I want to warn everyone that the company Arizona Parrots is scam and don’t buy from them. I paid them money for parrot, and after they received my payment, the seller didn’t provide any confirmation email or the anything else regarding my purchase. After several emails, I understood that they would never provide my order. So be careful if you use this company or leave comments if you had horrible experience with this seller.
Really strange ... the above. I think it is one of our competitors scamming us. We always return emails, we return phone calls. We do ask people to call twice, because we have a large Ranch and may not get back near the phone for awhile. Call us at [protected] or Email: brus737@gmail.com for any other questions.
I have purchased birds on two separate occasions. They always got back to me via phone or e-mail. I found them to be very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

I just reserved my African Grey from Arizona Parrots, and have been to their Ranch. They have responded to my emails and my texts very promptly and professionally. This is an established and reputable breeder, people, they have no reason to scam you. Their reputation is worth more than the cost of one bird. This whole thing sounds like BS made up by a competitor.
Arizona Parrots, has treated well...they have a knowledge base about Parrots that has exceeded my expectations. They respond to phone calls a little late sometimes, but I do understand they have a busy life managing the birds. The complaint above is a surprise to me, as they are very trust worthy in all interactions and correspondence. I recommend them highly. If you call them, I would say rather than leave a message, just call back two hours later, they will answer their phone at some point between feeding the birds. The Sun Conure I purchased is doing well and close to talking ... I am so happy.
The guy that I talked to today seemed like a scam artist. He talks fast and will try to weasel his way to get money out of you. He personally tricked me into giving him 50$ for a "training fee" which he claimed he could train the bird in a day. All these negative remarks towards this complaint seem like they aren't coming from any of his actual customers, but his family, and possibly friends.
