I have been trying to speak with someone for over 2 weeks regarding an issue with title. I have left messages with managers and general manger with no responses or follow up. I spoke with Jim a general manager and left a message for Alexa in the title department who is also a manager. Agron an associate that said would get the matter over to Alexa and give me a call regarding matter has not gotten back to me to follow up. I have had to call every few days to leave messages with no responses so am not sure what is going on with this situation.

They missed lead us buying a new car, and they over charge us. Prior going to this dealership, I negotiate the price and I was very specific that I have a pre-approved lone. They agreed to mach the price and offer an additional $500 discount if I will purchase the car from them instead from the other dealership. As well as they said in order to get the discount I need to finance with them and they will match my lender offer. After keeping us from 6:30 pm till 11:45 pm they did not keep their word, and know we're trying to resolve the problem and they keep avoiding us. I will never buy from them again!

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I financed 2020 MDX from Arlington Acura, Palatine, IL. Dealer withheld WI state sales tax at time of purchase/financing. Dealer at time of purchase stated that they would send sales tax to state of WI but never paid it to state of WI. I received notice from WI state for unpaid sales tax along with penalty/fine. Attempted calling the dealer multiple times - left numerous messages with receptionist as well as voice mails to both finance manager (Ideen ***) and General manager (Chase Rohrman) but no response. They just choose to ignore calls. Such a bad customer experience. Finally after over 1.5 weeks of multiple phone calls heard from GM who did mail me the tax check but did not pay the penalty levied on by state due to unpaid tax though it was dealership fault for not sending the withheld taxes appropriately to WI state. To me the dealership committed fraud by keeping tax money with them. I felt cheated by dealership and no assistance from Acura client services. Also, they delayed my car registration for 3 months due to not sending me the required documents to take to my state DMV in order to get license plates. Again very bad communication with dealership during this time as well. Very disappointed by the Acura dealership. I thought Acura was a luxury brand but I was mistaken

I drove 1 hour to this dealership for 2 days. Day 1 agent was so busy and asked me come next day. I liked the car and When I was about to sign the deal, there are some charges added upto $5k which were never told in first place. Deal fell through. That was fine with me. But next day they called back and said price was Ok and asked to pay deposit and collect car next day. I paid deposit and later was given BILL OF SALE for my loan purpose, as was asked to take delivery next day. I told I can come same day, but agent told he is off and come next day. When I called next day to schedule time to pick up, to my surprise they said they sold the car. And no one care to tell me about it till I called about it. Manager, Sales Agent, and everyone were so surprised as if someone stole the car without their knowledge. And the excuses they started give were so funny that they are not evening putting effort into lie. When asked Sales agent he said he was off on the day and he had no idea. Used car sales manager did not return my calls till evening. Once he picked up call, lie diarrhea started to come out his mouth effortlessly. When I told him I could have picked up car on same of deposit but agent asked me pick up car next day, his response was I was here all day and could have sold the car. When asked why did you take deposit and said will hold the car, his response was we only hold car for out of state customers ( Mine was 1 hour drive but he said it did not count as I was instate). All these lies without even thinking for a second. There was another funny guy, one who coordinated the deposit. When I was paying the deposit he recognized me on call just when I told car model ( I did not even say my name). And right next day I when I called about this, he was acting so dumb that he had hard time to recollect who I was. He said he has to talk to manager, then agent, and said he is looking me up in the system and kept me on hold for 5 min. After I hung up he sent me message saying that he was trying to find details and but I hung up the call. Even after all this they did not give me an answer why did they sell car after sending me BILL OF SALE and asking me to collect the car next day instead of same day. BTW I am still waiting for deposit, not sure how long these idiots will take for that. These guys are real jokers, only better suits and no make up.
