I went to Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge and it was not a good experience. They didn't care about my safety or health. Most of the workers didn't wear masks or keep their distance. Two guys even came into the waiting room without masks and when I asked about it, the guy at the desk said they were far enough away from me. But they weren't! The service guys kept walking right by me without masks. They didn't clean anything and didn't put up any barriers. They didn't even ask people to wear masks. This is really bad and we won't be able to beat COVID-19 if people don't follow the rules from the CDC.

I went to Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep Dodge on 9/19 'cause my check engine light was on. They told me I needed two services, a thermostat replacement and engine fluid draining and flushing. I paid $699.63 for this service, including the diagnostic fee. They also said my engine needed service, but it was safe to drive for now. On 9/21, I took my car to another mechanic who said Chrysler has a history of engine issues in their 2012 and 2013 models, and I shouldn't be driving my car. Napleton's mechanic did unnecessary maintenance on my car, and it wasn't safe to drive. My engine could have stalled, and I could have caused an accident and been hurt. I called them today to get a full refund, but they haven't refunded me or called me back.

I paid $905.19 for the repair, but they insisted that I didn't have a warranty. I had to go to the finance department and show them my papers to prove that I still had the Jeep under warranty. I fought for a refund every day. I called the warranty company, and they had to call the service department for me. The warranty company gave me information on what was covered.
On April 22, my AC wasn't working, so I took it in for an inspection. They wanted to charge me $100 for the inspection, but I refused. They "fixed" it, but I had to go back because it still wasn't working. They ordered parts and I took it back in the third week of May. I told them that the AC was covered under warranty, but it still isn't fixed. They've had my Jeep in the shop for over a month, and I haven't received any call backs. I can't see my Jeep in the body shop or in the lot.

Dealership had my car for almost 6 months. First time they fixed it with warranty but then they recommended another service that warranty covered labor. But labor was more than warranty covered. Next day red light on and car returned to dealer. No charge this time but red light on again the following day. Third time called when temperature light went on. Service writer said nothing to worry about and scheduled appointment for Friday. Still concerned, went to auto store and found anti freeze empty. Filled but on way home car died and towed back to dealership. They wanted to charge around 1800 without specifics but reminded them they worked on air conditioner last. 2 year warranty ended a couple of months ago even though van was in their possession for last 6 months. They called back and informed red light was on again for the fourth time. Glad they test drove this time but feel I shouldn't have to pay to get my van back. Chrysler involved to help but still few answers from dealership or return calls.

I had a wreck on 1/29/22 and my ride got totaled. I called the dealership where I got my 2021 Jeep Cherokee to let them know and get my refund for the *** and EXTENDED WARRANTY coverage I bought. They sent me some forms to fill out by email, and I sent them back with all the info they needed. I talked to a few different peeps who said they got everything and I'd get my refund in late April or early May 2022. They asked for a payoff letter from State Farm (my insurance company), the original contract for the EXTENDED WARRANTY, and the *** coverage. But now the dealership won't answer my calls or emails. I left a bunch of messages for *** @ ext: 303 and *** @ ext: 313, but now I can only leave messages in the general mailbox. They said it might take 45 days to get my refund, but it's been way longer than that. I lost my job on 4/29/22 cuz of COVID-19, and I'm the only one bringing in money for my fam. I got 3 kids, including twins who wanna go to college this fall. Please help me out! I'm begging you!
