I sent a shipment from Aramex Egypt to Spain since February and it was a night I paid all the fees and Aramex didn't inform ups and my parcel lost please no manager here employees are losers I need help
I sent thé parcel at February and the shipment delayed because of system problems and then I paid for the whole fees and Aramex didn't inform or update that I paid the whole feels to the middle company UPS and now the shipment now in lost and found in Germany and no one reply Especially the employee Ayat Ali and his manager Mohamed Issa I call every single day and every day the front office reply they will get back to me wz update or resolution but no one call me back

To Aramex complaint center. My name is Doctor: Yasser Ahmed Shawky Osman, and I am a consultant at King Fahd Hospital of University, Saudi Arabia. On Saturday June 12, 2021, I went to Aramex Khobar branch to sent a shipment (A return item: which is wrist watch) to Amazon USA. The Aramex Shipper's account number is [protected]. The code on the top of my Aramex invoice is [protected]. I put inside my shipment box the return invoice provided by Amazon, which includes a code with all the item's information and its' price. However, the shipment was delayed in Dammam office & not shipped to USA for 5 days. I received a phone call on the same day Saturday June 16, 2021, from the Aramex officer named Samir Mohammed and he said that the officer from Aramex-Dammam branch is requesting another additional Amazon return invoice for my shipment. I said clearly and confirmed to Mr. Samir that the return invoice which I have attached already inside my shipment is the only return invoice send by Amazon-returns to me. Surprisingly, On Tuesday June 15, 2021, (i.e. after 4 days), I received a phone call at 10:30 pm from an Aramex officer in Khobar named Samir Mohammed (if this is his true name) and said to me that my shipment will not be shipped to USA ?! and asked me to collect my shipment tomorrow Wednesday June 16, at Aramex khobar branch when it arrives back from Dammam? and we do not know at what time actually it will be delivered back from Dammam.
Dear Aramex manager, is this the proper way to do business with your customers?! Is it OK to delay shipping my item and keeping it at your offices for 5 days, and insisting that there is additional Amazon return invoice, which does not exist at all? and after delaying my shipment for 5 days, simply your officer said to me: come and collect back your shipment?
If your Dammam branch officers do not know about the Amazon returned items regulations, and I am sure they do not know, they should return my item back to me soon, after 24 hours and not to keep it for 5 days and then call me at night to tell me come and collect your item tomorrow.
A very important point is that the Amazon-return regulations state that return items should be returned back to Amazon-return office within 5 days from receiving it or Amazon will not refund me my money back, even if they receive the shipment afterwards.
The price of this wrist watch is 1167 Saudi Riyals. Who is going to carry this penalty? Me or the Aramex, who kept my shipment inside their offices for 5 days and after that returning my shipment back to me !
Who will be responsible for my money loss due to delay of shipping my item, or even returning my shipment back to me soon within 24 hours from receiving it, so I can ship my item to Amazon through other recognized & responsible carrier company such as DHL.

Shein aramex delivery
Hi, I always order from shein and it's deliver through aramex to me always . I never faced any issues before with aramex but this time they disappointed me a lot with there service. My package was mishandled completely by aramex . Almost 5 times in week I called the call center for the tracking about shipment as I was traveling out of country .Everytime every person had an different different answer rather talking and giving ans practical about the delivery . I reached to aramex main branch dafna gate mall from there also such disappoint and poor customer service staff said sorry we mishandled your package which was very surprising . Finally Qpost helped me out about my package . Very poor service I would say by aramex

Shipment delay intentionally
Recently I bought a perfume from Italy and item sent to Shop and Ship ( Aramex) the item delivered on May 04 however it was updated after 10 days and stuck in Italy Aramex S & S office almost 12 days the reason is that I keep sending massage rating their service and because I escalated the issue to CITC organization caring for IT and carriers issue and complains, the issue us Aramex still holding the parcel with or without intention since they are protected with the 21 days ( the period committed to submit any parcel) ignoring customer satisfaction and I hope this complain will be read by Aramex management to investigate the issue
It worth to mention that I paid SR 160 almost $ 43 for 1.2 kg which is not matching as a value with the poor service and very bad communication intentionally ignoring customer to approve they win
Shop and ship - unacceptable material
I have been a customer of Aramex shop and ship for almost two years now.
It has been such a pain to be their customer. I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and shipped it to them. the item transited from China to the United kingdom. the item then transitted from United kingdom to Dubai. the item was then due to take a flight from Dubai to Mauritius.
Reaching Dubai, now they realise that the item has battery and cannot be shipped to mauritius. item was refused by airline. they asked for UN certificate for the battery to see if it can be shipped. the item contained lithium battery thus could not be shipped. it was a 400 dollar based vacuum cleaner. they took days to reply to my complaint till buyers protection was over and seller was not ready to accept parcel anymore for return.
I Sent them multiple emails but in vain they were not ready to send item to me. they proposed to send it by cargo freight but in the end nothing could be done. the customer support don't offer solution, you have to beg them to get a response.
I had already paid for the shipping to mauritius which I never got refunded for. I never asked anyway because it didn't make sense to beg to such people. then they asked me what to be done. you send them an email and get a response after a week. then nothing could be done except destroying item.
Lost 400 dollars vacuum cleaner, lost 100 dollars more for shipping
I will be frank, they have a terible service. better go for dhl or fedex, they will propose real solutions unlike aramex
If you are shipping something to them, confirm first if they can accept the parcel before. don't send things assuming they will send it to you.
Shipping from china
- They dont accept markers (Alcohol markers) to be shipped
- Watches - Watch contain small basic battery but they don't accept
In the end, if you are a business person, you will suffer a lot,
Rather spend some 50 dollars more and ship by fedex
you will have your peace of mind
Based on this experience, I don't recommend aramex shop and ship at all

Having a nightmare when I applied for an exchange/return item on May 6, 2021 from Sun and Sands e-commerce and until now it hasn't go back to them through Aramex. It took Aramex to pick up the item for 10 days and another 5+(still counting) days to schedule going to the receiver within Dubai only. This is more than 14 days now in total and nobody know when the item will be delivered. I don't know who's to contact Aramex or Sun and Sands. Both companies are extremely unprofessional with poor customer service in the highest level. They will give you unsure, inconsistent, vague answers and will leave you with no clear information. The fact that this transaction is only in Dubai and it took more than 14 days to deliver, nobody knows when this process will end. Extremely unprofessional!

Lost shipment and pathetic support / service
I sent an item for overnight delivery on 19/04/2021, which should have been delivered on 20/04/2021.
On 21/04/21, I started following up with their support, after finding no trace of my parcel since 05:36 on 20/04. They notified me that they did discover that parcel had not arrived, and gave me a case number.
I am not impressed because all contact has been initiated only by myself. They did not contact me to tell me that my parcel was "missing". Also, all contact since, has once again been initiated by myself, with their "we are investigating", still all that i ever get back.
I have just written them now again and asked for clear and valid feedback, esp with regards to status of investigation.
I have also asked to speak with a person, and not just get "support team" replies, which is basically just them not committing any staff members to any real investigations.

I am a Shop & Ship FLEX customer. I ordered a package that was delivered to the Shop & Ship office on March 23rd (Shipment# [protected]). Shipment reached Ship & Ship office in Kuwait (Final Destination) on March 27th and was cleared from customs.
The update on the system was that it was transferred to OPS.
From March 28th till April 22nd; I have been CALLING, EMAILING AND MESSAGING Shop & Ship and all I received was "We are checking and someone will get back to you" If I am to explain the way I was treated and felt; I would not be able to put it into words that are acceptable to the readers; so I will stick with the fact that customer service means nothing to this company or its employees.
On March 25th; I called again and guess what. THEY LOST MY SHIPMENT.
I am very angry to even continue writing about this complaint but I regret paying USD 45 to be a FLEX member with such a terrible and unreliable company.

As always we trust in your service as reputable courier company in the world.
But there was an very unfortunate event faced by me while importing shipment # [protected] which had reached destination airport on 30 March-2021 and finally after long follow up the door delivery was made on 21 April-2021 and I found that shipment doesn't belongs to me and someone else's shipment has reached to me.

Delay in returning my on hold shipment to supplier
I have 2 shipments no [protected] and [protected] which were kept on hold in new York. Since March 7, I asked aramex to return them to the supplier as I have 30 days only from receipt date to return and get a refund or else I lose my money. Till now, aramex didn't return my shipment. They do not respond to my emails. Customer service, when taking calls, say they will call me back and they don't. This is repeated with 3 different agents over the period of 2 weeks. I want to raise an official complaint becuase in 3 or 4 days, I would have passed the 30 day return, and I plan to escalate this since aramex are causing me to lose my money spent on these shipments.

Fake Duty Charges
Company I ordered from uses Aramex. I paid extra for quicker shipping and then get a dodgy email with no real company information from Aramex that they are holding my shipment ransom basically till I pay the government duty. But Canadian duty is NOT 50% of the item cost, yet that's what they charged me.
Scammers! When I emailed their customer service I never even heard anything back at all.
