Arrow Environmental Services - My yard is worse then before
Don't waste your money. My yard is 1000% worse then when I started with them 8 months ago. They also double charged me for the initial treatment by charging my credit card unknowingly then sending me an invoice which we paid by check. They never could get the account correct. The lawn service manager never returned my calls. Now I'm going to have to dig up...

Weed Control
I would not advise unless you like waiting around for hours for someone to show up for an appointment you made. They don't show up so you call to find out where this person is. They put you on hold for a long time to tell you they can't locate the person and put you back on hold again for a long time to tell you they are unable to contact the sales pe4rson and you can rescedual... LOL, ya, I like to wait around again for hours when I could have been wasting my time doing something else. NO THANKS!
They didn't show for the first appointment to tent
They didn't show for the first appointment to tent. The next time they did show they caused $1,400 in damage. This is quite possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They didn't show for the 1st termite tenting and didn't tell me until I was out of town and 3 hours away. House was packed up, AC off, pool pump off, key under mat, gas turned off etc. Then when they did show up the following week they tented the shrubs and killed them ($1,400 to replace them). I had to turn off the gas again, they lost my house key (had to replace them $165) plus stay in a hotel again and board my dog

I signed for a contract and Expected exterminator monthly. Arrow made a service call and said he's see me in a few weeks. Arrow never called to schedu Arrow come out sometime in June. Treated my home said they'd be back in a few weeks. I never received a called for scheduling. When I called I was told I am paying for a contract, no one would come if I didn't need. However I expected a call to ask if I needed service, being a new customer. I had an issue that I had to take care of myself. No service was ever finished as I had bugs way into August. I treated myself. I also complained no call was ever returned.

They kept our overpayment and kept accepting our monthly overpayments without notifying us of the huge credit we were accumulating. We finally discovered this overpayment and asked for a refund. Arrow said they would refund us the $ (the manager I spoke with said he would write the check himself if it was found out to be valid) but we haven't received it yet. I have contacted them many times asking where the refund is and they are not great about getting back to me. They keep saying the refund is approved but still no check. We have waited 30 days for this $.

Our issues did not go away
Our issues did not go away. They then tried to come back and bully their way into my house and when we didn't let them in, they want us to pay them. We originally hired Knight Pest Control to take care of our pest problems. They were not great. Knight was bought out by Arrow and we let them come out once. They were horrible and rude. The next time, they attempted to come out (without authorization from me), they tried pushing their way into my house and my daughter was home alone with her toddlers. They did not spray, they did nothing but want us to pay them. I have refused to pay and have told them so. I have told them countless times that they did not have permission to be at my house that day and since they did not spray or anything, I will not pay the bill. They are now harassing me monthly.

Poor, insufficient and negligent services of Arrow Environmental I noticed in late January that my yard was the ugliest in on my street despite my service subscription with Arrow Environmental for a long time already and continually following their instructions for yard care. There are weeds growing everywhere. I tried *** call their area tech Josh several times but to no avail and I reached out *** their sales person Javier *** inquire about the situation. I reached Javier one day and he told me that my yard's last service was done in October and it was already about February that my yard hasn't received my subscribed services and paying regularly. Javier promised to call me back but I have not received any call back so I decided to call their main office and I had to insist on the phone to send someone *** work on my yard. They gave the service the next day after my request saying they will credit it but several weeks later, the weeds are still alive like they never sprayed it at all. I then called and ask to cut my subscribed services and demanded a refund for all the months I wasn't served and the lady on the next call said she will work on refunding me. Until today 3/8 that I made another call, I did not receive any confirmation or email about any refund and Elizabeth whom I spoke to today said there were no notes related to any refund process. I did not receive any proactive resolution nor follow up from the company as well. They used to be good but now their customer service and actual service product are terrible. My yard still has weeds today.

I entered into contract with these people for pest control of my house in November. By February I was calling the office in Tampa stating I need a spray they sent Danny out home was too busy trying to sell me their product that he was stealing to spray my house correctly that was like the third he had been at my residence when I first moved in my residence and November the house was empty for about a year so it has ant problems and they sent Danny out the first time he came had to come twice because of the ant problem but in my contract that says that I get service every 3 months and if I see a problem with anything it won't cost nothing extra for the guys to come back out and spray.I just brought the home so we had a lot of Ant issues so that would have been Danny third time coming. I had just had surgery when I called my health failed and I end back up in the hospital the very next day after I talk to Danny. I stayed in the hospital for two weeks. After I came home a week later I called the office back to reschedule Danny to come out I end up arguing with their customer service representative because she swore me down that Danny came to the house and sprayed and I said no I have cameras around my house he never showed up. The customer service rep told me that the GPS he has in his truck showed him at my address when I was in the hospital and I told her if he did drive passed or parked in front of my house he never sprayed we end up in a bad argument they have poor customer service Representatives that answers the phone so I ask to speak to a manager. At that point I was ready to cancel my contract. I told the manager why Danny don't do a good job spray and he talks a lot instead of spring he's a good salesman but he was selling their product under the table and their poor customer service rep on the phone the manager told me how sorry he was so he sent a Field Supervisor out to spray my home. We have had multiple/severe swarm activity in our home and treatment is covered under our Termite Bond but they are not replying to repeated
We have had multiple/severe swarm activity in our home and treatment is covered under our Termite Bond but they are not replying to repeated requests We have maintained a Termite Bond with this company since the purchase of our home in 2011. We have had multiple swarms this year and two technicians have come out and recommended tenting yet no further service has been scheduled. After the first technician (in early April) came and said we needed tenting but he showed we had no coverage for termites we called the office and asked what our Bond covered and if we would need to pay any portion for tenting. We were told they have no contract on file. So I asked what the annual payment renewal I pay every year covers and were told they would check records and get back to us the next day. After a week we called back and were told another technician would be sent out to do an inspection. At this time we had several more instances of swarm activity. The second technician came out and also confirmed tenting would be recommended. We asked again for a quote and what if any deductions we received through our bond coverage. He said someone from the office would be in contact with those details the next day. We never received a call. Since that time we have made multiple calls to the office (call center) and been told someone would call us back but no one ever does. I then sent emails to the address I had received payment receipts from for previous renewals and sent messages through their websites "contact us" link but have received no replies to any of my attempts to (1) get a breakdown of what our bond/renewal covers (2) what it will cost to treat the termite swarms we are currently experiencing (3) when we can schedule treatment. We repeated this process of phone calls/emails/messages, and finally reached someone through the call center Monday (Joe the branch manager). We were told another technician would need to come over an inspect our home again today and provide a breakdown of what costs we would incur to treat our home. Joe would not acknowledge our bond or any coverage it may include. The appointment was scheduled between 10-12 but no one ever arrived. When we called to check on this we were told the driver was involved in an accident and the trucks is in the shop. No one called US to provide this update or reschedule. I have now rescheduled for their technician to be out Saturday and again requested a copy of what our Bond policy and/or Renewal Payment covers us for (service/treatment) and an estimate of what said treatment will cost us be emailed to me directly. Joe said he could not do so until another technician had inspected our home (rescheduled for this Saturday). He could not explain to me why the bond policy/coverage could not be sent prior to this 3RD inspection. My policy is due for renewal this month and expires 5/31. I suspect they do not want to provide service or treatment until I pay another renewal payment or lapse on payment so they are no longer liable. As the customer I should be provided a copy of my policy and coverage when I've asked for it. And my home should have been scheduled for/treated for the termite swarms (in some way at least) after the first technician confirmed the issue. Certainly after a second. But now a third one must come and no explanation is given as *** why and no treatment has been performed or is scheduled.
