unethical behaviour
I had recently purchased few medicines from Apollo Pharmacy, Kasba on 15th April 2018 and had paid through credit card. Next week on 21st April 2018, I wanted to return one medicine but I was told that the medicine sold through credit card cannot be accepted for return but medicine sold through cash can be accepted as returned. On arguing for good 20 mins, they finally accepted the returned goods and adjusted the price against a fresh bill but did not accept the payment through credit card and insisted on cash payment.

Hi Team,
I have a complaint against a Medical Representative named Salma, she works in Apollo pharmacy Richards Town Viviani Road branch.
I had placed a request for medical bills for which I have already purchased medicines and products. I have misplaced the bills and so I had called Apollo yester and requested for bills and I was told that I will get it today 4pm. When I called the branch today Salma did not assist me properly and clearly rejected to give so.
Just now five minutes back I had been to the branch and asked her again, she asked to wait for supervisor. While I was talking to supervisor she interrupted in between and rudely started telling we cannot give all that, is this her behavior to talk To a customer?
I am asking the bill for the medicines which we purchased and not asking any illegal bills.
For every bill they give there is no stamp or signature and such bills are not accepted at companies for tax declarations.
I did not expect this kind of rude behavior from Apollo agent. Instead of apologising Salma is continuously arguing in front of other customers.
We are regular customers of Apollo and purchase medicines and products for more than 3000 frequently every and alternate months and we get this customer service from Apollo?
Did Not expect this.
While leaving from there I just told her not to repeat this attitude to other Customers.
I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action.
After facing this attitude from Salma I would never ever purchase anything from Apollo again. Very disappointing

am complaint about new shop brokerage fee not settled
Dear sir, am S.Prasath from karaikudi. I have doing here Real estate business from last 20 years.
Before 8 months back appollo pharmacy staff approaches me for need a new shop for Appollo Pharmacy at Sriramnagr near karaikudi. I have provide a shop space as them required as 17000/- ( Seventeen Thousand) per month rental basis. When they approach they were promised me to given One month rental amount for brokerage fee. But till date they are not settled the amount. (17, 000/-)
I know very well to about your concern as well reputed one. So that i did this. Many more time I had asking them about this deal. But your staff is not response about my fees.
That's why now complaint from this way is.
Kindly take immediate steps to settle my fees as soon. And I Hope defiantly you will take immediate remedy.

Old guy is very typical person, irresponsible not giving bill and saying network problem always writes my number on book... He can take my wallet and use... wrong medicine delivered to the patients and unreadable handwriting of doctor.

I am registering the complaint against the apollo pharmacy. Recently, I visited Dermatologist Dr. Srabani Ghosh Zoha about my uneven toning on my face. Doctor has prescribed me Medicine - GLUTONE (600) . But the medicine provided to me is - GLUTON 600. Gluton 600 is for completely different treatment and not related to skin at all. I have been consuming the wrong medicine for 4 days. And on 5th day, I was searching about the medicine in the internet and found no clue related to skin problem. I was terrified to see this and immediately compared with the prescription. The medicine was different.Immediately rushed to hospital to get checked with the doctor. And she also confirmed that medicine is different.
This is a urgent request to take action immediately about the negligence of the apollo pharmacy.If i would have never known about this negligence, i would have been taking all these medicines for 2 months as prescribed by doctor.Please take immediate action on the pharmacists. A single letter "e" in the medicine can change the purpose of the medicine and cause fatal issues in the patients.
Another complaint i want to register about the BAD hand-writting of the doctor. I am unable to compare the medicines with the prescribed one in the prescription. Please ask Doctors to provide a print out of the prescription .
cheating innocent customers
I wish to write my experience at RBI Layout, Bangalore-560078 outlet of Apollo Pharmacy. I bought some medicines namely ecospirin and eptoin. I was told by the attendant at the stores this items are dopc items(later I came to know that life saving drugs are called dopc items) and not eligible for discount. My question is that why can't they display this daylight robbery of dopc items no discount in their adverts and also a big board in every shop saying that 1) Following are the list of dopc medicines and they 2) Not eligible for discount You can how they loot the customers, one side they are saying that they are giving discount of 10% and the otherside without any notice this kind of loot. When Medplus is giving discount of 10% for all medicines why can;t this cheats and robbers at Apollo Pharmacy inform clearly that we will not discount on Life Saving Drugs(DOPC Items). As they are not displaying this issue of DOPC, are they not cheats. If they are transparent organization 1) they must display in big board in each and every shop that for DOPC ITEMS(LIFE SAVING DRUGS WE WILL NOT GIVE ANY DISCOUNT) 2) THE FOLLOWING ARE DOPC MEDICINES Can they and will they do it!?

Sir, today i. e. on 10/12/2015, I went to buy my diabetic medicine from apollo pharmacy, shopno - 28 b ground floor vinayak tower mg marg civil line allahabad and send my friend to 2 packs of gemer p1, my friend bought it and when I reached home and was to take tab I saw that the packing seemed old and bad when I saw the expiry dt - it was 11/2015. i was shocked to see that apollo which is a trusted and reputed name is selling expired medicines, I gain took pain and went to shop to return it. i request you to immediately stop the foul practice of selling expired medicines

The incharge of this damn store is such a misbehaved person, She illtreated my mother who is a regular customer of the shop. All time the shop runs out of stock and whenever we ask they tell they would order but nothing really happens. She is such a mean person ; she said, "If you have guts, go and stand in line in another shop !", Is this how u guys treat your customer!
WE ARE FED UP WITH THIS ...WE NEED PROPER ACTION ON THE FEMALE INCHARGE OF THE STORE !

I am a doctor working in dist head quater hospital koraput, near about 200 km away from vizianagaram. My mother is diabetic taking insulitard hm penfill which is life saving for her. I ve gone to appolo p[harmacy vizianagaram on 4th april to buy insulitard penfill. The staff of the medicine store named ayyappa told me penfill is sold out and he can deliver the medicine in one day t. E by 5th or max by 6th april at home if I pay in advance. I paid him and come back to kpt. From 6th I rang him not less than 20 times but mr. Ayyappa and other staffs of apollo vizianagaram are not responding properly, at last I brought insulin from bhubneswar by bus today t. E 11th april. 4 days a diabetic patient suffered because of irresponsible behaviour of apollo pharmacy and staffa like mr. Ayyappa.

My wife is the patient of hyper tension and diabetic for the past 10 years.She is under treatment of Dr. C.V.Bhirmanandham Seniormost Cardiologist in Chennai. He has prescribed some drugs/medicines one of which is Seranace 0.25mgm tablets. On 6.11.2009 your Padi Branch staff has given Serance tablets one strip of 10 mgm and one strip if 5 mgm since 0.25mgm not available and advised to take 2 10mg and 1 5 mg. Please refer Bill No.CS77605 dated 06.11.2009. Accordingly my wife has taken the tablets for 3 Nights since the tablet is to be taken in night.She has taken 25mg per time against the prescription of 0.25mg. On 9.11.2009 she has developed uneasiness and her tongue became swollen resulting in she could not keep the tongue inside the mouth and also unable to breathe normally. Immediately I rushed her to the doctor Dr.C.V. Bhirmanandham who diagonised it due to wrongful drugs and allergy affected.He advised immediate admission in the hospital.Then she was admitted in B.R.S. Hospital, Chennai and she was under observation in ICU for oneday and discharged after 3 days. Finally the doctors found out it is due to overdoasage of Seranace . The gross negligent act of your pharmacy staff by giving 10 mg and 5 mg of Serance tablet against the prescription for 0.25mg made us to incur Rs.18, 000/- towards hospitalisation and other incidental charges and also mental agony. You will agree this wrongful act can not be excused since precious human life was at stake. One can not take risk on human life particularly the pharmacy people who should excercise due care while selling the drugs and medicines on the prescriptions.
In view of the above I register this complaint and seek your explanation why I should not claim the expenses incurred from you.

I purchased medicines (30 tabs galinerve) on 11th August 2008 as prescribed by the doctor from apollo pharmacy - adyar branch, MG road, Chennai. But unfortunately the medicines never suited to my mother's health and by consuming one tablet she had developed vomiting and dizzy and it went to the extent of admitting her in the hospital. When consulted the doctor, they prescribed another medicines. Hence I approached the branch with the bill and the balance 29 capsules the next day to request them to take back and provide the alternate medicines. Understand from them that they can take return only if the capsules are in batches of ten and multiples and they further informed that it is the policy of Apollo pharmacy. I have been so far a customer of apollo and the refusal took me by surprise. the staff were also discourteous and mentioned that the policy need not be known to public. But I feel as a customer the public should be informed. Besides the arrogant way of replying to a customer has to eb condemned. I look forward that apollo pharmacy to intervene in this matter to take necessary action to take back the medicines and provide alternative medicines as requested. II amy eb constrained to take legal action thro consumer court for misconduct and refusal to exhibit the policy.

Frequently, I am getting SMS rearding redemtion of Health Credit points e ven though I have not initiated.
ex. Yesterday, I was informed thatHealth Credit Points for Rs.18.24 has been redeemed and tody, further Rs.3.93.

I have ordered medicine from udaipur from Apollo pharmacy which needs to be delivered to bareilly but it has not been delivered yet but the status is showing that the order has been delivered and I have also done the online payment. Kindly consider my case
