Preston and Zach from Arocon Roofing and Construction did a great job. They arrived on time, told me clearly what they were going to do, and did it efficiently and professionally. They fixed a number of minor problems along with doing the main job I wanted done. They gave me a brief description of what they found and had done before leaving, and then followed that up later with a more complete written report. I was very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience.

Nik and Elliott were knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. They educated me on the roof materials (on a complex, sloping roof) and took helpful photos. They presented the options, taking into account the age of the roof, areas of concern, and cost of materials. They made expert repairs. Most important was their honesty and transparency. This company trains its technical team well and is customer focused. Courteous scheduling staff as well.

Met with Preston at the scheduled day and time for the work, which was the semi-annual roofing inspection/repair (tune-up) and gutter cleaning. The team did an excellent job. Completed in a little over an hour and cleaned up (off of normal walking areas) what was removed from the gutters. My house is mostly in a wooded area. The annual services help to ensure the roof is kept up to spec and gutters cleaned after spring tree leaf/seed have dropped, and again after the autumn leaves have dropped.

Every part of our experience with Arocon Roofing and Construction was very professional and comfortable. No pressure for anything. We had an insurance claim for our roof and Jason from Arocon Roofing and Construction worked hard to get us the money we deserved. Our project was completed quickly and perfectly. They cleaned everything up so well you wouldn't have known Arocon Roofing and Construction were there. I like getting pictures of the project since it was a roof we cannot see. Jason from Arocon Roofing and Construction took us through every step and made everything stress-free. I will pass Arocon Roofing and Construction along and recommend them to everyone!

Preston F. from Arocon Roofing and Construction, gave me notice that they were on their way and arrived on time. I requested a roof tune up and told Preston, I had some roofing concerns that I wanted them to look into. Preston was very thoughtful and patient as I explained and showed him the roofing concerns for him to investigate. My roofing concerns were addressed, they made a couple of minor fixes and my gutters were cleaned. Great Job. I really enjoyed the experience and I have referred a neighbor. I also got several pictures of my roof.

Mr. Michael G, Roof Tech Training Supervisor with Arocon LLC, was very professional and courteous. He explained the situation very clearly and was very knowledgeable about roofing systems. He was very thorough in his inspection of my roof and explained the cause of the problem I was experiencing. He went over all available options and made the process a lot less stressful. Mikey and Will from Arocon Roofing and Construction were prompt, professional, and very friendly! They figured out the best approach to my roof issue and worked it out so that I got the most value for my dollar. They took pics and shared them with me to make sure I have a record for my insurance company, and thank goodness - I'd never would have thought to do that. Arocon Roofing is very fair on price, professional and courteous, and they do great work! After this experience with the roof, I'm getting them to come back out for some windows, doors, and siding, the place will look great!

Our experience with Arocon Roofing and Construction was excellent! The two Roofing Techs Mikey and Chris arrived at the scheduled time and were very courteous and professional. Before beginning their work they explained everything they were going to do and answered all of our questions. They addressed all of the issues they found on our roof precisely as they said they would and did so in a safe and professional manner and we are very pleased with the results. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Mikey and Garrett came out this morning to evaluate my roof and clean the gutters. They pointed out a few issues, but since the roof is under warranty, they were unable to make any repairs to ensure my existing warranty was not voided. The gutters were severely clogged and they did a great job clearing all the debris and making sure the down spouts would flow properly. The pictures of the roof and follow up report are helpful and I will use this information to get the needed repairs done under warranty. The roof and gutter tune up was perfect for my needs. Mikey from Arocon Roofing and Construction was doing a tune up for my neighbor and I got one of his cards. I needed some work done to my roof and I contacted the company that originally did the roof to see what they could or would do. Their estimate was 3 times higher than Arocon. I contacted Arocon to do the work and every person I was in contact with was very pleasant to speak to and work with. I would highly recommend Arocon Roofing and Construction and I gave some of their cards out to my other neighbors. My experience with the Arocon technician that came to service my roof and gutter check up was excellent! His name is Garret and not only was he professional but he was respectful with it. I am a much older person and that was sincerely appreciated. Garret explained everything that was done and what needed to be addressed with before and after pictures. It was a lot to absorb but before leaving, he explained that he would upload all of them and send to me. If I had anymore questions or concerns after reviewing them that I could contact him. Well, in checking the pictures again, I did have a few more questions and contacted him via text. Garret reached out to me and explained that he would go over my concerns and call me later that day which is exactly what he did. I am completely satisfied! What I loved about AROCON Roofing and Construction was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Oddly enough, I didn't find this in all the contractors I had been considering. In most cases, I felt like they were doing me a favor and I was expected to express gratitude, but with AROCON, it was the complete opposite. Jason, the sales representative, was exceptional and patiently answered my numerous questions, even accommodating my special requests. It would have driven some contractors crazy, but not AROCON. I have already recommended this company to my friends. I've heard that their pricing is competitive, although not the lowest. However, if you want a hassle-free process, I highly recommend choosing these guys, and if possible, request Jason. I'm not kidding, their sole aim was to please me from start to finish. Even when I encountered an issue with the wiring on my new attic fan, they promptly sent out an electrician at my request within days, and they resolved the problem. Jason was fantastic throughout the entire process, and I specifically requested his presence on the day of installation, which he happily obliged. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a terrible experience with Arocon Roofing and Construction. I spent over $170k with them to replace my roof, siding and numerous windows and doors. I went through three different project managers who left the company and as a result my project was never handled properly. It was left incomplete and after chasing them down for 24 months I was emailed today that they would not complete the rest of the work and that I should pay half of what is still owed on the contract ($5k of $10k) to close it out. I'm left with numerous issues including many windows left untrimmed, siding that is coming off, a roof that has leaked and caused drywall damage, not to mention they ordered the incorrect sized windows to begin with and never corrected for this. A total mess from the beginning that just got worse as time went on. 24 months later and I'm told that a landscaping project voided my warranty with them and they won't complete work, most of which has nothing to do with any of the landscaping work. If you have a few shingles that need replacing they might be ok, but if you have larger work that needs to be done go with a reputable contractor that knows what they're doing. These guys don't have their act together and will string you along for months and months without end passing you from employee to employee. I'm finally looking into legal options as I just cannot take it any longer.

Company owner Chris originally met me and explained the process of the roofing and the material used, we shook hands and was happy to get my project started after some negations we settled on a price and agreed to do work. The contract the company sent was very vague and didn't explain the process no problem I thought Chris would keep his word and do as promised. After giving a $10,000 deposit 1/3rd up front we had material delivered to the site but the material was different than discussed. After speaking to Chris he tried to charge an extra $6,500 to do what we originally discussed. I agreed to the upcharge but now he is keeping my deposit and refusing to do the job or refund the money ! So please avoid this company at all costs.

Arocon has failed to provide a $400 credit that was negotiated with Brittany in the office. On 13 July I called Brittany at the office number to address my complete unhappiness with the manner of service that Arocon provided in putting on my roof. 3 days of not all the material required not be delivered, crews not being informed of all of the job requirements, sending insufficient crew members on day 2 to complete the job; 2 crewmembers, one of which spent all day laying in the shade or on his phone. We negotiated a $400 refund to be sent to my credit card I used to pay for the job. On 27 July I called back and talked to Brittany again about the refund not showing up on my account, she said she'd process it right away. As of 10 Aug 2020, the refund has still not been processed to my account.

I contracted with Arocon Roofing and Construction to complete a Roof Replacement Project at ***, Baltimore, MD. Around 4/24, I contacted Arocon to report major roof leaks, that caused a lot of water to leak from the 2nd FL to the 1st FL. It damaged the ceiling on the 1st and 2nd & flooring on the 2nd FL. The roof continued to leak through 8, despite repairs. The roof leaked more than before the new roof replacement. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Arocon couldn't complete the repairs to the ceilings and flooring in a timely manner. Arocon agreed (7/28) via email to reimburse me for the cost to complete the interior repairs. When the 2nd FL ceiling was removed to complete the repairs, L. L. Construction discovered rotten & damaged rafters and decking that was not replaced according to the contract. Repairs to the ceilings and floor were not done due to leaks. A MD Licensed Roof Inspection Report outlined damaged & water stained joists & deteriorated sheathing.

Arocon Roofing and Construction has not honored their workmanship warranty and will not return calls or emails. We had our rooftop deck repaired and re-leveled by Arocon in 2017. Per the contract, there is a 10 year warranty. In March , we discovered significant water damage including extensive mold, which cost approximately $3,000 to remediate and repair. The source of the leak was determined to be from the scupper area in the rooftop terrace. The terrace had an existing double-stacked scupper where the gutter pipe had initially run through the lower scupper. With the work in 2017, Arocon rerouted the same length of gutter through the top scupper such that the gutter did not fully exit the other side of the scupper. This caused water to pool in the scupper, deteriorate the caulking, and eventually leak into the house. We had been in contact with Arocon since March and over 2 months, worked with them to try and repair the leak, but while their re-caulking of the area repaired 95% of the leak, the final fix was calling a separate company out to extend the gutter pipe to fully exit the scupper. Arocon had initially quoted over $1,500 to completely re-fabricate the scupper and a 3 week timeline where the eventual repair was a few hundred dollars. Once the repair work was completed, we had the interior rebuilt and on July 14, started working with Arocon asking about the warranty and reimbursement for our expenses. We provided receipts as well as a summary of events. Since then, I have been checking in via email where I've been told they're "working on it" and people have "been on vacation." It's been over a month and over the past 2 weeks, I have been unable to reach anyone via email or phone.
