Good day I have a problem with you as I bought a TV 2 years back at Kwaggafontein branch and I didn't have aTV license then I use my Aunts ID to buy it and the open for us a TV license but never explained that we need to pay each and every year because they needed a sales now my Aunt is blacklisted due to this thing because they never explained everything how does it work how to pay it and where so I'm going to take this to HelloPiter. Scam
I purchased product from Astral Group and was promised to receive it in 3 weeks. I haven’t received anything and Astra Group representatives stopped all communication with me. I wasn’t able to ask for refund because it is just impossible to get hold of anyone. Avoid this company at all costs.
