Ashford.com Watched

I purchased a watch from here which was never delivered. When I called them to inform them that nothing was ever sent to my door per the ups tracking info , they asked me to fraudulently lie to the police to make a fake police report. This would be the only way to initiate an investigation. When I told them that I have home security that proved no one came here to deliver the watch , they didn't care which essentially they asked me to commit a felony to get my refund. I had to ultimately call my bank and request a reversal. I do have camera footage to prove no one came but they refused to honor my refund unless I falsified a police report to begin their refund process. This place is a scam.

Ashford.com breitling watch

I purchased a watch from Ashford (invoice [protected] ). I had a warranty issue, and was ok with a problem since it is not a perfect world. My problem is with the handling of the situation from customer service. I was told it would take 12 weeks to repair. I called back after 16 weeks to check and was told to be patient and the blame was put on the manufacturer. After a couple more time checking, I was told the watch had been repaired and that Ashford had the watch and would send to me by the end of the week. That was three months ago. I have tried numerous times to speak to someone but always get the same response. "I will check and call you back". Unfortunately nobody calls back. I'm without a brand new 3, 000.00 watch and have gotten absolutely no help at all. It's been more than 9 months since I sent in the watch and all I'm told is Ashford moved locations and they can't tell me where my watch is. I either want my watch or a refund! That should be very simple I would think...

Ashford.com They are selling defective products!

I bought a watch from them for Christmas and the one I received was defective. My watch simply did not work and no matter what I've tried I was not able to fix it. I tried to get some help from Ashford but they were ignorant and unfriendly and only said that they don't accept any returns. I bought a brand new watch and paid a lot for it and received a piece of garbage which I can't even use! I'm stressed out and very disappointed with Ashford and their terrible service. I will not buy from them again. Beware, they are selling defective products!

Ashford.com Dissatisfied

I bought a bracelet from this company Ashford as a present for my wife. After I paid I received a confirmation message but there was no tracking number so I contacted their customer service via live chat. They said nothing about the tracking number and told they'll contact me later. Their live chat was the only way to contact them, they did not reply to my emails and ignored my phone calls. But every time I contacted them via live chat they said they'll be right back. Still no tracking number and no order.

Ashford.com Buy somewhere else

I want to tell about the terrible experience I had with Ashford a their product. I bought a watch from this company three months ago and since then had nothing but trouble. After two weeks watch stopped working and I contacted customer service and asked for a refund but they refused and when I asked for a replacement they also said no. These scam artists refused to help me. During these 3 months I had to take my watch to the repair shop 4 times! Please, beware and don't buy anything from this website. They don't stand behind their products and they will not help you!

Ashford.com Stay far away from Ashford!!

Don't buy anything from this terrible website, they are selling fake defective products! I have ordered a watch from Ashford as a present for my husband and the one arrived was broken! Watch did not work at all and no matter what I tried I wasn't able to fix it. The worst started when I decided to contact customer service. They claimed that they stand behind their products and called me a liar! They refused to refund me or replace the watch! Stay far away from Ashford!

Ashford.com don't buy from ashford.

I don't know why, but after reading all the negative reviews I still went ahead and ordered something from Ashford. I bought two watches for Christmas. These were presents for my father and brother. But that was a huge mistake ordering from this terrible site! Poor packaging caused damage! I actually paid $3000 for each watch! I went to online chat, tried to complain, but they always disconnected me. Later I finally received a message saying I had to wait 48 more hours for a reply to my complaint. It's now two weeks since then and still no response. Their customer service is completely horrendous!

Ashford.com Bad service

I purchased a men's Zenith watch and paid $94.300.00 for it. After receiving the watch, I decided that it didn't suit my new costume and contacted Ashford.com. I wanted to return it and purchase something else. It took several phone calls and e-mails to receive a reply. I mailed the watch and also paid for insurance, because the item was very expensive, as you can see. Couple of days later I checked my tracking system. It showed that item was delivered to their store. I was happy about that. But that was only the beginning. I waited almost a week and noticed that my credit card still hadn't been refunded the $94.300.00. I decided to call Ashford.com and speak to a customer service agent. Well, the person on the phone was nice and friendly, but useless. She told that she can't help and asked to call later. When I called again, she told they had not yet received the package. I asked her what I could do, and she suggested I could wait a few more days. Well, I called them everyday and we argued a lot. But there is one normal person in that company. I don't remember her name, but she told me she would look into this issue for me. And thanks to that young lady I got my money back. Well, I decided not to order anything else.

Ashford.com Warranty Scam

BEWARE! Ashford.com is lying to their customers.
First of all they are not authorized dealers and watches they sell does not come with the manufacturer warranty. Those come without a stamped warranty card. If you are International Customer - Beware!

First they instructed me to bring the watch to a repair centre and explained to take the estimate and send it to them and the costs of the repair will be reimbursed. In Estonia, where I live there are no proper watch repair centre, so I had to ship the watch directly to manufacturer. Of course Ashford told me that they will not reimburse the shipping costs. That's fair and fine with me.

I sent the watch to the manufacturer. Had the estimation sent to me and forwarded it to Ashford. I have tried to contact them every week and for almost month nothing happened - they just ignored the repair estimation I sent.

There manufacturer explained me in several e-mails that Ashford.com is not their authorized dealer and there is no manufacturer's warranty, because they do not know how and if the shipping of the watch is done accordance with requirements and proper care.

So for month Ashford's customer reps have been lying to me saying that they did not receive my e-mails with estimate. Until I sent it again and asked on of the customer reps check it right away and had her to confirm in written that they have received the estimated.

After more than a week they finally produced a reply to me with new lie: Send us the warranty papers of the watch, we will stamp it and then you will get free of charge warranty repair from the manufacturer.

When I informed that that the manufacturer does not recognize Ashford as their authorize dealer, they said that they will not put Ashford.com stamp, but another one that the manufacturer will recognize :)))
I asked them many times, what dealer will stamp it and they never say! I even said them - tell me what the dealer is and I will call the manufacturer to find out if I am able to get the free of charge warranty repair!
What a lie!

I even called them and one customer rep told me straight away - their repair manager does not want to reimburse it, because he thinks it is too much!
Can you imagine?

Oh, and actually she said that the customer reps knew that already earlier and they actually received all my e-mails!

So they just didn't want that to go any further and just ignored me and told that they kept loosing the reimbursement estimates I sent :))) So nice, Ashford!

TOTAL SCAMMERS! I have all e-mails and documents to confirm my story.

So my watch is broken for 2 months and without any warranty!

Ashford.com No wonder, when it's cheap, there's a catch

No wonder, when it's cheap, there's a catch.

Here's what they will not tell you when you buy watch from Ashford: all the watches are "expired or expiring soon". When they get the watches from the manufacturer, these watches are manufactured long time ago, the battery is already or almost dead! that's what I recieved in my order... a dead watch! Even though they can refund me battery change fee, but there's big difference between manufacturer sealed and jewery store clip-back-on. manufacturer has special equipment to clean it and seal it air-tight! You should not expect it to be water resistant when changing battery in jewery store. That's why most of the manufacturer warranty will be voided when you open the back in jewery store or yourself. (btw, the manufacturer warranty card in the package of your watch is FAKE! be aware! Ashford has so-called 'ashford warranty' because you cannot use manufacturer warranty!)

Ashford customer servise is extreme bad! Be prepared to be hung up and scolded in your phone conversation! When I ask them "should I expect a manufacturer sealed runner watch when I receive the order", their reply is " NO" and they said they will not post this informaiton in their website so that you can bite the bate!
So in fact the price you are paying to buy from Ashford is to buy an old watch! Ashford is really a refurbished/2nd handed watch seller!

Ashford.com Bad service

Ashford saved me when eBags screwed me. I had ordered from eBags and they said shipping...shipping...shipping...OOPS we don't have your bloody item, it is backordered.

Well I needed this item in THREE DAYS. So, I found a nice one (not as nice, but good enough) at Ashford. This is a hard-to-find item. Not many places sell Jewelry rolls that are classy, but not silk and not made for four year olds. They got it to me in 3 days. I was pleased.
