ArtQuid Oil painting of coco nude model 20 x 30

I am an artist displaying my work on artquid. I sold an oil painting of Coco nude model to a customer in Slovikia, He said he paid artquid so I shipped him the painting to Slovikia at my own cost on 31/03/2022

He acknowledged receipt of the delivery and artquid confirmed full payment received.

Untill now I have not received payment, I have emailed the buyer and artquid several times and still no responce from either.

I feel that I have been treated very badly I am entitled to receive the payment or my painting back undamaged.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive payment or my painting back undamaged

ArtQuid Don't buy from this company!

I bought a game from this company Artquid.com, and it is an obvious counterfeit copy. There is no manual in the box and the artwork on the disk is blurry and looks like it's from an inkjet printer. The data side of the disk is purple like a DVD-R disk. It's 100% obviously fake. Don't buy from this company!

In early May of 2017 I sold a sculpture through ArtQuid for $295.00. The customer paid ArtQuid. I mailed the sculpture to Hi Dania Florida address. Artquid was sent the tracking numbers.Mailed on May 5 2017. Have not received payment.
