I had a salesman come to my house twice the first time I didn't open the door. So another day he returned. He sold his pitch and how good the product is. We have a lot of spiders and tiny worms on our front, side entry door and we wanted to get rid of ASAP. The manager did not state in his sales pitch that there would be a $199 cancellation fee until I wanted to opt out because he assured me that we could opt out at anytime. I was skeptical at first but then we thought it would be best to get it done. I paid the initial payment of $99 was told they would get worse that's to be expected until the next treatment. So round 2 of treatment I was told the same thing expect to see heavy activity. 3rd treatment same thing expect to see heavy activity and the young man was sloppy my windows and doors were so marked up we could hardly see out of them. We weren't aware that they would fill their equipment up using our water. So if they only come out 6 times a year and we already have had 3 treatments when does the activity stop or will they continue to sing the same song after every treatment.
Desired outcome: Cancel service without the $199 cancellation because there are still a lot of spiders, and worms, and pest. The product and service is "NO GOOD."
