Did not feel that customer service representative and company was resolved my issue with customer satisfaction in mind. I purchased a product that I thought did not meet the quality as advertised and felt like my inquiry to the the defects in the product was unfairly dismissed. I had to pay for return shipping on a product that I thought was defective which I thought was unfair.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I ordered a couch on September 9 (order number #***). It was taking a long time to arrive and I needed it for pictures for renting it. So, I called to cancel on September 13. They told me to wait until it shipped to cancel. I called back September 15 immediately upon receiving confirmation that it shipped. They confirmed it was returned and I would be refunded. I have not been refunded (and never received a couch). I require a full refund in the amount of $3292.92 USD Attached are the order confirmations and the cancellation email., Still no refund.

I have since logged into my account to see 3 different updated delivery dates throughout this process beyond the original promised ETA (6/1, 7/1, 8/31). At time of order I paid cash in full 5k+ with the understanding that the product being purchased was in stock and would be delivered within the time frame promised not only on their website but also in writing via email. It is concerning and disappointing ***. YOU have been paid, WHERE is my product? I expect a response within 48 hours

I purchased two rugs from Article on September 4. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order, and I am still paying for two defective rugs as of today's date, October 21. I received the first rug on September 25. The rug was absolutely not as depicted on their website (much lighter in color), and arrived with defects throughout to boot (all of which I provided pictures of to the merchant). Article arranged for a replacement, and I initially accepted this resolution. In the meantime, I received the second rug that I originally ordered. It arrived in the same condition--defective and much, much lighter than depicted on their website. *** With the reception of the second rug, I asked for replacement to be cancelled and both rugs to be sent back to the company for a refund. Due to the circumstances and the fact that I've been paying for two defective rugs from Article for nearly seven weeks now, I was promised that they would look into expediting the return. No dice. The delivery carrier finally contacted me today, October 21, and the earliest pickup would be October 30. Article also only notified the carrier to pick up one rug, not two. While the customer service rep that I had been working with has been pleasant towork with, this has been an absolutely abysmal experience. I am out over $1000, have lost a great deal of my valuable time (which can never be recovered), and have a thrown out back now due to the fact that Article will only arrange for contactless delivery/pickup (and I was instructed to package up the very heavy rugs and then had to transport them upstairs to the front door without assistance). This is not a satisfactory way to do business, and it is certainly not the way to do business to maintain customer loyalty. I will not be shopping with Article in the future
