As someone who has explored ShopHQ, I must say that the experience can be quite polarizing. While some customers have expressed satisfaction with the quality of items received, others have faced challenges with customer service and product issues. It's evident that ShopHQ has room for improvement in terms of consistency and transparency. If you decide to shop here, be prepared for a mixed bag of experiences.

They know EXACTLY what they're doing, from bottom to top! Every time I called to. ask about my refund, they would 'check' after giving me the runaround, then inform me that it's being 'resolved and you should have your refund within 5-7 days, depending on the process of your bank'. I've call at least four times, now; but NOTHING has resolved! I keep getting withdrawls from my account?! As if that weren't bad enough, they have the item I returned, to boot! That platform came in a very distressed package, giving me the impression it had been returned before... Sooo, they have the item back and are taking my money, too! I need your help, PLEASE.
Horrible! I returned 3 items in August 2022, I am yet to get my refund money, it's October 7, 2022. I was told today that shophq does not cut a check. I was even accused of possible fraud. I was told to call Visa because the rep told me , How do I know you didn't pay your bill? That is fraud. I told this lady today it was a debit card and I went to my bank and they told me the refund was rejected because the original form of payment was closed, which was a debit card. I have even given them my new debit card info. 3 weeks ago I was told after 30 minutes of trying to get help that they were sending me a check and it would take 10 to 14 days to receive it. That check has never arrived. She told me that to get me off the line. Today, I was sent to another department and she saw that the refund was rejected and I will get a check around 7 days. I said are you telling me the truth because I was told that 3 weeks ago and I never got a check. This rep said customer service cannot cut a check but her department could. That was a return check for 2 watches. So I called customer service back and the last rep saw my new card and she refunded it my new debit card. I should see the money in my account in 24 hours. She was nice and polite. Why didn't they do this for the other 2 watches? This rep told me she could see that I was receiving a check for the other 2 watches. I just hope that what I was told today was the truth, so this nightmare would be over.. I will NEVER shop at Shophq again! Just bad business!
Deseves to have Zero Stars! This company refused to help me with my return and make this right for my elderly mom. I will never buy from them again! All the 300 dollars spent on hearing aids to help my mom to hear went to waste and no resolution. I sent the item back within time of return and It was returned back to me with a letter stating from them is supposedly didn't make the time limit. I now am out 300 dollars and a broken item. Use caution with Shop HQ when shopping.
They don’t deserve the one star. They have the WORST customer I’ve ever dealt with. They doubled charged me back in August for the same item and I have spent HOURS on the phone and emails and even sent copies of my credit card statement to no avail. All I get is they will escalate the issue and I should see a refund in 7-10 business days. It’s been 60 days!

DO NOT buy online from Christopher and Banks unless you are sure you will not have to return it. They received my return 5/16/22, as of today no refund ! I have called customer service over 10 times, was told it was a IT problem, they can take your money but not give it back ? I was basically told to " get in line and wait for my refund". Rating show be zero, not one.
Terrible customer service! I placed an order on June 13 and received it within a week. I returned all but 2 items on 6/22/22. On July 11, I was credited for one item and promptly charged the return shipping fee. I am still waiting for credit for the other 9 items. In July I was told that I had been credited the day before I called. Still no refund. I called again in early August and was told it hadn't been processed but it would be submitted that day. Still no credit. I called again and now was told that they had new software and it messed up thousands of orders and they are going thru each on individually and they probably just hadn't gotten to mine yet. No apology, pretty much deal with it that's the way it is! At one point I also emailed them and never got a response. I have been bought from Christopher and Banks for years and never had an issue. They really dont seem to care about the customers at all. They could at least put a statement on their website or even better answer emails. They have about $200 of my money that they have been sitting on for over 2 months. How do you credit one item and not the others when they are in the same box. Horrible!
I would like to leave "0" stars for Chrisopher and Banks. Christopher and Banks took $16.95 automatically out of my bank account for 6 months before I caught it. Yes, I should have kept better track. They say I signed up for automatic dedution for ShopHQ. I did NOT knowingly sign up for this. I didn't even know what it was until I checked into why it was being deducted. I would NEVER have signed up for an automatic deduction for anything like this. I feel scammed and totally taken advantage of. Christopher and Banks cannot find any of my records, past orders, or account numbers. I have no records either because I closed my account months ago. I have the deduction numbers from my bank, but they are not acceptable to C&B. SO they have $101.70 of my money and I have nothing.
This company is bad with returns. Claimed they didn't get my item back in time kept my item for 6 months and my item was paid for had to practically beg for my item to be returned and as of Sept 22 2022 I still have not recciveg my item poor service on returns .

You can leave your phone number for a call back, I did that 3 times and never received a call back. When I finally was able to speak to someone after being on hold 42 minutes, they were not open to any discussion about what actually happened in my particular case regarding a return that was based on a very minor injury - that product should not only be returned but pulled from inventory. The service representative put me on hold for 8 minutes while she "talked to a supervisor." She came back and adamantly told me thats it, no further discussion. She said my return was late, the post office said it was there in time but frankly, I think the return was processed late and therefore they did not have to refund my money, I would have even been satisfied with a credit. They were short, rude and did not care I was not going to be a customer in the future. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in the last 25 years.
I would leave ShopHQ a zero-star review if I could! On 4/20/2022 I ordered two items from ShopHQ totaling $280.12. I received the items but one of the items was used and didn't work. It was obvious at a first glance that this was a used item, there was even sweat and makeup all over the item! This was my first time ordering from ShopHQ and I was not impressed that they would try to sell me a used item as new. I immediately returned both items. I kept waiting for my refund and finally contacted customer service. About a month later I received a refund for one of the items. I called several times regarding the refund for the second item. Customer service repeatedly told me to wait for 3 to 5 business days for my refund to post to my account. The next time I called I was told they are dealing with a new system and this is happening with a lot of customers. The next time I called I was told their system shows they have already refunded the entire amount but since I don't see the refund on my credit card statement they will contact their IT department and give it 3 to 5 business days. It is now 7/19/2022 and I have still not received my refund! Two weeks ago I contacted my credit card company requesting a chargeback. I do not trust ShopHQ and would never do business with them again.
3 weeks ago my wife ordered two watches on her phone when she got the check out she could not pay for the watches so she got on my phone she ordered two watches on my phone again when she went to check out she could not we could not pay for them we call customer service a representative got online spoke to us and he ordered watch for us on FlexPay so he said well let me cancel this order and I'll order you the two watches on value pay I ended up getting seven watches I call back and cancel two watches I did not know I ordered seven watches or I have them watches come to me so when they got here I sent three watches back and my wife kept two watches so anyway the free watch I sent back and one box they charged me $11 for shipping and handling on each watch that came back to them and one box they took $131 out of my account $71 out of my account and now they're saying I still owe them $42 so I'm paying almost $300 for two watches that my wife has that are only $78 including tax apiece I love them Victor watches I wish somebody else sold in Victor watches besides HQ I have three watches that I'm totally love just 70 mm watches and I just love them I just I'm just not going to deal with HQ anymore my name is Papa Pete
I have repeatedly asked for resolution to my complaint of a defective product. The answer I get is, it is being reviewed, So I then asked for the manufacters address Stefano Oro in Italy. Again, unresponsive. This has been going on for almost a month. In the meantime he has been on their air selling his defective jewelry.

I have been a customer of Evine/ShopHQ for many years, they have a habit of stating on air, as well as their website that there is a limited number of so many pieces of a particular item, like it will show “items available 4”, cool, I will own only 1 of 4 of this item, the item arrives, I look at the invoice, low and behold, there was actually 400 of these, false advertising and deceptive business practices. Most recent experience, while on air, the representative stated “We have plenty to go around, we just got them back in the warehouse”. I bought 4 on 5/4/21 with estimated delivery to be on 5/17/21. That date has come and gone, still without my items, but paid for when ordered. Called customer service and the only info that I was given, was, “ we sold out and are awaiting more”, I inquired as to why they would instantly charge me for something they knew they didn’t have in stock. No emails or contact from them letting me know that they were out of stock and it may be some time before they get them back in stock. Again, false advertising and deceptive business practices.
I returned a shirt, and they received it on 6/2/22, and I am still waiting for them to give me back my money. I have emailed them multiple times, and I was originally told it was an IT error and would be fixed shortly. I have emailed them again and have not received a response. I am NEVER buying from them again. What a rip off. I will make sure to warn my friends and family not to waste their time or money on this company. It shouldn't be this difficult.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses that was to big and loose on my face so I returned it and realize that I did not get the full refund as stated under their return policy. I called and was informed they only return the full amount for defective items. This is false advertisement because it does not state this on the website. It says full return item for a full refund. I asked the customer service rep Ann to point out where on the website it states only full refund for defective items but she was unable to and was rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed that I supervisor would call back within 72 hours and when I read this back to her to make sure her heard clearly she then changed her story and said a supervisor will call back when the information is processed. Supervisors never calls back. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
Bad business I bought a rowing machine it had missing parts ,I called customer service for missing parts they had none to give. Initially first rep said they would replace it with new unit then called a second time to get update since I didn’t receive an email they then hid behind a 30day return policy that I knew nothing about and that I would have to send to warranty center ,I email them for parts they have none to replace or repair items and said that Shop Hq is responsible for packing & shipping their items for Medic Therapeutics.Point is its Shop Hq’s [censored] UP they should do what’s right ,I shouldn’t have to pay shipping and fees to send a perfectly fine frame when it’s missing 3 parts(2foot pedals and 1 shaft to secure pedals to frame) When all the warranty center is going to do is ship frame to Shop Hq to restock it with parts in their warehouse that should have been in my package to begin with and resell it to another fool.The right thing would have been for them to own their [censored] UP and replace the missing parts from a new unit.Mistakes happen I get that but for them to wash their hands of it is criminal they can steal money and give 90% of product in a box it’s [censored].Meanwhile they produce demo commercials hire con-men and women to make false claims to push products and take advantage of the elderly , nieve and delusional members of society.The only reason I bought the piece of [censored] is because my wife nagged me if she uses it without vital parts and injury’s her back who do I sue Shop Hq or the Warranty (shell )center that you can not find anything about on internet had to get emailed the address. They keep giving me several different reasons the most is you will receive in 7-10 days. Computer transition and so on. 4/13/2020 - RE: Evine/Shop HQ. They are offering 6, 8oz. bottles of “Puretize Hand Sanitizer” which is basically alcohol at $78.00 plus $6.99 S&H. Gouging the public for (basically) alcohol at this time is outrageous and hope you can address this issue with Shop HQ. Thank you.

I think this site needs to make it more clear that their ValuePay payment plan option is going to trigger a hard credit inquiry. It is mentioned in the FAQs under their customer service section (that I checked after the fact) but not mentioned on the box you check at checkout to select this option. I feel this was misleading. I would have never selected this if I knew it was going to hit my credit. ? The items I purchased were not that much and my credit card is getting billed directly so I’m not sure why this was even necessary. I selected the ValuePay option purely as a convenience never guessing this would happen. As a person with excellent credit I work hard to keep it that way and did not appreciate this surprise. I haven’t received my order yet to comment on anything else, but I probably won’t shop here again based on this alone because I feel was deceptive advertising and doesn’t bode well for how the company operates as a whole.

I sent several emails to them and also attempted to interacted by phone (with long waits - 50 minutes, plus, I gave up). No replies to any of my mails. I ordered a gold ring with their value pay and never received it. It went to the wrong address and USPS returned it to the sender (ShipHQ). I have the tracking proof. I finally received a notification email from ShopHQ a couple of days ago that they received the return and credited me for the payment I had made, however they deducted $8.99 for shipping and handling. I never received the item in the first place. I should have been reimbursed for the entire amount. It is very hard if not impossible to interact with this company at all. Very poor customer service. From my experience with how they handle the email inquiries I am not going to waste anymore time trying to interact with them. I have however gone to websites to express my experience and views about the poor way that customers are treated, included coming here to BBB. If there was an option of NO STARS I would have opted for that instead of giving them the 1 star I had to give. They don't deserve any.

Terrible Customer Service and Unfair Refund Policy: My Experience with ShopHQ
So, I had a pretty bad experience with ShopHQ. I was really excited to purchase a gold ring on value pay, but unfortunately, I never received it. It turns out that it was sent to the wrong address and USPS returned it to the sender, which was ShopHQ. I was pretty upset about this, but I was even more upset when I found out that they refunded me what I paid minus the shipping and handling fee of $8.99. I mean, come on, I never even received the ring in the first place!
I tried to contact ShopHQ multiple times to try and resolve the issue, but it was like talking to a brick wall. I sent them four emails and even called them, but I was on hold for 50 minutes before I gave up. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, I never even got a confirmation notification of the purchase I had made when I made it. That's just ridiculous.
If a company can't even bother to communicate with their customers, then they don't deserve to have my business. I'm really upset that they pocketed $8.99 of my hard-earned money for absolutely nothing in return. It's just not right. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help others avoid the same mistake I made. ShopHQ's customer service policies are a complete disgrace, and I will never do business with them ever again.

Here is the history: I purchased two skirts from C&B online on 1/12/20, using my debit card, and requested shipment to their store at University Mall, South Burlington, VT where I would pick them up. It turned out that the skirt I wanted most was no longer in stock, so they shipped the other one to the store and debited my checking $21.98. I never picked up the order. On 2/17/20 C&B sent an email: “Because your item(s) were not picked up, your items have been cancelled and a credit has been initiated on your behalf,” and that the credit might take “several business days to appear on your credit/debit/check card statement.” When the credit didn’t appear in my checking, I contacted their chat room on 2/25/20 and was told that the skirt hadn’t been returned by the store, and that it would take “7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and an additional 5-10 business days for your return to process.” After no credit appeared, I contacted their chat room again on 3/19/20 and was told that they would submit “a request regarding a refund” and it would take “2-3 business days for this request to process and 3-5 business days for this refund to appear on your account.” They sent me three muddled customer service updates on 3/19/20, 3/20/20, and 3/22/20 (that I responded to with exasperation) and a final credit notification on 3/25/20 stating, “Your order has been credited for $21.98. On 3/26/20, the credit for $21.98 finally appeared in my checking. But then on 4/13/20, C&B debited my checking $21.98 without any warning or notification or reason! I had purchased nothing from them since this debacle started, so their action was unauthorized!I am tired of fighting with them!

Dear Madam/Sir: I emailed BBB on 5/22/20 regarding ShopHQ's (Eden Prairie, MN) lack of response in their customer service department after I was sent the wrong color jacket I ordered. After waiting on hold for 2 hours, there was no response for me to arrange pickup of the merchandise. On 5/26/20, I contacted the CEO's office and his assistant had someone in customer service contact me to arrange pickup and refund the shipping and merchandise costs. I made an online order on 6/6/20 within 5 minutes of the order I contacted customer service because I noticed a typo on my shipping address.They refused to correct the address. I contacted them by online chat, phone call and email. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. A few minutes ago in 6/7/20 (over 24 hours later) I received email stating the order had shipped unfortunately to the wrong address. I will definitely not be paying for the items $112.74 that I charged on their store credit card. All they had to do was correct my typo. It is not as if I was asking to change the items in the order.
I returned item#189-148 on HQ's smart label *** at my local post office. I called Customer Service on 6/4, 6/5 each time holding on at least 1-2 hours to see where the returns package went. They said they did not know. I called again on 6/8 and after holding on for 1 hour, Pryia finally filed a Smart Label Claim for me since it must be lost. She said the Claims Dept will email me 3-5 days. I did not hear from them. When I called the Claims Dept *** today, they said no one is there and the mail box is full so I cannot even leave a message. I refuse to call Customer Service and hold on for 1 hour to ask where the package I returned is. I used their Smart Label. It went to Texas, and back to California and then to Nevada. If there is no one helping customer with returns, customer service, claims, they should not be pushing sales. No one is working and yet they want to sell us stuff and not help us when we need help. They should either stopping selling or help customers when they need help.

Made several phone calls and was told different stories every time.First story it was scanned we show it return you should get your return in 3 to 5 business days. On 5/1/20 value pay #1 of 6 ($23.32) was billed to my CC. On 5/6/20 when package did not arrive I contacted UPS via email & phone. UPS customer service rep told me that sender had scanned shipping label but UPS never physically received package from shipper. I then called ShopHQ, the person I spoke to said they'd put a trace on package & I'd hear back from them either by phone or email within 2 or 3 days. Since that initial call more than 1 week ago I've tried to contact ShopHQ once via email (5/11) & multiple times by phone over a 3-day period. Each time I was on hold anywhere from 10 mins to 1hr13 mins. Each time I hung up in frustration. I even called the ShopHQ order line but the person who answered said she could not help me & I'd have to continue to try & reach customer service. I've not received any communication from ShopHQ. In my email to UPS I had asked them to track the package. UPS sent me an email on 5/13/20 stating that they checked the details of the shipment & their "system shows the shipper created a label on 4/29/20 but the system shows no indication that UPS physically received this package". My concern is that payment #2 is fast approaching & I don't want to continue paying for merchandise I did not receive. I understand with everything going on now things move a bit slow but this order was placed nearly 1 month ago. I've had no trouble at all receiving merchandise ordered on line from other e-retailers (Walmart, Amazon, HSN, QVC). At this point I'm so disgusted I want to CANCEL the order & get a FULL REFUND of the $23.32 ShopHQ has already charged me. Thank you for your help.

20 calls 9 hours on hold ordered pair sunglasses damaged Couldn't reach car so ordered 2CD pair email on credit hold call card issuer? Was their error system glitch per bank. Responded to email as such. After many calls I spoke to to rep and he sent from my out 4/24. Then later that day a 3rd pair sent. I have tried to speak with someone to negotiate a fair not for the 2CD pair no one will call. I was offered $20 credit or return and for my time at this point I have more $$ invested. Customer service sucks. I have almost perfect credit and I am a long time customer. Needless to say I may just close this account.

UPS customer service rep told me that sender had scanned shipping label but UPS never physically received package from shipper. I then called ShopHQ, the person I spoke to said they'd put a trace on package & I'd hear back from them either by phone or email within 2 or 3 days. Since that initial call more than 1 week ago I've tried to contact ShopHQ once via email (5/11) & multiple times by phone over a 3-day period. Each time I was on hold anywhere from 10 mins to 1hr13 mins. Each time I hung up in frustration. I even called the ShopHQ order line but the person who answered said she could not help me & I'd have to continue to try & reach customer service. I've not received any communication from ShopHQ. In my email to UPS I had asked them to track the package. UPS sent me an email on 5/13/20 stating that they checked the details of the shipment & their "system shows the shipper created a label on 4/29/20 but the system shows no indication that UPS physically received this package". My concern is that payment #2 is fast approaching & I don't want to continue paying for merchandise I did not receive. I understand with everything going on now things move a bit slow but this order was placed nearly 1 month ago. I've had no trouble at all receiving merchandise ordered on line from other e-retailers (Walmart, Amazon, HSN, QVC). At this point I'm so disgusted I want to CANCEL the order & get a FULL REFUND of the $23.32 ShopHQ has already charged me. Thank you for your help.
This was my FIRST and last experience with SHOPHQ. On May 8th, I used my bank debit card to order A Stefano Oro necklace on value pay plan. I was informed by sales rep, I'd get email confirmation shortly. Minutes go by ...I called to cancel transaction. My instincts told me something wasn't right. I right--the next sales rep, less than 5 minute after informed me ---there was no record of my transaction! This was a Friday, so I had to wait 5 business days for it to show up at my bank to stop this. It was deducted and lingering in my account as PENDING. I have been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY for two weeks to reach someone and been on hold for hours each day and ran out batteries on two cell phones. I called today and I am on hold now as I'm filing this. I checked with bank this morning...it is still pending and was RESUBMITTED May 16th. The only people answering phones at this company are sales reps who all direct me to --CUSTOMER service...an unresponsive line. I want this company to DELETE my acct and STOP resubmitting a product OI cancelled--and by the way NEVER RECEIVED!
Disappointing Experience with Shop HQ: Poor Quality, Missing Items, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I gotta say, I had high hopes for Shop HQ (shophq.com) but it just didn't deliver. I mean, I asked all the questions I could think of before making my purchase, but it still fell short. And to top it off, when the package finally arrived, the box was seriously messed up. Like, it looked like it had been through a war or something. And get this, it was supposed to come with two chargers, but there wasn't a single one in sight. Not to mention, there were no instructions on how to use the darn thing. And to make matters worse, the leg wraps were dirty! Like, come on now.
So, I did what any frustrated customer would do and called customer service. And let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. They told me that my money might not be refunded because apparently, this was considered an "as is" purchase. Like, what does that even mean? I didn't sign up for this kind of nonsense.
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever trust Shop HQ or anything that doctor sells ever again. It's just not worth the hassle.
