In 2020 I had a true up bill for $1000.00 this year I have a bill for $600.00 and the year is not over yet this is a problem I tried to call petersendean. call 4 number and I get a massage that the mail box is full. this is not right. I got solar to save money. I have paid more for PG&E in the last year then I have for
any other time without solar. ( I NEED HELP)

Never work w this company for solar!
They misrepresented the product. They do after market add ons of optimizers when we were told they were factory installed. They said they have had their systems in place for years, but then I found out they just switched to a brand new company for monitoring that they have never worked with before. After all of the lies and misrepresentation and after asking for documentation I didn't get, I let them know I wanted to cancel. They have done no work, pulled no permits and now say I have to pay 40% of the estimate, $13, 000 for cancelling! I called 6 other solar companies and they were all floored at charging someone 40% of work never done. I'll be taking them to court now sadly : (
Don't get stuck in this trap the seems practically illegal, was never discussed with me but is somewhere hidden in the fine print!
This house was purchased to turn into a group home for young adults with autism! What kind of people care more about profits than people with developmental disabilities! No moral conscience whatsoever! Disgusted!
The owner is liar, so don't trust him for 100%
The owner of Petersendean Roofing and Solar lied to me. He tried to sell us the solar system and promised that it would cover 80% of our energy needs. We truly believed to everything what this man said to us. We installed the system and received our first bill, which was less, but only for couple of dollars. We thought that the system was wrong, but it was ok. The owner misled us and we wasted huge amount on the installation.
I TRIED TO REACH PETERSENDEAN CALL 4 NUMBER AND THEY . AM ALL SAID THAT THE MAIL BOX IS FULL. I AM PAYING MORE FOR PG&E NOW THEN I HAVE WITH OUT SOLAR . LAST YEAR I PAID 1.000.00 FOR TRUE UP
