Take note of all the bad reviews... We are not being 'Karens' they truly have the worst service and take their absolute time to deliver your goods. I have submitted several tickets and not 1 has been replied to by an actual person, only the bots that reply with your ticket number. This isn't the first time I've been forced to use them, me the receiver, the first time was in the beginning of the year where they claimed to have attempted a delivery to my address but no one was home but I was home and no one came to my door and so I decided to review my security camera to see if I missed them and sure enough... No delivery attempted... So they straight out just lied by trying to say (via track n trace feature on their site and by the email I recieved from the retailer I ordered from) that no body was home and I'm going to guess they just couldn't be bothered... Worst service ever... I'm now thinking of refusing to use retailers who are going to ship using this company.
Ohh and don't bother using their website... That was the site that all the tickets were submitted and ignored.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs, even if that means using a different retailer for online purchases.

After persistent efforts, I finally had the opportunity to speak with a female supervisor. She assured me that the delivery would be arranged by March 4 before 5 pm. Despite staying at my location all day, eagerly awaiting the driver's call, I received no communication. When attempting to contact the driver via the provided link, he did not respond. To my surprise, I later received an SMS claiming that delivery was attempted at 10:30 pm, a statement that I find to be wholly inaccurate.
I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention as the situation has reached a critical point. The Qatar call center team's unresponsiveness, lack of communication, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction have tarnished the reputation of the Aramex brand. In brief, I received few minutes back (on 02 Sep 22 at 4:25pm) a message from Aramex to pay 6.24 AED for shipment.
Once I entered the OTP, I received a message from Mashreq of amount XOF 591,800 at INTOUCH S.A.
I realized that it was a fraud.
I called Mashreq gold and they raised a request No12692779-L0L5Q6.

Missing valuable item
the order was bag, wallet and watch in MK but received only 1 parcel which container only the bag and the wallets which says 1/2 on the parcel box. the aramex delivery only left the ITEM at the door.
the MK watch which is more valuable is still missing and have been following up for weeks, everytime we call the customer service they give different and indefinite answers and no solution at all. customer service as well are not nice in speaking with their customers. definitely something is wrong and hope to receive clarity on this.

Express International Courier
I engaged Aramex to deliver documents for UAE to Australia which were urgent. I was offered a 4 day express service which I accepted and paid for. The documents were legal documents which were urgent and important.
After the 4 days came and went, I chased Aramex and got the run around. They could not find my documents or answer questions about when it would delivered. No one in Aramex UAE was able to provide information or escalate to resolve the issue despite my many calls. We therefore contacted the Australian teams directly.
After many phone calls with Aramex in Sydney and in various regional centres we were able to track down the documents. This took considerable effort and us contacting the warehouses directly, a staff member in Lismore did multiple searches before eventually finding the documents which we are told were “in an obscure location”. We then sent someone from Woodenbong to Lismore (Goonellabah) to collect the documents ourselves on day 10 – they were not delivered by Aramex. We were advised that without this solution it may be another week before the documents would be delivered.
The staff at Goonellabah are the only people who were in any way helpful during this process. All other contact with Aramex was a series of frustrating scripted responses, excuses, dishonesty and a lack of engagement.
Given Aramex UAE did not provide the services offered and paid for, I lodged a complaint and requested a refund. Aramex have yet to respond despite many follow ups.
Desired outcome: Contact from Aramex to explain what happened, how they lost my documents and a refund and apology.
It’s a very worst service. Never ever I haven’t seen the service like this. You can shut down your services and sit at home. Very bad and worst.

I am writing to complain about a package that I haven't received till moment through Aramex. I had sent my passport from Saudi to my home country Egypt (parcel No: [protected]) on 23 Jul. 22 to be used by my wife in Visa application process, I had trusted Aramex to handle my document within an a stipulated time and with priority and as agreed with the customer agent in Khobar, Saudi that this will be delivered within one week maximum.
However, this was not achieved. As till the moment my wife didn't receive the package which contain my passport which puts alot of pressure on us due to the necessity of this high and important document which extremely disappointed us.
Furthermore, there is a conflict and contradiction between the online/ WhatsApp shipment tracking status that's shows that passport in the way to distribution center which is against what was explained by the customer service agent on phone as she said that the internal system of Aramex shows that the passport is still under customes clearance and after 4 times of followup phone calls, my wife was shocked by the latest and new information got it from the customer service agent stating that the passport document should pay customes fees, which is a unlogical request and blackmailing behavior from a big courier company as the agent are blaming my wife for not giving her email so Aramex could sent an email with the required fees, which is really flaursted us from the calress and rude behavior of company stuff starting from not giving the right and complete information, delaying, provocation and blackmailing customers and not following up and reporting and communicating with customers in an appropriate way.
This is absolutely unacceptable and against code of ethics. As a business, I rely on Aramex regularly to provide my packages. I expect them to arrive on time.
Therefore, I Would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction's and disappointed with this issue and I Kindly request you to do the needful investigation and expedite delivering for the delayed shipment as it is not ethical and not good for a respectable courier service providers like Aramex to abuse the customers in such way in breach of the business ethics, courier practices and conditions.
I hope that this situation is solved latest by tomorrow otherwise, I will change delivery services and I will ask my company and all the stakeholders to terminate any deals with Aramex as it will be not recommended for the missbehavior, missleading and lack of coordination, reliability, transparency and accountability.
