ASAP Towing And Storage So, I went to my leasing office on March 9th and found out my car got towed

So, I went to my leasing office on March 9th and found out my car got towed. The security guard said the tow driver knew exactly which car to take and went straight to it. I called ASAP Towing And Storage at 12:47pm to get my car back, but they said their internet was down and they would call me back when it was up. Three hours passed and no call, so I called back. They said they had my car, but didn't answer my questions about how to get it back and how much it would cost. They transferred me to different employees who also didn't answer my questions. One of them said I needed to prove ownership with the title or registration, but I didn't have either. They suggested I get a notarized letter from my lien holder, but when I tried to do that, they said the lien holder had to accept liability for the car. I don't know what that means and I'm losing money from missing work.

ASAP Towing And Storage My ex-husband had my car and ASAP towing took it on October 23

My ex-husband had my car and ASAP towing took it on October 23. I talked to *** and she said to talk to *** on Monday. The fees were $192.76 with a daily $26.41 impound fee. *** said *** could lower the fee. I called on Monday and talked to ***. She told me what I needed to do since I live out of state. She connected me with ***. I emailed *** on October 27th and planned to pick up my car with 5 Star towing. From October 27th to November 10th, I tried to get my car but no one helped me. People gave me different information. Every time I tried to pick up my car, they said they didn't have the information. I called *** on November 10th and she connected me with ***. We coordinated a pickup for that night but *** said there was nothing in the system and *** or *** couldn't be reached. I called ASAP on November 11th and they offered to tow my car for $1700 with a $500 discount, totaling $2001. This was wrong. With 5 Star, the pickup was free.

ASAP Towing And Storage My car got towed by ASAP Towing on 03/20 from my sister's apartment complex at ***

My car got towed by ASAP Towing on 03/20 from my sister's apartment complex at ***. I'm 9 months pregnant and was planning to get my car fixed on Monday 03/23. My 2002 Ford Mustang broke down a week and a half ago and wouldn't start. My decal expired on 02/29, but my sister, who lives in the apartment complex, was keeping an eye on it to make sure it wasn't towed. I checked my car on 3/19 and didn't see any stickers on the windows. However, when I arrived at the complex on 3/20, I saw 2 ASAP towing trucks picking up 2 other vehicles. My car was gone, so I called ASAP towing and was told they towed my car at about 1230pm that day. They said they placed a sticker on my car on 03/19, notifying me that my car would be towed the next day if the decal wasn't renewed. They're asking me to pay $155.00 today to get my car back and an additional $26.00 every day after that if I can't pick it up today. This seems illegal or unethical because my car wasn't blocking other vehicles or causing any issues. I understand that decals have to be renewed, but it's only been a week since my car was at my sister's apartment. They claim they gave me a day to resolve the issue before towing, but there was never a notice on my vehicle. My sister and I can attest that there was never a sticker on my car the day before. Otherwise, I would've had my car towed to the shop before Monday to get repaired. Is there anything that can be done to release my car without all these charges being added on? I'm due to go into labor any day and need my car for transportation purposes.
