancellation at all. I simply asked a question to verify that I had ordered the right items and that my order was correct. I never requested a refund or a cancellation of my order, but they lied and claimed that I had, which is unacceptable, unprofessional, and illegal.

Despite my efforts to fix the issue, no one from the company reached out to me to resolve the matter. I sent them all of my emails and phone numbers, but they continued to ignore me. I even reached out to them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but they still did not respond. This company is terrible for this screw-up, and they did not even try to take ownership of their mistake or fix it. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will continue to post reviews and complaints about this company wherever I can.

I have been trying to get a PlayStation 5 disc version since it was released in November, and for 7 months, I have been unsuccessful. Why would I cancel my own order when I have been trying so hard to get this system? I have been following IG and Twitter retailer restock tweets to try to get the opportunity to purchase this system, and for them to lie about me canceling my own order when I did not do that is unacceptable. They are being nonchalant and not taking ownership of the issue or trying to fix it, which is pathetic.

I hope that no one else has to go through this disappointing ordeal, this disrespectful situation, and this overall lack of professionalism with this company. I had hope for them and gave them several chances to fix and correct the issue, but they refused to do so because they refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Terrible Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with ANTOnline and UPS

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with ANTOnline. I ordered a bundle from them back in December of 2020, and unfortunately, UPS mis-delivered the package. Now, I know that's not ANTOnline's fault, but what happened next was pretty frustrating.

I filed a missing package claim with UPS, and after a few weeks of investigation, they determined that the package had been delivered to the wrong address by the driver and couldn't be retrieved. I was in touch with Kimmy from UPS Corporate Customer Relations for months, trying to get this sorted out.

We made multiple attempts to contact ANTOnline about the matter, but they didn't get back to us until June of 2021 - six months later! And even then, they refused to fill out the missing package claim form that would have allowed them to get reimbursed by UPS and refund me the $909 I had spent on the bundle.

I mean, come on, it's not like they would have lost any money - it was a loss on UPS's end. But ANTOnline still wouldn't fill out the form, even after the investigation was completed. It was really disappointing.

In the end, I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I definitely won't be doing business with ANTOnline again. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about them, but their customer service was just terrible.

Kimmy from UPS Corporate Customer Relations was really helpful throughout the whole ordeal, though. She confirmed that the package was lost and issued a claim to the shipper (ANTOnline) on January 28th, 2021. She even sent them the claim notification via email, but they still wouldn't fill out the form. It's really frustrating when a company won't take responsibility for their mistakes.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Disappointing Customer Support Experience with ANTOnline for Playstation 5 Bundle Order #*******018

I recently made a purchase on ANTOnline, specifically a Playstation 5 Bundle, on a Friday morning at 11:30 am. I was excited to get my hands on this bundle, but unfortunately, I did not receive a tracking order that night like some other customers who ordered at the same time as me did. I did receive a confirmation email the following day, which was a relief, but I was still curious about the status of my order.

On Monday morning, I decided to give the customer support line a call to inquire about my order. The support tech I spoke with was not very helpful, unfortunately. They simply told me that there was nothing they could tell me that I couldn't already see on the website. I also asked if I could come pick up my order since the support person said it was in stock, but I was told that I couldn't.

I understand that customer support can be difficult, but I was disappointed that I couldn't get a clear answer about my order. I just wanted to know if I was actually going to receive the items I paid for. A simple "hold on while I check" would have been sufficient. I worry that ANTOnline may have oversold their inventory, which is why I haven't received any updates on my order.

Overall, I think that ANTOnline could improve their customer support. When customers spend a lot of money on a purchase, they want to feel reassured that their order is being processed and that they will receive their items. I hope that my concerns can be addressed and that I will receive my Playstation 5 Bundle soon. My order number is #***018. Thank you.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Disappointing Experience with ANTOnline: High Prices, Bundle Sales, and Terrible Customer Service

So, I recently made a purchase of an ink cartridge from ANTOnline and decided to check out their gaming console selection for my family. I noticed that they were selling consoles, but the prices were quite high due to supply shortages and they were forcing bundle sales. Despite this, I decided to go ahead and purchase a Series S Bundle, an Xbox Bundle, and a PlayStation Bundle on different days, as they were all independent transactions.

However, I was disappointed to find out that one of my transactions was cancelled without any explanation or communication from ANTOnline. I reached out to them to inquire about the cancellation and was shocked to receive a response that accused me of being a criminal! There was no apology or explanation offered, just a straight accusation.

I was taken aback by this response, especially since I had spent thousands of dollars on their products, including their overpriced bundles, to ensure that my family had a good Christmas. It's disheartening to see that my loyalty and support went to such an awful organization.

Overall, I would not recommend ANTOnline to anyone. Their prices are high, they force bundle sales, and their customer service is terrible. It's a shame that such a company exists in the market, taking advantage of customers and treating them poorly.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Disappointing Experience with ANTOnline: Lack of Communication and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I decided to give ANTOnline a try and ordered a computer from them. The process was smooth, my credit card was charged, and I even received a sales confirmation. However, after that, I didn't hear anything from them. I tried calling their customer service, but they didn't seem to have any information about my order. They just told me to wait and that my order would process eventually. I waited for a few more days, but still no updates.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to submit an inquiry ticket online. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from them. It was only after a while that I received an email from them saying that my order was canceled. According to them, my transaction had a higher than normal fraud risk, charge back risk, or it violated their terms and conditions. I was surprised to hear this because I have a perfect credit record, my card processed fine, and I didn't see any reason for them to say this.

I reached out to their customer service again and asked them to tell me what the problem was and if there was anything I could do to fix it. But, once again, I didn't receive any response from them. At this point, I was glad that my order was canceled because I didn't want to do business with people like that. It was a complete waste of my time.

Overall, my experience with ANTOnline was disappointing. Their lack of communication and unhelpful customer service left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to make a purchase online.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline Review: Poor Delivery Options and Customer Service

This company, ANTOnline, is not the best option if you have a busy life. If you order from them, be prepared to have your package stuck in limbo. They will require you to be at home to sign for the package from UPS, without telling you this when you place your order. If you have a day job, they will keep sending UPS when you can't sign off, and then refuse to change delivery options at all to allow for pickup at a UPS location or leaving at your door.

Their customer service had the audacity to tell me I should let UPS fail to deliver it to me a third time, then reorder from their horrible site to likely have the exact same thing happen. Their "customer policy" doesn't allow for changes to your delivery options at all, and they restrict UPS from delivering any other way on the sender end. I have never heard of a company that does such an absurd thing.

My experience with ANTOnline was a complete disaster. I wasted a lot of time, money, and brain cells trying to get my package delivered. I would not recommend ordering from them if you want to avoid frustration and disappointment.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies PS5 Bundle from ANTOnline: Frustration with UPS Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I was super stoked to finally snag a PS5 bundle from ANTOnline during one of their restocks. But my excitement quickly turned to frustration when they decided to ship it via UPS. The first delivery attempt was on Wednesday, but I missed it because I was at work. The same thing happened on Thursday and Friday, despite me tracking the package closely and trying to schedule a delivery time that worked for me on UPS's website.

As someone who works long hours during the week and lives alone, it's incredibly frustrating that I have no control over when and how my package gets delivered. When I called ANTOnline to try and sort things out, they basically told me tough luck and that I wouldn't even get a refund until 10 days after the package was returned to them. Not cool.

Honestly, this whole experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. It's my first time shopping with ANTOnline and it will definitely be my last. I just don't understand why they wouldn't let me change the delivery time so that UPS could try to deliver after 6pm or on a weekend. It seems like such a simple solution to a really frustrating problem.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising for Xbox One S

So, I wanted to get my hands on an Xbox One S that was listed as available on ANTOnline's website for $299. I placed my first order, but they said my bank rejected the charge, which was not true. They canceled the order, and I was left disappointed. I decided to give it another try and placed a new order with a different payment method. This time, they accepted the payment, but a few hours later, they canceled the order again and refunded my money. They claimed that I had violated their policy by ordering the same item twice, which was not true since it was a limited edition item.

I called their customer service, and the woman on the phone lied to me about the reason for the cancellation. She gave me three different reasons, none of which were true. I am not able to get a response from them now, which is consistent with other reviews I have read. I suspect that they are selling items they don't have to drive traffic to their website. Alternatively, they are just a terrible company that can't seem to make a sale. Either way, it's not worth the hassle of buying from them. You won't get what you want, and you'll be left disappointed.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies ANTOnline's Delivery Restrictions and Lack of Transparency: A Review

I recently made a purchase from ANTOnline and was pleased to receive everything in good condition upon delivery. However, I do have a bone to pick with the company regarding their lack of transparency when it comes to delivery restrictions. I understand that high-value products require a signature upon delivery, but the way they lock down shipments is like Fort Knox. Even UPS couldn't make any changes to the delivery due to shipper restrictions.

I called customer service to request a change in delivery to hold at the UPS terminal, as I work during the week like most people. However, the so-called "customer service" representative was of no help and offered no resolution to get the delivery to me another way. I was out of luck. If I missed three delivery attempts, the package would automatically be returned to the shipper and the refund would eventually process. This was not acceptable to me.

Luckily, I talked to some folks with common sense and was able to pick up my shipment myself at the local hub - only because I beat the delivery driver back on the third day. If I'm spending hundreds of dollars, I feel that ANTOnline should be more accommodating when it comes to getting the delivery to the customer. It would have been nice if they had offered to hold the parcel at the local UPS hub, but unfortunately, they did not.

Overall, I was satisfied with the product I received from ANTOnline, but their delivery restrictions and lack of transparency left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to better accommodate their customers.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Terrible Experience with ANTOnline: Missing Series X Bundle and Poor Customer Support

So, I recently tried shopping at ANTOnline for the first time and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. I was really excited to receive my Series X bundle, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I tried contacting their customer support, but all I got were robotic responses or no response at all. It was really frustrating.

To make matters worse, when I got back from work, I found out that the package had supposedly been delivered with a signature that wasn't mine. The signature read "Coivd," which is obviously not my name. I was really confused and upset. I mean, I understand that a signature is required for such an expensive item, but this was just ridiculous.

I contacted ANTOnline support multiple times, but all they told me was to wait for the UPS investigation. It's been more than two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I feel like I've been robbed. I mean, I paid a lot of money for this bundle and now it's just gone.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at ANTOnline. Their customer support is terrible and their delivery system is clearly flawed. I'm really disappointed with my experience and I hope that others can learn from my mistake.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Disappointing Experience with ANTOnline: Lack of Communication and Personalized Support

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ANTOnline. I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago and was really excited to receive my shipment. However, the scheduled delivery date came and went and I was left waiting with no updates. I decided to reach out to their support team to see what was going on and was met with a generic response about increased shipping times. I mean, come on, I understand that shipping times may be delayed due to the current situation, but at least give me some more information specific to my order.

After a few more days of waiting, I decided to file a claim with UPS to investigate the whereabouts of my package. To my dismay, the investigation concluded that my package was lost and a loss claim was approved by UPS. They instructed me to reach out to ANTOnline for further details about 4 business days after my initial support tickets were raised. So, I raised another support ticket with ANTOnline and provided all the information from UPS. But guess what? I received the exact same template response about increased shipping times. I mean, seriously? Can't they at least acknowledge my situation and provide some sort of personalized response?

I've tried reaching out to their customer support line multiple times, but to no avail. They keep telling me that customer support can only be handled via the email ticketing system and that they are only around to assist in opening tickets and cannot provide any help. This is just ridiculous. I've been waiting for two weeks since my package was supposed to have been delivered and a week and a half since my first ticket with nothing to show for it except $1000 less dollars in my bank account. I understand that things may be tough right now, but this is just unacceptable.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with ANTOnline. Their lack of communication and personalized support has left me feeling frustrated and helpless. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Terrible Experience with ANTOnline: Received Used Xbox One Controller and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought an Xbox One controller from ANTOnline for the Christmas holidays. It arrived pretty fast, but when I opened it, I noticed that the factory sealed tape had been cut open. That was a red flag for me, and when I opened the package, I found out that the controller was covered in dust. That was a clear indication that the item was not new and had been opened before. I was disappointed and frustrated because I had paid for a brand new controller, but I received a used one.

I contacted their customer service team to report the issue and request a replacement item. Unfortunately, they never replied to any of my emails. That was a huge letdown because I expected them to be responsive and helpful. I felt like they didn't care about my problem and were not interested in resolving it.

Since I didn't get any response from their customer service team, I had no other option but to RMA the item. However, that meant that I had to pay for the return shipping costs, and they would charge me a 30% fee because the item was opened. That was unfair because they were the ones who sent me an opened item in the first place.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with ANTOnline. They sent me an item that was not as advertised, didn't reply to my messages, and left me with no option but to pay for their mistake. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their actions and doesn't care about their customers. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies antonline.com is a gypsy company

The worse experience ever, I ordered 2 monitors through Walmart mark place, 10 minutes later decided to cancel the order, I call Walmart they said I have to contact the Seller (antonline.com), I called but they were closed, I sent 4 emails 2 through Walmart portal and 2 dricerly to the Antoline customer service and order online support, finally after 2 hours they responded,
here what "Susan Brown, Shipping Coordinator":
"we are sorry you changed you mind after ordering and the order was already too far in process." I intercepted the order and returned it back to the sender, they charged me $54.00 restocking fee, I called Walmart got full refund —
conclusion antonline.com is unethical, unprofessional and dishonest, I would never order anything from them and I will write bad review on every site that I can find, please stay away from these [censor]…..

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies avoid like a plague!

Don't buy anything from AntOnline, their products are of a very poor quality!
I have purchased a battery from this site 3 months ago and recently it broke. It was not my fault, it just simply burned and there was nothing I could do to fix it. The worst part was that AntOnline gave me a 1 year warranty and I used it only for three months.
AntOnline refused to refund me and they even refused to replace or fix the battery. They said that I probably broke it myself and tried to scam them! These people are beyond ridiculous! Not only they sold me defective product but they also called me a liar. Avoid like a plague!

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies faulty products

I have purchased a monitor from AntOnline website and when I received the package it was opened already and the monitor inside had a damaged screen! I contacted AntOnline customer care service asking for a refund and ended up paying for the return shipping.
Later I receive my refund but I was not happy when I found out they refunded only 50%! I decided to ask them what was going on (I was still hoping that was a mistake). When I contacted them for the first time they promised me a full refund.
So now they said they never told anything about the full refund! What a joke! Never again!

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies review - will not honor return policy set forth by amazon

Same as complaint as user below! - please everyone file a formal complaint with amazon to have them removed as a seller.

I purchased a video capture card through amazon.com and antonline.com
Was the seller for the item in their marketplace. Item was ordered on
The 17th of january but didn't get the item till the end of january. I
Have had problems with the card and have been going back and forth with
Avermedia's support since that time trying to resolve the issue. Finally
Avermedia told me to return the defective card to antonline.com. I
Filled out their return form on february 15th and got an email back
Telling me I was past the 30 day "return policy" window - which it was
Not, do these people know how to count? So now it will be past the 30
Day window while I end up arguing with them over accepting the return
Which they rightfully should. They had a ridiculous form with an absurd
Amount of questions about the packaging to fill out before they'd issue
The rma. I dutifully filled it out which took a good 20 minutes and they
Won't even follow their own return policy! This is ridiculous! Do not
Buy anything from antonline.com from their website or through
Amazon.com!

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies failure to deliver item

I placed an order for a Lexmark ink cartridge. After 5 business day I recieved an email stating that the item was damaged in shipping and was being returned to Antonline and the order was being cancelled. They made no offer of reshipping the item, it was cancelled. They claimed that they would refund my money asap. My credit card was never charged and i find it hard to believe they would ship without there money.

Its my feeling that they cancelled the order rather than sell it for the advertised price as the item is still advertsed on their web site.

Buyer beware!

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies do not buy

This company displayed a product with a matching picture and model number. They then shipped an entirely different product and after I complained changed the display image in the product description. Luckily I have a screen capture of the before and after.

This seller on ebay sold me a product that costs $0.30 cents at home depot or lowes and charged me $11.44

Never answers email. Never returns phone calls.

I have sent emails to the following email addresses on multiple occassions:

support AT antonline.com

ccroon AT antonline.com

epoling AT antonline.com

sales AT antonline.com

Not a single response.

I filed out the form on www.antonline.com

This company has private who is records and even after 2 weeks of talking to a customer service representative I have not received a call or an email. They said they would contact me in 48 hours or less.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies refused to refund defective merchandise

I ordered an Ipod video cable from antonline.com to hook my Ipod up to the RCA connections on my TV. The website did not specify that there was any specific Ipod this cable was made for, so I figured that Ipod is Ipod--it should work for all. I got the thing, opened it, hooked everything up and...wait for it...NOTHING HAPPENED. I call customer service, and they say it is for the Ipod VIDEO only. I send in an RMA request which is summarily denied because (oh man, this really got me) I actually opened the package to take the product out and try it to make sure it worked! I worked in retail for 8 years, and I can at least say the companies I was with never tried this bull crap on the consumer. We have the right to test what we bought to make sure it works before deciding to keep it or not. Defective products ought to be replaced, and wrongfully advertised ones should be reconciled with the proper product so long as the old one is returned. Now, I know no one will be held accountable for this (I have sent numerous e-mails demanding to speak to someone in authority) but those that perpetuate this ridiculousness and "customer is always wrong" attitude ought to be ashamed of themselves. Organizations like the BBB exist because we as Americans don't live in a "caveat emptor" society. Don't think I haven't reported your lack of attention to customer issues to them as well. To everyone reading this--spend your money elsewhere. Help support your local stores by spending it in a brick and mortar store. Chances are, they have better customer service anyway.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies defective Mustek scanner

I ordered a Mustek scanner. The scanner is defective, after spending 4 hours with a Mustek tech it still didn't work. I called ANT online to return it, my request was denied and I was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted Mustek after numerous calls I now have to send the scanner to them in a DIFFERENT box (a hassle) and pay additional shipping costs...which will take weeks. They also will not give me my money back but will only send a replacement. My art business is on hold without a scanner. This is absolutely the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. I will NEVER do business again with ANTonline and encourage no one else to. Sending defective merchandise and costing me MORE $ to remedy this is is totally unethical. I am disgusted with the whole tedious process to remedy this.

ANTOnline / Atlanta Network Technologies Refused to acknowledge receipt of RMA merchandise so won't refund money

I purchased a BFG 260 GTX Maxcore OCX (the one with 216 processors) video card on ebay from Atlanta Network Technologies Inc. (henceforth to be appropriately called "ANTI") on 11/29/08 to make a pair with the card I already had in my case. The new card arrived 12/02/08 and everything looked good. I added the card to my system but GPU-Z identified it as having a core speed of 590Mhz when the OCX is supposed to be factory-overclocked to 655Mhz. I played around with the card, swapping it with my other card (which GPU-Z always read as 655Mhz) and trying different physical configurations to see if GPU-Z was wrong. No matter what I did the card still read as 590Mhz. So basically they (fraudulently?) sent me a video card of lesser value than what I bought.

I contacted ANTI on 12/12/08 for an RMA number so I could return the video card for a refund. I sent them the video card on 12/15/08 and have signed USPS confirmation of delivery on 12/17/08. The RMA notice said to allow 6 weeks for processing, etc. I contacted ANTI via customer service phone number [protected]) late in December (believe it was 12/29/08) to check on status. I was told "our systems don't show anything received, we'll send an email to the warehouse and ask them to look for it. Call us back in a week".

I called again on Monday (1/05/09) to follow up and got essentially the exact same message. At this point I started getting a bad feeling about this, so I also send an email to their customer service address. I got a response from them the next day (1/06/09) saying

Thank you for providing this information.
I have forwarded this information to the warehouse manager to verify the status of your return.
I will respond with an outcome in 1-2 business days.
Thank you for your patience.

Michelle
The Support Team at ANTOnline.com

Despite her promise, I never heard from Michelle again.

I again called on 1/12/09 and get the same old story - "We're working on it, let us check again with warehouse manager." Mind you, this isn't even about the refund - I'm just asking them to confirm they've even got the card! A month after USPS delivers it and they STILL can't confirm they got it. Something isn't right here. Now I'm really mad so I file an "Initial Claim" with Paypal. After steaming about it for 10 minutes, I logged back on to Paypal and upgraded the Initial Claim to a "Dispute".

On 1/16/09 I had a really enlightening exchange with ANTI customer service to see what's happening. They told me "a payment was made to your Paypal account yesterday". I'm thinking "great, that Paypal really went to bat for me". Just following a hunch I ask ANTI the $ amount of the payment. But the customer service rep says "We don't know that information" and "it'll take a few days at Paypal before you see the money hit your account".

Hmmmm, my sensors are detecting something not sounding correct. I checked my online Paypal account and see no activity. I called Paypal to see if they can confirm the "a couple days" bit. But the Paypal representative I get says "we see payments instantly - there is no "days" of processing".

I called my by-now good friend at ANTI customer service (I believe I spoke to the same rep each time). ANTI insists Paypal is wrong, but then also says they can't tell me the amount of the payment. I ask to speak to someone who can tell me, but I'm told "no one here can tell you how much it was". I've never heard of customer service behaving this way. After I calmly ask to speak to a supervisor, the ANTI rep comes back the line to say "you filed a dispute with Paypal, we're not going to speak to you anymore, only Paypal, have a nice day" and *CLICK* hangs up on me.

Wow, I haven't encountered service this bad in a long time.

Paypal took about five weeks to claim my USPS confirmation number was incorrect. I asked them to recheck as I knew it was correct, and then it took them another two weeks to tell me that they couldn't help me. When I originally contacted them - mid January - they told me to send the item back to the seller's registered address. I had RMAed the card a month prior to that so I couldn't meet their requirements. They said they can't track a shipment made to any other address. I've since spoken to a customer service manager at Paypal who says he can't tie the warehouse address to the ANTI address they have for the online seller. Paypal did give me an email where I can further appeal to their "executive response" team. I'm tired of Paypal screwing me too, so I called my credit card company. They said send us your supporting docs, we'll investigate. In the meantime we'll give you a temporary credit for the pruchase. WOW. Discover really "gets" customer service.

Dishonest seller. They issued an RMA and then did not honor it. After five e-mail messages and three phone calls over a one month period, they then claimed that an RMA had never been issued! USPS confirms that ANT had received the return item. When I told them that I would contest the charge, Roger in their returns department quipped "Good luck with that, have a nice day".

You've been warned!
